¡Sin duda recomiendo este lugar! ★★★★★ Nos sirvieron té de menta y dulces al llegar, ¡y la habitación era absolutamente encantadora! El lavabo era elegante, la iluminación era estupenda, había una cómoda y el desayuno estaba delicioso. También se encargaron de mi equipaje después de la salida, y cuando tuve tiempo de esperar el taxi por la noche y me preguntaba qué hacer, me dejaron esperar en el vestíbulo un buen rato. Eso ya fue muy de agradecer, pero también nos ofrecieron té y dulces... ¡Un lugar realmente amable y recomendable! ◎

Las escaleras son más cortas, el camarote ayudará a subir el equipaje. La higiene de la habitación, especialmente el baño, es más general y la contaminación es obvia. Las camas y los calzones son muy cómodos y duermen muy bien. El desayuno parece muy rico, usted está bien, en realidad es pan, fruta, fruta de hortaliza. Los jefes de populismo y los empleados adorecen interacciones.

Very pleasant Riad, very well looked after, ideally located, within 5 mins walking to the Old Medina and car park. Additionally, very easily accessible by car for taxi transfers. Spacious rooms, clean modern toilets and showers with lockable doors, very tasteful décor, robust air conditioning system. Customer service was very good, house keeping was superb, both concierges Abu Bakr and Muhammad were very professional and kind, they communicated very well with us and took care to see to all of our needs. We thoroughly delighted over the variety and the overall quality of food at the accompanying Restaurant Soultana. Highly recommended.

Tucked away in the labyrinth alleys of the Medina, Riad Algila transports one into a world of tranquility & elegance. The riad's meticulously adorned courtyard with gentle tricking of water from the fountain, swaying green trees and intricate tile work serves as a peaceful sanctuary from the bustling city outside. Our 2 day stay was nothing short of enchanting. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, adorned with traditional Moroccan decor with modern amenities, provided a luxurious retreat after a day of exploration. The staff always attentive with insightful recommendations, made all the difference to our stay. Riad Algila truly embodies the essence of Moroccan hospitality offering a respite of calm and beauty amidst the vibrant tapestry of Fes.

Las zonas comunes son de primera categoría en Fesri; vale la pena visitarlas, sacar fotos y disfrutar del edificio de 700 años de antigüedad. Servicio: En general, el servicio fue excelente. El personal del hotel fue muy amable, el desayuno abundante y la terraza ofrecía vistas únicas del casco antiguo. Sin embargo, el personal que se encarga del equipaje no es empleado del hotel, por lo que se aplica un cargo adicional (trabajan duro para su trabajo, así que pagarles está bien; solo tienes que preguntar al hotel con antelación). El Hotel Sahrai es un hotel privado y hermoso al aire libre, situado fuera de la ciudad, y es una buena opción para los viajeros que desean vivir fuera del aire libre y de la ciudad vieja. El hotel está situado en la cima de una colina y el techo ofrece una hermosa vista de los antiguos barrios de la medina y los judíos. Esta es una buena opción si tienes mucho equipaje, ya que no se permite que los coches te caigan en Riads dentro de la Medina.

My stay in Fez was truly memorable, thanks to the warmth and professionalism of Hager, the manager. We arrived later than planned, reaching the property at 11 p.m. instead of the expected 9 p.m., yet Hager welcomed us with kindness and patience, making us feel completely at ease despite the late hour. That first impression set the tone for the entire stay. Hager was also incredibly accommodating with breakfast. She kindly arranged breakfast earlier than the usual start time, and it was a delicious traditional Moroccan breakfast — fresh, generous, and beautifully prepared. It was one of the highlights of the stay and a perfect way to start the day. At the time of leaving Fez, I had arranged my transport independently, but the situation did not go as planned and became stressful. When Hager became aware of this, she went out of her way to help, reassured me, and kindly allowed me to stay at the property during the unexpected delay. The property is perfectly located in the heart of the medina, offering an authentic Fez experience while remaining peaceful and comfortable. The room was clean, well-maintained, and felt welcoming after long days of exploring. What truly stood out was the genuine care and hospitality throughout the stay. Hager’s calm, thoughtful, and supportive approach made a real difference and reflects the high standards of this place. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Fez — not just for the location and comfort, but for the exceptional hospitality you’ll experience here.

Great stay overall. The location is perfect, right inside the medina. The room was very clean and the air conditioning worked very well. Breakfast was rich and very tasty. The only small issue was that the hot water was a bit limited, so showers need to be quick, but the water temperature was good. What really impressed us was how kind the host was. We had to leave early on our second day and could not stay for breakfast, so he prepared a takeaway breakfast for us. It was packed very carefully and was perfect for the road. We were very touched by this kindness. Highly recommended! 位置很好，就在medina里面，房间干净，空调效果好，早餐丰富好吃。唯一的小不足是热水稍微少一点，但水温很好。 特别感谢店主，因为我们要早走，专门帮我们准备了打包早餐，非常细心和热心，让人很感动。非常推荐！

La experiencia en Marriott Fez fue fantástica.Amigos con un grupo de siete adultos. Desde el momento en que llegamos, la hospitalidad fue excelente . El personal fue increíblemente amigable, bienvenido, y atento a todos los detalles, asegura que nos sentíamos en casa. Fue uno de nuestros amigos el día de la llegada y tuvimos una sorpresa de cumpleaños fantástica de la gerente. Gracias a todo el equipo en el Palacio Janan. El hotel dispone de tres excelentes restaurantes, cada uno con una experiencia de comedor distinta. Hotel adorable para pasar unos días visitando Fes.

A very beautiful riad in the middle of medina, we are so happy to have stayed here. Mesmerising inner court, authentic-looking room, and a wonderful host Youssef, who is very welcoming and always ready to help. We stayed in the end of December, so it wasn’t exactly warm in the room, and if there was a heater of some sort, that would be just perfect. But then again, it was the 4th riad in a row we stayed at, and it was the warmest of them all even without aircon or heater. With that being said, I’m sure the temperature would feel just perfect during spring, summer or autumn. Thank you again to Youssef and the team, you left us a wonderful memory of Fes❤️
