Before the pandemic, I used to write hotel reviews quite regularly. However, in recent years, most hotels I have stayed at have generally met my expectations in terms of service and hospitality, so I rarely felt compelled to write one. Modena by Fraser Bangkok, however, left me with no choice but to pick up my pen again. It was not because of grand luxury, but because of the warmth, sincerity, and thoughtful gestures that truly made me feel at home throughout my stay. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine smiles and warm greetings at the lobby. Check-in was smooth, efficient, and hassle-free, setting the tone for a wonderful stay. I booked a Deluxe King Room, and it certainly did not disappoint. The room was spacious, clean, well-appointed, and equipped with everything I needed. The amenities were excellent, but the highlight was undoubtedly the bed—it was incredibly comfortable and provided a great night's sleep after long days exploring Bangkok. The hotel's facilities were another highlight. Both the fitness centre and laundrette operate 24 hours a day, which is extremely convenient for travellers. The laundrette has three washing machines and three dryers. Washing costs THB 150 and drying costs THB 120. The washing machine automatically weighs your laundry, so the duration depends on the load. My four days' worth of clothes took about an hour to wash, while drying required the standard one hour. As someone who enjoys working out while travelling, I made full use of the gym every day. It exceeded my expectations, offering free weights, a Smith machine, resistance machines targeting different muscle groups, treadmills, and stationary bikes. It had everything I needed to stay active and maintain my fitness routine during the trip. Breakfast was another pleasant surprise. The selection was excellent, with many of the hot dishes and pastries changing daily, making each morning feel fresh and enjoyable. The location is also a major advantage. The hotel is located right next to the Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre (QSNCC) MRT station and is only one stop from Sukhumvit Station, where Terminal 21 is located. It is also just two MRT stops from the Makkasan/Phetchaburi interchange for the Airport Rail Link, making travel to and from the airport very convenient. A 7-Eleven next to the hotel is another welcome bonus. Before I conclude, I would like to share one small incident that perfectly reflects the hotel's exceptional hospitality. On the second day of my stay, the light bulb at the room entrance stopped working. To me, this was simply normal wear and tear. I informed the front desk before heading out, and by the time I returned, the light bulb had already been replaced. The following day, after returning from my outing, I found a small towel elephant placed on my work desk, together with some snacks and a handwritten apology card from the hotel regarding the light bulb incident. I was genuinely touched. It was such a small gesture, yet it spoke volumes about how much the team cared about their guests. Throughout my travels, very few hotels have gone the extra mile in such a thoughtful and heartfelt way. Thank you, Modena by Fraser Bangkok, for making me feel genuinely valued and welcomed. Lastly, I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to the housekeeping team. Every day, I returned to a spotless, tidy, and welcoming room. It truly felt like coming home after a long day of sightseeing. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Modena by Fraser Bangkok to anyone planning a trip to Bangkok. With its excellent service, comfortable accommodation, well-equipped facilities, convenient location, and above all, a team that genuinely cares about its guests, this is a hotel I will gladly return to on my next visit.

The views from this hotel was stunning. Both inside in my room and all around the hotel campus you look directly into the heart of Bangkok and can see a good part of the city. Location wise travelers at this site are close to multiple local hotspots. In my case I enjoyed walking over to the waterfront where I took a river cruise into China town and spent most of my day there. It was pleasant to come back to a quiet room with a charming view after all the exploration and adventure. Inside my room everything was clean and with a touch of modern decoration and color. My bathroom included a spacious tub and my bed was very comfortable under the well regulated room air conditioning. I enjoyed being close to several shopping districts including Central World and Siam Paragon where I ended up walking to the next morning. I very much enjoyed the staff at this site with complements going to the bar crew. Both nights there I spent time enjoying a beer and discussing how local life was for these friendly and energetic folks. On my last morning I took part in the breakfast buffet and I was surprised to see how many options for food were available. Overall this was a great stay that I recommend and would gladly revisit upon my return.

Overall great stay, all the staff was super nice, the receptionist was able to let us do a late check out, which was much appreciated! Stayed there during the ***** New Year Holiday, they had the look dance performance that morning, great vibes! The location is great as it is between two big shopping malls and access to BTS and the Blue Line. Would definitely come back!

Esta es mi segunda estancia y sigue ofreciendo una excelente relación calidad-precio. Sin duda, volveré a alojarme aquí cada vez que venga a Bangkok. Las vistas son geniales, el hotel es nuevo, el servicio es muy amable y la ubicación es buena, a medio camino entre el centro y el aeropuerto. Además, es muy cómodo si vas en coche porque el parking es gratuito.

Ya me alojé aquí 4 veces. Me encanta la ubicación que está al lado del nuevo centro comercial y bts. La habitación estaba siempre limpia. La cama es súper cómoda. El agua de la ducha es buena. Mucho espejo para maquillarme. También me encanta el desayuno aquí. Tantas opciones y buen gusto. Sobre todo 10/10 para mí.

Las habitaciones del hotel son espaciosas, limpias y muy modernas. Tienen cargador internacional proporcionado. Bueno para la familia, ya que tienen un área de juegos para niños, el servicio es bueno, pero no ofrecen ni sugieren a qué lugar o lugares turísticos ir. El personal obtuvo nuestro número de habitación y dijo que lo verificarían, pero creo que se olvidaron de regresar. para nosotros. Had an amazing time at Kingston Suites. Despite some bad reviews and the location and looks of the hotel from the outside, the lobby, the lift. The room itself was great. You are definitely getting more than what you pay for and at least what you paid for. Service was amazing, very prompt and responsive. Overall a good budget hotel for young couples. Loved the free upgrade and special effort from the hotel also to celebrate our anniversary. Thanks Kingston Suites, I would definitely recommend and come back as well :)

Es nuestro tercer día de estancia y estamos muy satisfechos con su servicio. Hoy olvidamos solicitar la limpieza de la habitación, pero aunque ya era bastante tarde, no hubo problema; pudimos llamar a la recepción y nos enviaron toallas limpias. Un detalle muy atento fue que, aunque solo pedí toallas, el personal nos trajo un nuevo juego completo de artículos de tocador desechables. El servicio es realmente excelente y sin duda volveremos a reservar aquí la próxima vez. El desayuno también es muy variado y delicioso, ideal para el paladar chino.

Mi experiencia en esta estancia fue agridulce. Elegí este hotel principalmente para coger un vuelo. Aunque el servicio de autobús lanzadera al aeropuerto cada media hora es realmente cómodo y alivió enormemente mi ansiedad por llegar a tiempo, el servicio en los detalles deja mucho que desear. Había reservado una habitación doble, pero solo encontramos una botella de agua mineral, lo cual es claramente insuficiente para dos personas. Al entrar en la habitación, descubrimos que faltaban toallas de baño y de mano, y ni siquiera se proporcionaban zapatillas básicas. Después de ducharme, me sentí bastante incómodo y desorientado. Me quedo frecuentemente en este hotel , aunque deberían mejoras el servicio en las habitaciones , el balcón en algunas habitaciones está cerrado en esta ocupación me quedé en una habitación superior que se podía abrir el balcón , pero estaba súper sucio , lleno de m…. De palomas , y capas de suciedad . El desayuno es muy completo , la ubicación en Silom es buena .
