The staff were extremely kind and considerate to a foreign guest despite the language barrier, and I am deeply grateful for their help in sending my forgotten item to my next hotel. The hotel was very clean and full of charm

🌊 A Fantastic Coastal Getaway with Top-Notch Service! I highly recommend everyone to stay here and relax for at least a night or two. The hotel has a genuinely cool atmosphere, and the absolute highlight of our stay was the incredible staff. The service here is simply on another level—they are so attentive, welcoming, and ready to help with a smile! The Vibe & A Few Quirks 😹 To be completely honest and a bit playful, the property is a little ”tired” and shows some wear and tear. The strong sea breeze has left its mark with some rust here and there. If I were the manager, I’d definitely grab a bucket of fresh paint and give the place a little makeover! Also, every now and then, you might catch a faint, mysterious scent that sits somewhere between ”stale water” and ”did a confident local stray cat just mark its territory here?” 🐈⬛ But honestly, you just laugh it off. It doesn't ruin the vibe and just becomes a funny part of the coastal experience. Amenities & Dining ☕️ The hotel has some really lovely spaces to unwind. There is a cozy library where you can relax, a great kids' area which is super convenient for families, and a nice bar for the evenings. As for the breakfast, the buffet selection isn't huge, but don't let that disappoint you—everything they serve is fresh, high-quality, and genuinely delicious! Bottom Line: Despite a few minor cosmetic quirks, it’s a wonderful place with a great soul. Embrace the coastal character, enjoy the amazing hospitality, and have a great time! Also have a free photoshoot and tasty afternoon tea with waffles🫶🏼 #PingtanIsland #Pingtan #Fuzhou #Fujian #ChinaTravel #DiscoverChina #平潭岛

The hotel stay was generally pleasant, and the room was comfortable and well-maintained. The location and facilities were satisfactory, and the staff were polite. However, one issue I experienced was with housekeeping. During room cleaning, some of my personal items were mistakenly thrown away. While I understand this may have been unintentional, I hope the hotel can remind housekeeping staff to be more careful when handling guests’ belongings. Overall, it was not a bad stay, but there is room for improvement in the housekeeping service.

This is our second stay at the Coli. It is very convenient for our needs, because our family lives near by(the hotel is not in central Fuzhou, if that is what you are looking for). It is close to many shops and restaurants and services, as well as a number of parks. The room was spacious, had a comfortable bed,  had ample storage for our extended stay, and had a fridge and electric kettle( no microwave). We enjoyed the lovely 20 meter lap pool, well equipped gym, and  restaurant ( weekend buffet special and breakfast). The staff was courteous and  usually helpful. We did request a repair of the ventilation fan in the bathroom, but it did not happen. We stayed here during the month of March , when the temp varied a lot.  We were  too warm on a few nights,  and when we asked about making the room cooler, a fan was provided. I’m not sure why the AC wasn’t working-maybe it was too early in the season. We would stay here again! Great value for what would be a 4 star hotel in the US.

We stayed here for my daughter’s birthday, and we loved every second of it! The hotel prepared a cake for her and took care of us really well during our stay. The view is spectacular and the food is great. This is our second time staying, and we would love to come back!

An amazing hot spring resort away from the city. Quiet and great room view. Had a complimentary upgrade to suite as explained that due to summer weather the room I’ve booked might have insert in the garden. Dinner was great and huge portion.
