This is a crown jewel in UK! Boutique hotel with fantastic service and hospitality. So friendly and world top notch professional service that only another 5-star hotel in Kensington London can compared to (in other words, other 5-star hotels can’t even reach such high standard). I got butler service. Front desk Hannah is very friendly and helpful with sweet smiles. Greeted by GM and was guided to see some suites. Breakfast is gorgeous. Suite is clean with top brand kitchen facility. You can’t find a better 5-star hotel at this room rate. I’ll definitely come to stay here again and again. Thanks so much for your great service!

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca del centro de la ciudad y de la estación de autobuses. El desayuno es rico y el pan variado. El personal de servicio toma la iniciativa de preparar una taza de café. Son cordiales y entusiastas. Itinerario de un día, presentaciones detalladas y ayuda con el registro. ¡El servicio de pedido de habitaciones es de buena calidad y buena actitud!

Cerca de bares y restaurantes, así como de la experiencia Titanic, a un corto paseo cruzando el puente peatonal al otro lado del río. Las habitaciones contaban con todo lo necesario: plancha, nevera pequeña, menaje para preparar té y café y caja fuerte. El desayuno estaba incluido e incluía platos calientes y continentales.

Mi reciente experiencia desayunando en este hotel tuvo sus altibajos. Para empezar, la trona para bebés estaba decepcionantemente sucia, incluso después de haberla limpiado a conciencia con toallitas húmedas, como se puede ver en las fotos. Los estándares de limpieza deberían mejorar considerablemente. En cuanto al servicio de desayuno, dejó mucho que desear. Parecía que solo había un camarero atendiendo todo, y tardaron la friolera de 20 minutos en servirme un simple yogur. Estoy segura de que yo misma lo habría preparado en dos minutos. Además, la porción de yogur era bastante pequeña y la avena estaba casi incomible. Sin embargo, debo admitir que el desayuno completo compensó la experiencia. En resumen, aunque el desayuno completo fue agradable, la limpieza de la trona y la lentitud del servicio para productos básicos como el yogur necesitan mejorar notablemente.

El Wi-Fi no funcionaba bien y el baño estaba bastante medio, la TV estaba postada delante de la ventana, cubriendo así la mayor parte de la luz natural que entraba. No recomiendo quedarme en este hotel si buscas una experiencia de cinco estrellas.

El Hilton de Belfast goza de una ubicación ideal junto al mercado de St. George, a poca distancia a pie de la zona de la Catedral y las tiendas. También está cerca del paseo ribereño. Nuestra habitación era espaciosa y limpia. El desayuno era muy variado y era una zona agradable para comer. Sin duda, recomiendo alojarse allí.

A lovely hotel in a great location with friendly and helpful staff —- however there were so many small negatives that the overall experience was disappointing. The lift was not in service so had to use the stairs. Thankfully not a high rise and I was on the 1st floor. A huge, well decorated room was ruined by air conditioning and extraction units right outside the window which made for a loud and restless night. The frosted glass on the windows left the room dull. Black mold in the bathroom, large crack on the wall and dirty carpets did not help. Neither did the badly made bed and stiff coarse dressing gowns, which I had to look for and found squashed into a shelf in the wardrobe - and one had a large black stain on it. WiFi was very good but there were no usb / type C charging ports. TV was tiny in comparison to the size of the room and kept losing its signal. I also noted a blown lightbulb, but I guess this could have happened at any time. Breakfast was also disappointing, although the sausage was delicious and the highlight. They did provide a small gluten free option too, but I’m not sure if GF bread and non dairy milk is sufficient in and of themselves. The hotel claims a 4* rating and for that I would have at least expected tea/coffee table service. Instead I got it myself from a coffee machine. The coffee itself was very strong to the point of being undrinkable. Finally while speaking with staff it emerged that the Trip price, which supposedly included a huge discount was actually way over the standard price for a room with this hotel.

The biggest drawback is its location, which is quite rural, surrounded by nature parks, and small residential towns. On the plus side, the rooms are genuinely spacious. This time, I stayed near the edge of the building, with windows on two sides. One of the windows opens to a view of distant snow-capped mountains 🏔️. Additionally, the soundproofing and cleanliness were excellent. The air control system can be a bit noisy, but once it’s turned off at night, the room is wonderfully quiet. The hotel also features its own gym and swimming pool, which include some classes, a sauna, a steam room, and a hydrotherapy pool. While it can get busy during peak hours, it never felt overcrowded. Many of the club members are local residents, and listening to their amusing banter in the steam room was quite entertaining. Staying at a hotel alone is such a blissful way to relax. When I get home, I’ve decided to upgrade my bedding and incorporate sauna sessions into my routine!

Brilliant red brick stately home type hotel. Full of charm and has a lovely front garden. You have full access to all living and dining area on the ground floor at any time, which is great for photos and relaxing. Our room was a small loft but had a great view from the bathroom of the hills over the city. The City tour bus goes past the hotel because apparently it used to be occupied by the main builder of the Titanic. It is a short walking distance to the stunning Queen's University and Botanic Gardens. Ryan's restaurant is a great shout for homely reasonably priced Irish food and drink. The lady at the front desk also gave us direct assistance to book our trip on the Causeway tour. Highly recommend.

El hotel es un hotel muy bueno, muy limpio y en una buena ubicación. Sólo el problema era que no me di cuenta hasta que lo hice era que tenía que depositar un depósito. Creo que esto debería haber sido parte de los detalles cuando me reservaba. Se me informó que sería abonado como una cantidad pendiente, pero me pagaron.
