¡Una experiencia fantástica! Volver al hotel con aire acondicionado todos los días fue una bendición. En Camboya hace un calor infernal, así que el aire acondicionado era imprescindible. El desayuno era abundante y la fruta muy fresca.

Favourite Hotel Ever!! As usual, it never disappoints. Truly remarkable that this is my 4th visit and I still get the same exceptional service and staff remember me. It is nice that they treat returning visitors as VIPs and are willing to factor this in when considering certain concessions. I had accidentally spilled my chocolate frappe on the sheets. The hotel charge me for the replacement cost (which was totally fair) and discounted the cost since I am their “loyal customer). I’m not saying they should always do this but it certainly impressed me that they considered all my visits and friends I’d encouraged to stay over. Besides this though they are still usually reasonable with such things. Per usual, there is everything around to make your stay completely seamless from shops to pharmacies to restaurants, etc. The room service is 24 hours and excellent. Quality produce and delivery. Staff, especially check in are very kind and helpful. I was really impressed by the check-in guy as I land early hours of the morning and he was very efficient. Plus, they had switched on the AC and the room was very comfortable after the long journey. Having written many reviews for this hotel, there is not much more I can say as they continue to improve and maintain very high standards. My only complaints are that the pool closes far too early at 8pm. I hope the hotel could consider extending the time. Secondly, the 4th four does not have a designated smoking section so it can become quite thick with the smoke smell. They might consider arranging ashtrays at more places than just the lift. A UM Undoubtedly, my hotel of choice whenever I’m in PP. Thank you to everyone for your kindness and making my stay, once again, truly wonderful! 🌹🌹

Location: at center of Phnom Penh, easily reach by grab. Room: neat and clean, size wise just ok, I get a nice view of Mekong river. Breakfast: variety not much but just ok you can request staff for additional egg menu. Staff: really friendly and greet you everytime. Shoutout to the breakfast staff who check with you everytime. Improve: although the towel is clean but it looks old and some have light yellowish stain which believes unable to wash out. It visible to naked eye. Which really unpleasant.

Hotel KVL is a solid city base in Phnom Penh with a good location and views over the Mekong River. It’s close to the main bar area and a weekend street market, but that also means the road in front is closed from around 4:30 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays, so it’s worth checking how that might affect your arrival or departure. Make sure you get the exact room type you booked, as there can be discrepancies, and note that the water pressure is on the weaker side, though everything else in the room works well. Breakfast is decent with enough variety, and overall the hotel offers a nice urban contrast to the resort feel of the Park Hyatt in Siem Reap.

En este viaje, me remonté a uno de sus apartamentos y eso hizo que mi semana más cómoda.. Muy espacioso, baño, 2 duchas 2 WC, 2 buenas unidades de aire acondicionado y un pequeño balcón con vistas a Wat Botum pagoda. Un buen congelador de tamaño familiar significaba mis bebidas, la carne de leche y el queso estaban fríos. Las herramientas básicas, pero la punta superior, traigan un cuchillo de corte normal. En el cuarto piso, me encantaba un espectáculo de relámpago imposible de ver, sin el ruido del tormenta. El personal era lindo y muy útil. El desayuno todavía muy bueno, simple pero abundante. Pero el ”auto-catering” me permitió conseguir mis flores de maíz y leche fría de la mañana. No puedes vencer eso! La próxima visita me verá reservar un apartamento solo. Le Botum fue un lugar maravilloso para mí. Ir a la calle 172. Una gran cantidad de expats .... También algunos caracteres ... y un supermercado 24h llamado 'Smile' y lo hará. Libro Le Botum. No se decepcionará.

La ubicación es excelente. Acababa de llegar y no encontraba el hotel, ya que está dentro del bar. El personal es genial y me atendió desde la entrada. Puedes encontrar mucha comida, bebida y todo lo que necesites. Todo está a poca distancia. Me encantaría volver a alojarme aquí si necesitas una ventana. He reservado sin ventana porque viajo sola. Esta es la tercera vez que me alojo en Phnom Penh... ¡¡¡Viajo sola!!!

I had a great stay at Norodom Clover Hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the swimming pool, which was perfect for relaxing. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phnom Penh.

El hotel estaba convenientemente ubicado cerca de atracciones turísticas famosas y del centro. La habitación era amplia y tenía un balcón donde podía fumar. El personal también fue muy agradable. Sin embargo, hubo un día en que un niño pequeño que parecía un niño de la calle andaba todo el tiempo en el piso donde yo me quedaba. Además, la puerta de la habitación frente a la mía estaba abierta todo el tiempo y a menudo veía a una persona tatuada y de aspecto brusco fumando en la habitación. No sé si era huésped o empleado del hotel, pero pasé 3 noches allí sintiéndome inseguro.

Era un hotel limpio y bueno por el precio. La ubicación era genial, excepto por estar cerca del mercado central. El personal es amable y servicial. El café gratis también es bueno. No pude encontrar ningún restaurante recomendado cerca.

I arrived at this hotel around 12 noon. The reception staff welcomed me kindly. There were a few other people waiting in the lobby at the same time. They told us that the rooms were not ready yet and that check-in time was at 2 PM. I said okay and started waiting, but since I thought it might take a while, I decided to go for a walk. I explored the nearby streets, went into a market, did some shopping, and spent some time outside. When I returned to the hotel around a little after 1 PM, I noticed that the people who had been waiting earlier were gone—so I assume their rooms had been given. The receptionist told me that my room was also ready. Then a staff member accompanied me to my room, which was on the 5th floor. The elevator in this hotel only goes up to the 4th floor, so you have to take the stairs up one more level to reach the 5th floor. The room itself was quite spacious. The Wi-Fi worked well without any issues. However, the TV did not seem to have smart features—there was no internet connection or anything like that. It was supposed to show regular channels, but due to poor antenna reception, it barely showed anything. The channels were full of static and not watchable, so the TV was essentially unusable. The air conditioner was working, but I think the gas might have been low, because the cooling was quite weak. Still, it was enough for me. There is a safe box in the room, but it seemed to have been locked previously and could only be used with a key. I couldn’t use it with a digital code. There is also a minibar with various drinks, but I didn’t use it. I only used the fridge to store items I bought myself. I think having a fridge is quite important in hot countries like this—it’s definitely useful. Hot water was available without any problems. One of the best things about this hotel is its location—it’s within walking distance to tourist areas and central entertainment spots. Other than that, I didn’t notice any particularly special features. The building itself is quite old, and I could see that it’s somewhat worn out. Still, it’s fine for a few days’ stay. But if you are expecting something luxurious, you should probably look for another hotel. For breakfast, there is a set menu. During my three-day stay, I had the same set menu every day. It was pretty standard, nothing special. There is also a restaurant at the entrance where you can order meals, but I didn’t try it—I only had breakfast there. That’s pretty much my experience. If you ask whether I would stay here again, I’d say it’s not bad, but you might be able to find a better place for the same price if you look around. The price was around the market average—not too expensive, not cheap either. Maybe you can find something better for the same price, but I’m not sure. These are my thoughts about the hotel.
