Premier Inn Belfast City Centre Alfred Street

La recepción es muy buena, las habitaciones son buenas y el precio es económico, adecuado para un viaje corto a Befa.

Hotel perfecto que cumplió mis expectativas. A 15 minutos del centro y seguro.

Location was great for the centre of town. Our room was ok but a little noisy due to being right by the door to our floor from the lifts. Staff were ok, but not enough of them.

Premier Inn does what it says on the tin - gives you a good night's sleep. Very comfortable bed, excellent blackout curtains, quiet and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful, happy to store our luggage before checkin and after checkout. Very easy walk down to City Hall/city centre.

Excellent location not far from shops and main central restaurants. I debated between booking this Premier Inn and the one near the Titanic museum. I’m glad I chose this one as the location was much better. Room was clean. Breakfast was good and reception staff were pleasant, especially the older lady with blonde hair. Myself and my 2 daughters spent 3 nights here.

This is an extremely poor hotel. I needed to change my booking due to business reasons. Their computer system was not working, so I emailed the hotel direct. It took a month to receive a curt and rude reply from them, no confirmation of booking change or any other correspondence. However, they did very efficiently manage to bill. me for the £110 room rate. Four months later I am still fighting to get my money back…. I had a very rude conversation with both their receptionist and ‘stand-in manager’ yesterday, who both refused to help obtain my refund. Their customer service and general responses are shockingly poor. It is also almost impossible to find any way to raise a formal complaint with Premier Inn as an organisation. I will not be using them as a hotel again.

This hotel is well placed for city sight seeing, rooms are of a good size with comfortable beds. However on the first night we had travelled all day and decided to eat in. Not a good experience, I ordered a sirloin steak, med. rare, it was well cooked and was half fat and gristle. When I posted this out I was told " well that is a sirloin steak". No. it should not be, I had to ask for a steak knife, this should come with the steak. I do not recommend the restaurant for a meal. There was no broccoli, I had a side order of peas which were of poor quality. At breakfast one morning there were no croissants, I had a continental breakfast, no cornflakes, the pastries were dry but lovely muffins. The young staff in the restaurant were polite but the manager greeted us with a 'hi guys, how you doing" which is not professional enough. A good morning would be better.

Would highly recommend Premier Inn. Great service from staff across the hotel from Kieran’s welcome to the hotel holding onto our bags on the final day. Great location with most things within 10 min walk.

Great location for Belfast City Centre and nightlife. This is just around the corner from the Thirsty Goat pub. Check in was from 3pm and check out at 12pm. This is a “standard Premier Inn”. You know what you’re getting! Good breakfast and clean room.
