Very pleasant Riad, very well looked after, ideally located, within 5 mins walking to the Old Medina and car park. Additionally, very easily accessible by car for taxi transfers. Spacious rooms, clean modern toilets and showers with lockable doors, very tasteful décor, robust air conditioning system. Customer service was very good, house keeping was superb, both concierges Abu Bakr and Muhammad were very professional and kind, they communicated very well with us and took care to see to all of our needs. We thoroughly delighted over the variety and the overall quality of food at the accompanying Restaurant Soultana. Highly recommended.

We stayed at this hotel yesterday and absolutely loved it! 🌸 The manager, Mehdi, was incredibly kind and helpful — he assisted us with everything we needed and even welcomed us with traditional Moroccan tea upon arrival, which was such a nice touch. The hotel itself is beautiful, decorated in authentic Moroccan style, very clean and well-maintained. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing, and we felt completely comfortable during our stay. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality! We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fes. 💙

Super justo ubicación! Taxi está justo a la entrada de Riad, no tienes que ir con bolsas en la calle estrecha de Medina. Entrada a Medina justo por la pared. Riad de lujo. Todo es muy bonito y elegante. Las camas son excelentes, también las pijamas. El desayuno es genial! El personal es tan agradable y muy bienvenido. No hay problemas de agua caliente. Gracias por el descanso. No nos impidió descansar, pero sólo sabemos que a través de la pared de la Moscú con llamadas de la mañana puedes oír.

Lamentablely we didn't like living in this hotel very much.We're not the first time in Fes and this hotel certainly doesn't cost its money. El hotel es increíblemente hermoso en el interior, pero las habitaciones son pequeñas, las ventanas salen no a la calle, sino a la sala general, donde los huéspedes y anfitriones están constantemente situados (desde la mañana temprana en el desayuno de la sala y las placas de anillos, En general, el hotel no se ve muy limpio y hasta escapó de la gran cachorroca una noche. En medio de nuestras vacaciones, nos envenenaron y dejaron de comer desayuno en absoluto (es la única vez en 3 meses en Marruecos) Es también una pena que no haya cafeterías ni refrigeradores en las habitaciones.

Love this Riad, it is so clean and beautiful inside and the roof top with a nice Panorama view . Before arriving the riad, they sent me an email asking my WhatsApp so they can send me the exact location and so video clips for me to know how to get there since Google map doesn’t work when getting inside the Medina . They said if I really couldn’t find the way, they could pick me up in one of the entrances to the riad. I thought I could find it but I failed so I called them. One of the staff came out immediately and helped me my luggage. The two young staff there are very helpful and friendly. Since I was so late to arrive , so one staff (should be called Abdullah) brought me out again so I can Rmb how to get out and in again next time. The other young staff also brought me where I can find friendly convenient store nearby to get essentials. Love them and so helpful. The breakfast was nice too. The AC inside the Room is good and the water pressure and the heat were good too ! Highly recommend this Riad when u travel to fez next time. Rmb to bring ur amenities since they do not provide any bathing items or toothbrush. Recommend the riad to have a rubbish bin in the room instead of just inside the toilet.

La persona de contacto es tan agradable que nos ayudó a organizar una visita y transporte a otra ciudad. Aunque tuvimos que salir a las 8 horas, que no era el horario de desayuno, el guardaespaldas nos prepararon comida para tomarnos.

El Riad es justo para el precio. Está centralmente situado en la Medina. Tengo la habitación en el techo. No hay ascensor, sólo una escalera espiral estrecha. Tienes que llevar tu equipaje arriba y abajo. Si usted es mayor y tiene problemas con su espalda o problemas de rodillas, este lugar no es para usted. Si tienes que hablar con el propietario del Riad tienes que Watsapp él si tienes alguna preocupación. Tengo un problema con mi cerradura de puertas. Felizmente, rápidamente se dirigieron a mi problema y cambiaron mi cerradura de puertas inmediatamente.

A very beautiful riad in the middle of medina, we are so happy to have stayed here. Mesmerising inner court, authentic-looking room, and a wonderful host Youssef, who is very welcoming and always ready to help. We stayed in the end of December, so it wasn’t exactly warm in the room, and if there was a heater of some sort, that would be just perfect. But then again, it was the 4th riad in a row we stayed at, and it was the warmest of them all even without aircon or heater. With that being said, I’m sure the temperature would feel just perfect during spring, summer or autumn. Thank you again to Youssef and the team, you left us a wonderful memory of Fes❤️
