Before the pandemic, I used to write hotel reviews quite regularly. However, in recent years, most hotels I have stayed at have generally met my expectations in terms of service and hospitality, so I rarely felt compelled to write one. Modena by Fraser Bangkok, however, left me with no choice but to pick up my pen again. It was not because of grand luxury, but because of the warmth, sincerity, and thoughtful gestures that truly made me feel at home throughout my stay. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine smiles and warm greetings at the lobby. Check-in was smooth, efficient, and hassle-free, setting the tone for a wonderful stay. I booked a Deluxe King Room, and it certainly did not disappoint. The room was spacious, clean, well-appointed, and equipped with everything I needed. The amenities were excellent, but the highlight was undoubtedly the bed—it was incredibly comfortable and provided a great night's sleep after long days exploring Bangkok. The hotel's facilities were another highlight. Both the fitness centre and laundrette operate 24 hours a day, which is extremely convenient for travellers. The laundrette has three washing machines and three dryers. Washing costs THB 150 and drying costs THB 120. The washing machine automatically weighs your laundry, so the duration depends on the load. My four days' worth of clothes took about an hour to wash, while drying required the standard one hour. As someone who enjoys working out while travelling, I made full use of the gym every day. It exceeded my expectations, offering free weights, a Smith machine, resistance machines targeting different muscle groups, treadmills, and stationary bikes. It had everything I needed to stay active and maintain my fitness routine during the trip. Breakfast was another pleasant surprise. The selection was excellent, with many of the hot dishes and pastries changing daily, making each morning feel fresh and enjoyable. The location is also a major advantage. The hotel is located right next to the Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre (QSNCC) MRT station and is only one stop from Sukhumvit Station, where Terminal 21 is located. It is also just two MRT stops from the Makkasan/Phetchaburi interchange for the Airport Rail Link, making travel to and from the airport very convenient. A 7-Eleven next to the hotel is another welcome bonus. Before I conclude, I would like to share one small incident that perfectly reflects the hotel's exceptional hospitality. On the second day of my stay, the light bulb at the room entrance stopped working. To me, this was simply normal wear and tear. I informed the front desk before heading out, and by the time I returned, the light bulb had already been replaced. The following day, after returning from my outing, I found a small towel elephant placed on my work desk, together with some snacks and a handwritten apology card from the hotel regarding the light bulb incident. I was genuinely touched. It was such a small gesture, yet it spoke volumes about how much the team cared about their guests. Throughout my travels, very few hotels have gone the extra mile in such a thoughtful and heartfelt way. Thank you, Modena by Fraser Bangkok, for making me feel genuinely valued and welcomed. Lastly, I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to the housekeeping team. Every day, I returned to a spotless, tidy, and welcoming room. It truly felt like coming home after a long day of sightseeing. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Modena by Fraser Bangkok to anyone planning a trip to Bangkok. With its excellent service, comfortable accommodation, well-equipped facilities, convenient location, and above all, a team that genuinely cares about its guests, this is a hotel I will gladly return to on my next visit.

The views from this hotel was stunning. Both inside in my room and all around the hotel campus you look directly into the heart of Bangkok and can see a good part of the city. Location wise travelers at this site are close to multiple local hotspots. In my case I enjoyed walking over to the waterfront where I took a river cruise into China town and spent most of my day there. It was pleasant to come back to a quiet room with a charming view after all the exploration and adventure. Inside my room everything was clean and with a touch of modern decoration and color. My bathroom included a spacious tub and my bed was very comfortable under the well regulated room air conditioning. I enjoyed being close to several shopping districts including Central World and Siam Paragon where I ended up walking to the next morning. I very much enjoyed the staff at this site with complements going to the bar crew. Both nights there I spent time enjoying a beer and discussing how local life was for these friendly and energetic folks. On my last morning I took part in the breakfast buffet and I was surprised to see how many options for food were available. Overall this was a great stay that I recommend and would gladly revisit upon my return.

Overall great stay, all the staff was super nice, the receptionist was able to let us do a late check out, which was much appreciated! Stayed there during the ***** New Year Holiday, they had the look dance performance that morning, great vibes! The location is great as it is between two big shopping malls and access to BTS and the Blue Line. Would definitely come back!

Muy conveniente, hay un centro comercial al lado y también es conveniente para ir de compras y comer. El piso en el que me registré ese día era alto y podía ver la vista de la calle principal afuera. La vista estaba bien. La única habitación está poco iluminada.

Las habitaciones del hotel son espaciosas, limpias y muy modernas. Tienen cargador internacional proporcionado. Es nuestro tercer día de estancia y estamos muy satisfechos con su servicio. Hoy olvidamos solicitar la limpieza de la habitación, pero aunque ya era bastante tarde, no hubo problema; pudimos llamar a la recepción y nos enviaron toallas limpias. Had an amazing time at Kingston Suites. Despite some bad reviews and the location and looks of the hotel from the outside, the lobby, the lift. The room itself was great. You are definitely getting more than what you pay for and at least what you paid for. Service was amazing, very prompt and responsive. Overall a good budget hotel for young couples. Loved the free upgrade and special effort from the hotel also to celebrate our anniversary. Thanks Kingston Suites, I would definitely recommend and come back as well :)

Al entrar a este hotel, tuve la extraña sensación de haber viajado en el tiempo hasta los últimos días de la dinastía Qing. Los pasillos desprendían un olor rancio; la alfombra, con colores indistinguibles y capas de manchas, era un fiel reflejo de la sociedad de la última dinastía Qing, carcomida, llena de llagas y desprovista de vida. Aunque se anunciaba como una habitación con vistas a la piscina, esta estaba en proceso de demolición. El desayuno fue el peor que he probado en tres semanas de estancia en hoteles de Tailandia. Aparte del servicio de transporte gratuito, no tiene absolutamente ningún otro punto a favor.

Todo bien en general. No está lejos de la estación Chong Nonsi del BTS, se puede ir andando. La habitación es grande, el desayuno está bien y tiene una piscina en la azotea. El servicio de atención al cliente no cambia las sábanas si no se pide, y sí que hay cucarachas.
