«La relación precio/rendimiento es muy alta. Hay Anping Plaza y Luckin Coffee cerca del hotel. La habitación es bastante grande y limpia. También hay muchas especialidades locales de Fuzhou. Comida deliciosa cerca del hotel y puedes visitarlo. El servicio brindado por Shanshan en la recepción también fue muy atento y entusiasta, y quedé muy satisfecho. «We had a wonderful stay at Shangri-La Fuzhou. It truly felt like one of the best hotels we've ever visited. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We experienced an issue with water leaking in our bathtub, but the staff's response was exceptional. As soon as we mentioned the problem, they quickly arranged for us to move to a bigger room in the middle of the night. Their prompt attentiveness and willingness to accommodate us made a significant difference in our experience. We were genuinely impressed with their customer service, which turned a potentially frustrating situation into a positive one. This level of care truly reflects the high standards of the hotel, and we left feeling valued as guests. The amenities were fantastic, and our room was both luxurious and comfortable. Overall, it was a memorable experience that we can't wait to repeat!»

«El restaurante está justo enfrente del Civil Aviation Yunxiang Express. Va al aeropuerto cada media hora y cuesta 31 yuanes. Hay una estación de autobuses en la planta baja del hotel. Es muy conveniente ir a varias atracciones. En el lado izquierdo de la calle cuando sales, hay un comedor número 㐅 al lado. No recuerdo qué comedor es. Los materiales son frescos, el ambiente dentro del restaurante es higiénico y el precio no es caro. Viajamos por nuestra cuenta y elegimos el hotel adecuado. El hotel también ofrece té blanco, baya de goji, dátiles rojos y crisantemo.»

«I would like to thank the receptionist, Chris. Chris is very helpful, can speak English very well, provide good explanation on the free shuttle clearly to us and he even upgraded us to a bigger room. The room itself was very big and clean. We are really happy with the service. We will definitely choose this hotel again if we ever visited Fuzhou for transit or for vacation. «Love the location, facilities and cleanliness. The rooms were not small, well maintained and modern. The mini breakfast was great and not overwhelming unlike those big hotels. UUsuario invitado到平潭已是下午兩點半，一出站車就來接我們到名宿，一到房間就感受到了涼爽，進入到房間內就看到了這位人美心善的老闆娘（00後哦）給我們準備了冰鎮西瓜，知道我帶娃還提前把西瓜從冰箱拿出來（怕太冰我吃不好，感動到），還給我準備了人體工學椅子，感受到了來自小翁兩夫妻帶來的温暖，來了還給我們推薦了旅行打卡點，推薦了這邊的美食。所以我們今天打卡了龍王頭沙灘，去吃了肥婆肥仔海鮮，吃了毛記海鮮粥，還去了這裏的車站夜市。如果大家以後想來平潭，這家名宿值得推薦

UUsuario invitadoWe have been in 2 other countries in asia before, but this was by far our best hotel! We stayed with family and where immediately greeted with a warm cup of tea. We had a lot of questions to begin with and needed a driver for the rest of our trip, and the cordial service manager was so helpful and she even organized an all inclusive driver for us. Also Linda & Ashley from the hotel team helped us to the maximum extend and even stayed in contact with us via wechat, even though we already left Fuzhou, just to make sure that our trip is going smoothly and we can enjoy a great time in beautiful China. It is just excellent and outstanding service! The hotel itself is located directly on the west side of the UNESCO world heritage site of Sanfang Qixiang and when you turn right after exiting the main lobby you enter the site. The hotel is built in the same style and flair of Sanfang Qixiang ”The Beverly Hills of China” and has a lot of ambiance and elegance to it. Thanks to the 24/7 reception I was even able to get two ice packs for my swollen foot late at night There is also a coffee machine in the lobby that serves great coffee and tea and infused water and the breakfast is one floor down and has tasty vegetarian buffet. Also in the room you are greated with a tea set and a plate of fresh fruits local to the region. We were even able to send post cards from the hotel reception. Just a stellar experience! If you decide to see the beautiful cultural heritage site, then I can whole-heartedly recommend the San Po Hotel / Sanbaobindi Hotel in Fuzhou!! You will not regret it.

The location is great as the metro station is just within 2-minute walk from the hotel. There is only a lift at the hotel though we didn't encounter congestion during our stay. The only negative feedback is the bit of mildew at the bathroom which is quite unexpected considering that the hotel is very new.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the view was absolutely beautiful, especially looking out toward the beach—it was exactly as shown and completely worth it 🌊✨ The place is very kid-friendly, which made our stay even more comfortable as a family. The service was outstanding—thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special highlight was the afternoon tea and evening snacks thoughtfully placed on our door handle. It was such a lovely surprise and really showed how much attention the team puts into small details. We absolutely loved this thoughtful touch 💛 Although the weather wasn’t very favorable during our stay, we still enjoyed relaxing by the window, taking in the sea view, and feeling the calm atmosphere. Even on a cloudy day, the experience was peaceful and enjoyable. Breakfast was another big plus—delicious, satisfying, and generous, leaving us happily full and ready for the day 😄 Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a beautiful seaside experience. UUsuario invitadoThis is absolutely an outstanding hotel in China, the best one out of 6 the past few weeks for me. The staff are very professional, extremely helpful and polite and caring. As an example, they helped me get to a village by the beach on Pingtan Island and then checked on me in the evening to make sure i got back safely! What hotel does that??!! There is a fresh seafood restaurant next to the hotel and all the sea produce are absolutely fresh & in huge aquariums, no fishy smell and very clean. Starbuck is on the other side of the lobby. Amazing hotel, worth every penny!
