This is a crown jewel in UK! Boutique hotel with fantastic service and hospitality. So friendly and world top notch professional service that only another 5-star hotel in Kensington London can compared to (in other words, other 5-star hotels can’t even reach such high standard). I got butler service. Front desk Hannah is very friendly and helpful with sweet smiles. Greeted by GM and was guided to see some suites. Breakfast is gorgeous. Suite is clean with top brand kitchen facility. You can’t find a better 5-star hotel at this room rate. I’ll definitely come to stay here again and again. Thanks so much for your great service!

Mi reciente experiencia desayunando en este hotel tuvo sus altibajos. Para empezar, la trona para bebés estaba decepcionantemente sucia, incluso después de haberla limpiado a conciencia con toallitas húmedas, como se puede ver en las fotos. Los estándares de limpieza deberían mejorar considerablemente. En cuanto al servicio de desayuno, dejó mucho que desear. Parecía que solo había un camarero atendiendo todo, y tardaron la friolera de 20 minutos en servirme un simple yogur. Estoy segura de que yo misma lo habría preparado en dos minutos. Además, la porción de yogur era bastante pequeña y la avena estaba casi incomible. Sin embargo, debo admitir que el desayuno completo compensó la experiencia. En resumen, aunque el desayuno completo fue agradable, la limpieza de la trona y la lentitud del servicio para productos básicos como el yogur necesitan mejorar notablemente.

The Europa in my opinion has got quite tired and is in bed of a revamp of the Bedrooms … especially the executive rooms .. also the cleaning of the rooms is hit & miss .. pull out the beds and there is old debris .. no sanitary disposable bags in bathrooms - the complimentary tea/coffee tray is an absolute disgrace and so basic that I don’t know why they bother .. the complimentary water is room temperature and no fridges in rooms .. I have no idea why they have the star rating it has ..the standard is not what would be expected of such a hotel Which I feel is basking in the glow of years gone by .. and the prices are overly inflated… Come on Hastings you can do much better than this??

El Wi-Fi no funcionaba bien y el baño estaba bastante medio, la TV estaba postada delante de la ventana, cubriendo así la mayor parte de la luz natural que entraba. No recomiendo quedarme en este hotel si buscas una experiencia de cinco estrellas.

We arrived early wanting to leave our bags but luckily our room was ready. Room was clean just maybe a few things in the bathroom like a bit of limescale on the pipes nothing big. We had food in the restaurant food was lovely service was good especially one of the ladies who had a lovely way with her. Seen her again at breakfast. Only issue we had was at 2am the room next door where very loud and noisy woke us from our sleep and took ages to shut up. Should have maybe complained but was so tired didn’t bother. Mother than that our stay was great

A lovely hotel in a great location with friendly and helpful staff —- however there were so many small negatives that the overall experience was disappointing. The lift was not in service so had to use the stairs. Thankfully not a high rise and I was on the 1st floor. A huge, well decorated room was ruined by air conditioning and extraction units right outside the window which made for a loud and restless night. The frosted glass on the windows left the room dull. Black mold in the bathroom, large crack on the wall and dirty carpets did not help. Neither did the badly made bed and stiff coarse dressing gowns, which I had to look for and found squashed into a shelf in the wardrobe - and one had a large black stain on it. WiFi was very good but there were no usb / type C charging ports. TV was tiny in comparison to the size of the room and kept losing its signal. I also noted a blown lightbulb, but I guess this could have happened at any time. Breakfast was also disappointing, although the sausage was delicious and the highlight. They did provide a small gluten free option too, but I’m not sure if GF bread and non dairy milk is sufficient in and of themselves. The hotel claims a 4* rating and for that I would have at least expected tea/coffee table service. Instead I got it myself from a coffee machine. The coffee itself was very strong to the point of being undrinkable. Finally while speaking with staff it emerged that the Trip price, which supposedly included a huge discount was actually way over the standard price for a room with this hotel.

Esta es mi segunda estancia en el Hotel Clayton y, en general, la experiencia fue agradable y las habitaciones cómodas. Están limpias y bien mantenidas, y el hotel ofrece una buena relación calidad-precio para una estancia de una noche. Sin embargo, observé que el personal de recepción podría mejorar siendo más atento y proactivo a la hora de ayudar a los huéspedes. En varias ocasiones, parecía que no se atendía a los huéspedes de inmediato, lo que puede dar una impresión de falta de atención, especialmente para los visitantes internacionales. Mi estancia anterior fue hace tres años y esperaba ver alguna mejora en este aspecto. Un profesionalismo constante y una cálida hospitalidad en la recepción mejorarían significativamente la experiencia general del huésped. Espero ver cambios positivos en mi próxima visita.

Brilliant red brick stately home type hotel. Full of charm and has a lovely front garden. You have full access to all living and dining area on the ground floor at any time, which is great for photos and relaxing. Our room was a small loft but had a great view from the bathroom of the hills over the city. The City tour bus goes past the hotel because apparently it used to be occupied by the main builder of the Titanic. It is a short walking distance to the stunning Queen's University and Botanic Gardens. Ryan's restaurant is a great shout for homely reasonably priced Irish food and drink. The lady at the front desk also gave us direct assistance to book our trip on the Causeway tour. Highly recommend.

El hotel es muy moderno y muy central. Belfast es muy caminable y nos encantó nuestro tiempo aquí. El equipo de recepción fue muy amable y útil.

The location right in the heart of South Belfast and near Ulster Museum leaves nothing to be desired. The service in this establishment does not either. Our room had plenty of light as it was on the 2nd floor and featured one of those 3 Victorian bay windows. The only tiny little fly in the ointment was the fact our bathroom sink did not seem to have warm water - but the shower made up for that. This mini hotel is great value for money and the cleanliness is beyond reproach.
