Hotel KVL has a lovely atmosphere and a great overall ambience. Although the area outside can be quite noisy, the room itself was surprisingly quiet, which made for a very comfortable stay. The bed quality was excellent and very comfortable, and the L’Occitane bathroom amenities were a particularly nice touch. Everything in the room felt well considered and made the stay feel a little more special. Service was attentive and welcoming throughout. I also really appreciated the selection of welcome drinks, including options like beer. Overall, a very pleasant stay with great attention to detail.

Tuve una estancia maravillosa en este hotel durante varios días. Las habitaciones eran limpias, espaciosas y muy cómodas. El personal fue amable, profesional y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa. El ambiente tranquilo del hotel, sus excelentes instalaciones y la deliciosa comida hicieron que mi estancia fuera realmente placentera. Agradecí especialmente la limpieza, el servicio rápido y la cálida hospitalidad. Recomendaría este hotel sin duda a cualquiera que busque una estancia cómoda y relajante, y espero volver en el futuro.

Hotel limpio. El ascensor no funcionaba. El bar y la piscina estaban en la décima planta, pero nunca los vimos. Una bata y la manija de la ducha se caían constantemente de la pared; no había agua caliente. El aire acondicionado era frío y las camas eran muy cómodas. El desayuno estuvo bien. El personal del restaurante fue muy amable. El frappé está delicioso. La ubicación a las atracciones estaba a poca distancia a pie o por 2 $ en tuk-tuk al mercado nocturno.

Phnom Penh 51 Hotel & Residences delivers excellent value for a 4-star stay. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the staff were consistently warm and polite, making the entire visit feel effortless. Breakfast was solid and dependable, and the central location near the Royal Palace is a real bonus. If you’re after a comfortable, well-priced 4-star hotel in Phnom Penh, this one is a good choice.

¡Esta estancia en el hotel fue la mejor! Desde la entrada se nota que es una buena elección, donde eres recibido por el personal con una toalla fría y perfumada para refrescarte al llegar y una taza de agua fría y dulce (¿tal vez limonada?). Realmente sabroso. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y limpias, las comodidades son buenas, la ubicación es EXCELENTE y la vista desde la piscina de la azotea también es increíble. Seguramente me quedaré aquí cuando regrese a Camboya. La comida también es muy buena y a buen precio.

Mi estancia fue excelente. La habitación era sorprendentemente espaciosa e increíblemente cómoda, un verdadero oasis después de días ajetreados explorando la ciudad. La piscina del hotel también fue un punto a destacar: limpia, bien cuidada y perfecta para un baño relajante o simplemente para tomar el sol. I really enjoyed my stay at Apsor Palace Hotel. It’s in a very convenient location, just a short distance from the Royal Palace and nearby shopping. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. A comfortable and pleasant experience overall.

Me alojé en Ostro del 19 al 21 de marzo. Tuve una estancia muy agradable. Mis únicas quejas son que no había nevera en la habitación y que la ducha tenía poco caudal. Lo que compensó el servicio fue la recepcionista nocturna de recepción. Fue muy amable con mi amigo y conmigo, incluso nos invitó a una cerveza la última noche. El hotel está situado cerca del mercado central y de la ciudad. También hay muchos buenos lugares para comer en los alrededores. Es un lugar seguro para caminar y tardamos menos en llegar al aeropuerto. Buena relación calidad-precio.
