They are very helpful and service oriented.
Every staff greet their guest whenever you enter.
Room service was prompt and responsible.
The West Lake view was awesome. Good for morning run and evening stroll. A lively and historical place.
Places of interest were located nearby, museums, panda park, walking streets.
Ample of local restaurants and stores.
Local people were kind and friendly.
I will stay again in this hotel for my future trips to Fuzhou.

Usuario invitado暑假一開始，我們就帶着娃開始我們的家庭旅行，選擇我們認為性價比超級高的福建鯉魚洲酒店，剛剛好遇到優惠活動，住套房才1000元不到，平時可要將近2000元的價格，現在衹需要一半就可以入住，實在是太划算了。酒店綠化做的非常好，親子友好，有非常多的親子互動項目，我們家娃非常喜歡。前台帥哥美女們服務態度很好，主動為我們介紹酒店的好玩去處，還主動給我們提供了地圖，贈送花露水，實在是太貼心了。房間很大，設施設備保養的非常好，看不出已經開業20年的痕跡。房間佈置也是非常大氣，衞生乾淨整潔，還配了鮮花，太令人驚喜了。特別喜歡他們家的床墊，軟硬適中，睡的非常舒服，枕頭我都想買一個帶回去。客房服務大姐態度也是很友好，看我們帶了娃，主動提供了小童牙刷和小童拖鞋。早餐也非常棒，福州特色小吃在這裏都可以吃到，特別喜歡他們家的魚丸，説是特別定製款的，外面買不到的。肉燕用的也是連江的，都是非常地道，娃最喜歡還是他們家的麪包，尤其推薦紅豆包，吃了整整3個！！！讓爸爸高興的。中午我們還吃了自助餐，我們是活動囤的會員價格，非常划算。特別推薦花雕冰鎮小龍蝦！！！！我覺得這個是小龍蝦的天花板！！！！甜品也都做的非常好！娃都很喜歡。其他菜餚也都不錯。最後不得不推薦一下他們家的游泳池，水質非常乾淨，救生員還會主動在水池邊幫你指導不規範的動作。等過兩年娃長大了，一定帶他過來學游泳。園子很大，短短兩天時間不夠玩，我們還看到了白鷳，實在太幸運了。要不是要上班，我一定多住兩天。期待下一次帶上老爸老媽一起來這裏度假。
