Nada mal. El servicio es bueno. No ofrecen desayuno, pero nos darán cupones que podemos usar para comprar comida.

Nos alojamos para NYE, la habitación era agradable, pero el baño realmente olía muy mal, debe haber algo gravemente mal con el sistema de trampa de plomería, como huevos conseguidos, y el olor estaba en toda la habitación si la puerta estaba rota, incluso por un momento. La máquina expendedora en el salón donde recuperé un paquete de papas fritas con tocino descontó 16 libras esterlinas de mi tarjeta bancaria por artículos que no pude recuperar de la máquina, es decir, dos Gina y dos papas fritas. Me gustaría un reembolso por eso. La ubicación era buena desayuno terrible.

Comfortable warm bedroom that was smaller than expected, particularly the very tiny bathroom.

The hotel was in a prime neighbourhood. Right near the Botanical Gardens and Ulster Museum. Lots to do for sightseeing very close to the location.
The room was clean and modern. It was small but cozy. I would stay here again on a return visit in the future.

I was really looking forward to our stay at this place.
Having paid 150£ per night I was expecting a lovely experience
While the overall look is nice, it needs some TLC and seems to be run as cheaply as possible
Details....
TV reception not good enough to watch any channels.
Poor WiFi stopped us Streaming.
Window poorly insulated against cold and noise (the latter being an issue as it's located on a main road).
Curtains letting some light in.
Bathroom looked clean on first glance but dirty around the tiles.
Bed looked nice but was not built properly and shook when sitting on it.
Continental breakfast best avoided (packed pain au chocolate) and too late at the WE (9-11).
Instructions for entry were clear and staff were nice and helpful.
Expected a bit more luxury for this price.

Small room but good value for near the city centre, universities etc. We hadn't received the promised email with entry details but the young man doing the cleaning let us in and gave us the entry codes. Good choice of cold breakfast items, drinks, toast etc. Some noise from the street late at night, as it's a student area. We were lucky to find a parking space on the street round the corner.
