This is a crown jewel in UK! Boutique hotel with fantastic service and hospitality. So friendly and world top notch professional service that only another 5-star hotel in Kensington London can compared to (in other words, other 5-star hotels can’t even reach such high standard). I got butler service. Front desk Hannah is very friendly and helpful with sweet smiles. Greeted by GM and was guided to see some suites. Breakfast is gorgeous. Suite is clean with top brand kitchen facility. You can’t find a better 5-star hotel at this room rate. I’ll definitely come to stay here again and again. Thanks so much for your great service!

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca del centro de la ciudad y de la estación de autobuses. El desayuno es rico y el pan variado. El personal de servicio toma la iniciativa de preparar una taza de café. Son cordiales y entusiastas. Itinerario de un día, presentaciones detalladas y ayuda con el registro. ¡El servicio de pedido de habitaciones es de buena calidad y buena actitud!

La habitación era lsrge y bien equipada con muy grande TV, nevera. Grande ducha a pie y muchas instalaciones de té/cafe. La ducha era ligeramente fría, pero buena sección de tocador. El servicio a la cena y al bar fue muy bueno. Aquí está la habitación de la habitación.

From the moment we stepped into The Hampton at Hilton Cental we were made very welcome. The check-in was a pleasure and very efficient. We were allowed up to our rooms early. Th e staff could not be more pleasant and helpful. The room was spotless 404. The bed was very comfy. The towels were fluffy and plentiful. The shower was fab. The breakfast staff were very helpful to find us a table very quickly even though the dining room was very busy.  Breakfast very tasty.  I’m not at all surprised that the hotel has won Staff awards. We ll be back.

Great hotel, lovely looking and welcoming foyer. Hotel staff were excellent, well mannered, attentive and friendly. Rooms were nice and clean with a modern TV. A bit pricey for food and drinks. My shower was pretty cold at 5am in the winter unfortunately and a staff member did try to help to no avail. Would stay again but it's unlikely that this is the first time that hot water has been a problem, you would imagine there would be checks and/or protocols for handling this situation, especially in winter.

We arrived hours earlier than check-in time and were allowed to park our car in the underground garage. This allowed us to take a bus or walk the 30 mins into the city centre, When we did check-in we were made up with the size and space available to us, 2 bedrooms, large dining table and good size kitchen area, it was also great to see lovely body wash and shampoo to use in the bathroom, everywhere was clean, we stayed 4 nts and the cleaner came in a tidied and change towels for us. The tesco shoo was handy for picking up some pizzas and wine, saving us some money when on a tight budget, we would definitely stay again,

The biggest drawback is its location, which is quite rural, surrounded by nature parks, and small residential towns. On the plus side, the rooms are genuinely spacious. This time, I stayed near the edge of the building, with windows on two sides. One of the windows opens to a view of distant snow-capped mountains 🏔️. Additionally, the soundproofing and cleanliness were excellent. The air control system can be a bit noisy, but once it’s turned off at night, the room is wonderfully quiet. The hotel also features its own gym and swimming pool, which include some classes, a sauna, a steam room, and a hydrotherapy pool. While it can get busy during peak hours, it never felt overcrowded. Many of the club members are local residents, and listening to their amusing banter in the steam room was quite entertaining. Staying at a hotel alone is such a blissful way to relax. When I get home, I’ve decided to upgrade my bedding and incorporate sauna sessions into my routine!

El hotel está situado en una zona muy agradable, con personal amigable y útil. A la vista de la habitación, la habitación estaba muy bien decorada y se destruyó por un aire acondicionado y unas unidades de extracción justo fuera de la ventana, que se hizo una noche alta y tranquila. La moldea negra en el baño, la gran crack en la pared y los tejidos sucios no ayudaron. El hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad, pero no hay ningún tipo de puertos de carga de USB o C. La TV era pequeña en comparación con el tamaño de la habitación y se mantuvo sin señal. También noté una luz de latido, pero creo que esto podría haber ocurrido en cualquier momento. El hotel tiene una calificación de 4* y por eso tendría al menos una mesa de té/cafetería esperada. Brilliant red brick stately home type hotel. Full of charm and has a lovely front garden. You have full access to all living and dining area on the ground floor at any time, which is great for photos and relaxing. Our room was a small loft but had a great view from the bathroom of the hills over the city. The City tour bus goes past the hotel because apparently it used to be occupied by the main builder of the Titanic. It is a short walking distance to the stunning Queen's University and Botanic Gardens. Ryan's restaurant is a great shout for homely reasonably priced Irish food and drink. The lady at the front desk also gave us direct assistance to book our trip on the Causeway tour. Highly recommend.

The location right in the heart of South Belfast and near Ulster Museum leaves nothing to be desired. The service in this establishment does not either. Our room had plenty of light as it was on the 2nd floor and featured one of those 3 Victorian bay windows. The only tiny little fly in the ointment was the fact our bathroom sink did not seem to have warm water - but the shower made up for that. This mini hotel is great value for money and the cleanliness is beyond reproach.
