The house is exactly just like the photos. Very clean and new. All the amenities are provided as per listed. We came with a family of 4, with another two elderly. We had a pleasant stay here, feel like home. Quiet area, lots of food stall and convenience store in walkable distance. One car parking available. Will definitely come back on our next trip to Bangkok.

En general, nos gustó todo, y lo mejor fue que la habitación era tranquila y no había ruido de la calle, ya que el hostal está en una calle tranquila. El recepcionista fue amable, la entrada y el salón eran acogedores, y había un gato adorable en la planta baja.

The hotel’s location and the room itself were excellent and truly top-class. However, considering that this is a large five-star hotel, it was disappointing that the swimming pool and gym were very small, and that there were limited facilities outside of the guest rooms. Normally, rooms are cleaned while guests are out during the day, but in my case, the room was cleaned while I went to breakfast without any prior notice or consent, which made me uncomfortable and surprised. When I asked if I could borrow a wine opener and went down to the first floor to request one, I was very surprised by the staff member’s response that I needed to bring the wine bottle down to the lobby. Lastly, charging extra for beverages or ice cream at breakfast beyond the basic coffee was disappointing when compared to the service standards of other five-star hotels in Bangkok.

This is a Chilean-run hotel. I stayed in a six-person room the first day and booked a four-person room for the second day. At 11:00 AM the next day, I returned the key card for the six-person room, but since it wasn't check-in time, I discussed changing rooms with the hotel owner for the afternoon. Afterwards, I went to Bangkok Central Railway Station to buy a train ticket. When I returned to the hotel, it was past 10:00 PM, but only 10:40 PM, and the hotel was completely empty. They neither left me any note nor arranged any other accommodation. I tried contacting the hotel following the signs at the entrance—by phone, online, and email—but received no response. They failed to fulfill their promise to have staff on duty. The online booking platform also tried contacting the hotel multiple times, but to no avail. I waited until 2:00 AM, but still no one helped me find accommodation, so I had to find another place to spend the night with my heavy luggage. Afterwards, I applied for a refund through the booking platform, but the hotel coldly refused. The booking platform refunded my accommodation fee based on my reasons. This hotel is heartless and only cares about money; they have no humanity whatsoever. They are a disgrace to the Bangkok hotel industry.

Hay un servicio de tuk-tuk a la Terminal 21 cada hora en punto y media hora desde las 8:00 a. m., lo cual fue muy práctico para moverse por la mañana. El desayuno es delicioso, pero el servicio es temprano y breve. La habitación es espaciosa y cómoda. A veces hay agua de cortesía disponible y a veces no. La cama es cuestión de gustos, pero a mí no me resultó cómoda. El inodoro es innecesariamente grande y el papel higiénico está lejos del asiento, por lo que podría resultar incómodo para personas con rigidez corporal. Todo el personal fue amable, atento y cordial.

Excelente ubicación al lado de la estación BTS. Hay muchos centros comerciales cerca: MBK, Siam Paragon, Discovery, Centre. También obtuve un 7-11 en la planta baja. La habitación era grande pero no lo suficientemente luminosa. El baño era pequeño. Tienes que pagar para usar instalaciones como la piscina. La televisión también era vieja y no era inteligente, por lo que no se puede transmitir desde el teléfono ni ver Netflix.

My 5th or 6th time here. - no deposits upon arrival - staff helpful - room service clean everyday esp mopping.top-up essentials. - my room aircond is very cold. 👍 - walking distance to market Downside - the only thing is traffic jammed area the hotel was very very bad. Stucked for half and hrs going/coming to hotel. - some guest make noise at night even after midnight, esp indian tourist. And also they r rude to local, as if they are richer than local. Nonsense on bargaining when shopping or need services. They were in a grp of 3-5.

La casa es limpia, la decoración es muy hermosa, muy valiosa, cuanto más vienes con amigos, más valiosa porque puedes dormir con tus amigos juntos, sentarse y hablar, la zona de recepción es amplia, puedes sentarse y sentarse con amigos.
