Thank you Concierge Atip Tum and Jump for great assistance helping us get to the Airport in time !!!! Swimming pool and fitness is the main facilities!!! Well maintained all fitness equipment!! Highly recommended for vocations

Era muy práctico ya que el centro comercial Terminal 21 y la estación BTS, un medio de transporte, estaban conectados directamente a través de un puente elevado. En lugar de tomar un taxi una vez, hice una tarjeta Rabbit, la recargué y fui a todas partes con BTS. Me gustó el lujoso interior del hotel y todo el personal siempre sonrió, fue amable y trató de ayudar. Las habitaciones están limpias y muy bien mantenidas. Para el desayuno de la mañana, la comida tailandesa era la más deliciosa y comía muchas frutas diferentes. La piscina de este hotel es preciosa y tiene un gran ambiente para relaj****, así que pasé aquí toda la mañana después del desayuno. En realidad, le tengo miedo al agua y no sé nadar, pero no quiero salir del agua. También había un jacuzzi, por lo que era perfecto para entrar en calor y aliviar el cansancio. Quedé impresionado hasta el final porque pude hacer el check out, dejar mi equipaje, hacer turismo y regresar y usar el spa. Sheraton Grand Sukhumvit Hotel fue el mejor hotel con puntuaciones perfectas para mí. Creo que el hotel jugó un papel importante al dejarme buenos recuerdos de mi viaje a Tailandia.

Excellent~! except 4 things below. Staffs are SUPER kind. 1. Luggage keeping for early check in I checked out from Four seasons and continuously checked in to Capella. So I asked my luggage from Four seasons to Capella. But I was very disappointed when I first saw that my luggage are stored outside of Capella lobby. My luggage was outside of the building and the weather was more than 35 degrees at that time. My luggage should be cooked. If I knew that you guys will store my luggage outside of the building, I wouldn't ask that kind of request. I would carry them for myself and ask put my luggage inside of the storage before check-in. If you and Four seasons decided to care for luggage service for customers who use both hotel, you need to store customers' luggage inside the building which is cool and safe. 2. Electric blind. Because of malfunctioning of the blind in the bathroom. I had to call for the staff at night. But there were dust and dirt at one of engineering staff's clothes. I understand that he could easily have dirt on his clothes considering that he is an engineer but anyway he brought dust in my room. Moreover, it took some time to fix the electronic blind and it caused lots of dust while fixing and they had to step up my washstand so that I requested to clean. But when the staff came to clean the bathroom, he doesn't look so professional. First, he brought 3 hand mops in his hand but hand mops look dirty(at least not clean, old, too much used, stitches loosen) and his cleaning process doesn't look so professional too. I guess he might not be professional cleaning staff, rather than night watch. I explained him that due to fixing the blind, there were lots of dust there, and he said ”Yes” but he just wiped out washstand and wash bowl. But still lots of dust remains on the water tap which shines so that easily looking for dust. 3. Cin Cin hour Cin Cin hour itself was good. But the qualify of finger food was bad considering expectation of Capella. It seemed that the finger food came from leftover of the morning buffet. The finger food was dried and not fresh. Also, in my experience of both four seasons(BKK Social Club) and Stella, overall interior is better in BKK Social Club. 4. Boat Time Table From 7 pm, Boat arrives and leaves at Pier 1 from ICONSIAM(used to be Pier 3 during daylight). But there was no explanation not only in the time table but also from the staff. So, I missed the boat and had to spend another hour.

Y desayuno buffet ilimitado que incluye sandía y piña. El personal está bien y la ubicación es buena. Por el precio es una gran oferta. No esperes demasiado y estarás bien. Superó mis expectativas.

🔴my room was all dirty and dusty. the cleaning team needs to seriously up their game tbh. the shower is absolutely horrendous and too high up on the wall the area is under construction as the hotel itself. good thing I never heard any noise! the hotel is too far from bts or any decent places to shop/eat at. they have a shuttle service though which i discovered only upon leaving. 🟢the staff is very nice and attentive. pool and gym are ok. hotel is pet friendly which is cool. also my room had all you could ever need during your stay. it’s spacious and comfortable.

In my opinion this is a great short stay for lovers of art and design. It’s filled with lush things to look at and soak in. Room was lovely and clean with a funky design and reliable wifi. Staff were all great as well. I think this is best for a short stay as the location wasn’t particularly pleasant for walkability and getting out and about sight seeing. If you’re spending a bit of time in Bangkok with the view to seeing a lot, the location is a weak point. The art classes and spin classes looked great but I didn’t get a chance to try anything out. Everything is a bit pricey, and I think their beautiful rooftop and restaurant would be filled up more if it wasn’t so much. I found the menu a bit limited given how little alternatives are around the hotel. Happy hour on the roof is worth the trip though!
