Hoteles en Fez con desayuno

The experience we had at another Riad set very, very high expectations, so read this with that in mind :) I've worked and stayed in luxury hotels around the world, and if you're looking for a stunning hotel, with pleasant service this would be a top choice. However overall we were looking for more of an intimate experience. Staff were very nice; they were young, friendly, kind and caring. Travelling with my mother however, it felt very uncomfortable when I was asked 'how my wife was doing?!', this summed up the disconnection between the hotel and the experience. A beautiful hotel but short of a 4/5 star experience. It is one of the most stunning Riads you will stay at. The restaurant serves great food, and the views are amazing - if you can handle the three floors of steep steps. Overall, you won't be disappointed but it felt like when we stayed there was no manager for those extra touches you expect when paying this much.

La casa del siglo XIV, el edificio en sí es muy hermoso y sorprendente. El desayuno está en la parte superior del edificio, el paisaje es genial y puedes ver una gran área de la medina. Las instalaciones de las habitaciones también son buenas, básicamente tienen todo lo que deberían. Pero la casa vieja también tiene problemas. La insonorización es demasiado pobre. Hay una habitación en el segundo piso que se puede escuchar arriba y abajo por el ascensor, y el ruido en el pasillo será fuerte. Ya era de noche el día de llegada, y cuando entré a la casa, me precipité al olor a agua desinfectante. El mayor problema es que hay 4 saltos de potencia en 2 noches. Este tipo de cosas que suceden en una casa así es realmente aterrador. Cuando el personal dijo que esto nunca había sucedido antes, hizo que la gente se sintiera aún más aterradora. El tráfico es bastante conveniente, puede estacionarse cerca y no tiene que arrastrar su equipaje por mucho tiempo. Pero esta ubicación está bastante lejos del área de actividad habitual de la ciudad vieja, y los atajos en la ciudad vieja no se atreven a ir por la noche. Queríamos tomar un taxi al costado de la carretera a eso de las cuatro o las cinco. Fue difícil tomar un taxi. Parecía que los taxis estaban llenos de gente. Saliendo por la mañana, tuve que tomar un taxi hasta la estación CTM. Dado que es difícil llamar a un pequeño taxi en este lugar durante el día, le pedí a la recepción que me ayudara a reservar un automóvil privado. Tarda unos diez minutos y 100 horas. Si sabe que lo han matado, solo puede utilizar este método. La chica de la recepción es muy dedicada y se siente como si estuviera sentada allí día y noche. Si tiene alguna pregunta, pregúntele, pero la gente siente que presionar la cena y el spa es demasiado, pero no digo nada si me niego. Desperté la mañana antes de irnos y nos ayudó a empacar el desayuno.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable, adorned with traditional Moroccan decor with modern amenities, provided a luxurious retreat after a day of exploration. The staff always attentive with insightful recommendations, made all the difference to our stay. Riad Algila truly embodies the essence of Moroccan hospitality offering a respite of calm and beauty amidst the vibrant tapestry of Fes.

Instalaciones: Las habitaciones son enormes para ser un Riad, haciendo honor a su título de suite. Las camas son cómodas y los baños son luminosos. Las zonas comunes son de primera categoría en Fesri; vale la pena visitarlas, sacar fotos y disfrutar del edificio de 700 años de antigüedad. Sin embargo, ha sido recientemente renovado, así que no se preocupe por las instalaciones anticuadas. Los muebles y demás materiales son exquisitos, incluso con incrustaciones de nácar. Durante mi estancia, en el día más caluroso, el aire acondicionado de mi habitación de lujo no funcionaba bien, así que me cambiaron a una suite familiar (las otras habitaciones estaban llenas, lo que demuestra su popularidad). Limpieza: Las habitaciones están limpias y ordenadas, cumpliendo con los estándares de un hotel de cinco estrellas, tanto en las habitaciones como en las zonas comunes y en el restaurante. Entorno: Las fotos muestran la belleza de las zonas comunes: paredes de mosaico, atrio, vegetación, sillas, etc., todo con una meticulosa artesanía. El hotel está en pleno casco antiguo, a unos 15 minutos a pie del aparcamiento. Hay muchos callejones, pero recuerda buscar los carteles de los hoteles en las paredes; no son difíciles de encontrar. Servicio: En general, el servicio fue excelente. El personal del hotel fue muy amable, el desayuno abundante y la terraza ofrecía vistas únicas del casco antiguo. Sin embargo, el personal que se encarga del equipaje no es empleado del hotel, por lo que se aplica un cargo adicional (trabajan duro para su trabajo, así que pagarles está bien; solo tienes que preguntar al hotel con antelación). En resumen, ¡muy recomendable!

El Hotel Sahrai es un hotel privado y hermoso al aire libre, situado fuera de la ciudad, y es una buena opción para los viajeros que desean vivir fuera del aire libre y de la ciudad vieja. El hotel está situado en la cima de una colina y el techo ofrece una hermosa vista de los antiguos barrios de la medina y los judíos. Esta es una buena opción si tienes mucho equipaje, ya que no se permite que los coches te caigan en Riads dentro de la Medina.

Service de navette pour et de l’aéroport proposée par l établissement: assez pratique lorsqu’on arrive tard comme nous. Facturé 25€ (250 dirhams)inclus la majoration de 5€ pour service nocturne. Chambre propre et literie confortable Salle de bain très petite, douche sans bac, l eau coule directement sur le sol et l’eau met pas mal de temps à s écouler par le syphon: pas trop pratique si vous êtes pressés et que vous devez prendre votre douche l un après l’autre rapidement . Le support de pommeau de douche cassé, il fallait le tenir à la main Produits d hygiène a ramener, shampooing non fourni ( difficile quand on voyage avec bagage en cabine pour 2-3 jours) Service de petit déjeuner basique, dommage pour certains produits commerciaux ( olives noires et fromage quiri ) Crepe et brioche préparé sur place, elles étaient très bonne Emplacement parfait , juste à côté d un de suq de la vieille médina Pour manger il y a plein de restos sur place mais ils sont relativement chers car on est en zone touristique Ne pas hésiter à aller manger dans la ville nouvelle, on y va avec taxi pour 2€ par trajet (4€ a/r) Attention: l hôtel affirme accepter la carte bancaire mais nous n avons pas pu régler 170dirham(17€) par carte car commission trop importante . Que les montants élevés sont acceptés ( à prendre en compte si vous payez en fin de séjour et que vous avez l’argent compté) Wifi gratuit , terrasse sympa mais dommage ne pas y pouvoir prendre le petit dej Dans l ensemble séjour agréable et rapport qualité prix correcte

Our experience at Marriott Fez was fantastic.Friends holiday with a group of seven adults. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was great . The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive to every detail, making sure we felt at home. It was one of our friends' birthday on the day of arrival and we had a fantastic birthday surprise from the manageress. Thanks to the entire team at Janan Palace. The Fes Marriott is a fantastic option with plenty to offer. The hotel features three excellent restaurants, each providing a distinct dining experience. The outdoor areas are impressive with a large swimming pool. Beautiful hotel to spend a few days while visiting Fes.

Love this Riad, it is so clean and beautiful inside and the roof top with a nice Panorama view . Before arriving the riad, they sent me an email asking my WhatsApp so they can send me the exact location and so video clips for me to know how to get there since Google map doesn’t work when getting inside the Medina . They said if I really couldn’t find the way, they could pick me up in one of the entrances to the riad. I thought I could find it but I failed so I called them. One of the staff came out immediately and helped me my luggage. The two young staff there are very helpful and friendly. Since I was so late to arrive , so one staff (should be called Abdullah) brought me out again so I can Rmb how to get out and in again next time. The other young staff also brought me where I can find friendly convenient store nearby to get essentials. Love them and so helpful. The breakfast was nice too. The AC inside the Room is good and the water pressure and the heat were good too ! Highly recommend this Riad when u travel to fez next time. Rmb to bring ur amenities since they do not provide any bathing items or toothbrush. Recommend the riad to have a rubbish bin in the room instead of just inside the toilet.

If you’re staying in Fes, I recommend you stay here. Staff are super friendly and helpful, room clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself as a great traditional Moroccan feel. Mohammed et al. made us feel very welcome. The location is great, walking distance from medina mazes. Brilliant stay and enjoyed Fes very much.
