Nos sirvieron té de menta y dulces al llegar, ¡y la habitación era absolutamente encantadora! El lavabo era elegante, la iluminación era estupenda, había una cómoda y el desayuno estaba delicioso.
También se encargaron de mi equipaje después de la salida, y cuando tuve tiempo de esperar el taxi por la noche y me preguntaba qué hacer, me dejaron esperar en el vestíbulo un buen rato.
Eso ya fue muy de agradecer, pero también nos ofrecieron té y dulces... ¡Un lugar realmente amable y recomendable! ◎

I've worked and stayed in luxury hotels around the world, and if you're looking for a stunning hotel, with pleasant service this would be a top choice. However overall we were looking for more of an intimate experience. Staff were very nice; they were young, friendly, kind and caring. Travelling with my mother however, it felt very uncomfortable when I was asked 'how my wife was doing?!', this summed up the disconnection between the hotel and the experience. A beautiful hotel but short of a 4/5 star experience. It is one of the most stunning Riads you will stay at. The restaurant serves great food, and the views are amazing - if you can handle the three floors of steep steps. Overall, you won't be disappointed but it felt like when we stayed there was no manager for those extra touches you expect when paying this much.

UUsuario invitadoMy stay in Fez was truly memorable, thanks to the warmth and professionalism of Hager, the manager.
We arrived later than planned, reaching the property at 11 p.m. instead of the expected 9 p.m., yet Hager welcomed us with kindness and patience, making us feel completely at ease despite the late hour. That first impression set the tone for the entire stay.
Hager was also incredibly accommodating with breakfast. She kindly arranged breakfast earlier than the usual start time, and it was a delicious traditional Moroccan breakfast — fresh, generous, and beautifully prepared. It was one of the highlights of the stay and a perfect way to start the day.
At the time of leaving Fez, I had arranged my transport independently, but the situation did not go as planned and became stressful. When Hager became aware of this, she went out of her way to help, reassured me, and kindly allowed me to stay at the property during the unexpected delay.
The property is perfectly located in the heart of the medina, offering an authentic Fez experience while remaining peaceful and comfortable. The room was clean, well-maintained, and felt welcoming after long days of exploring.
What truly stood out was the genuine care and hospitality throughout the stay. Hager’s calm, thoughtful, and supportive approach made a real difference and reflects the high standards of this place.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Fez — not just for the location and comfort, but for the exceptional hospitality you’ll experience here.

TTRIPPERS.IO founderLamentablely we didn't like living in this hotel very much.We're not the first time in Fes and this hotel certainly doesn't cost its money.
El hotel es increíblemente hermoso en el interior, pero las habitaciones son pequeñas, las ventanas salen no a la calle, sino a la sala general, donde los huéspedes y anfitriones están constantemente situados (desde la mañana temprana en el desayuno de la sala y las placas de anillos, En general, el hotel no se ve muy limpio y hasta escapó de la gran cachorroca una noche. En medio de nuestras vacaciones, nos envenenaron y dejaron de comer desayuno en absoluto (es la única vez en 3 meses en Marruecos)
Es también una pena que no haya cafeterías ni refrigeradores en las habitaciones.

UUsuario anónimoTo go to the riad you need to pass through small alley, will be hard to find without help. The man owns this guesthouse helped us to find the house because he has stand in front of the small alley. He sells jewellery and Paint. They didn’t reply messages, was bit worrying. Just follow the map. Youll find him. It has only one Bathroom and another toilet. Small warm guest house run by its family. The Lady speaks only french. They served tasty maroccan bfast. Its in the middle Fes el Bali. But im sure there is better place for you. Since we booked almost last minute. I hope it will help you and them.

AAngie Laibaby ArmchannelLove this Riad, it is so clean and beautiful inside and the roof top with a nice Panorama view . Before arriving the riad, they sent me an email asking my WhatsApp so they can send me the exact location and so video clips for me to know how to get there since Google map doesn’t work when getting inside the Medina . They said if I really couldn’t find the way, they could pick me up in one of the entrances to the riad. I thought I could find it but I failed so I called them. One of the staff came out immediately and helped me my luggage. The two young staff there are very helpful and friendly. Since I was so late to arrive , so one staff (should be called Abdullah) brought me out again so I can Rmb how to get out and in again next time. The other young staff also brought me where I can find friendly convenient store nearby to get essentials. Love them and so helpful. The breakfast was nice too. The AC inside the Room is good and the water pressure and the heat were good too ! Highly recommend this Riad when u travel to fez next time. Rmb to bring ur amenities since they do not provide any bathing items or toothbrush. Recommend the riad to have a rubbish bin in the room instead of just inside the toilet.

UUsuario invitadoA very beautiful riad in the middle of medina, we are so happy to have stayed here. Mesmerising inner court, authentic-looking room, and a wonderful host Youssef, who is very welcoming and always ready to help.
We stayed in the end of December, so it wasn’t exactly warm in the room, and if there was a heater of some sort, that would be just perfect. But then again, it was the 4th riad in a row we stayed at, and it was the warmest of them all even without aircon or heater. With that being said, I’m sure the temperature would feel just perfect during spring, summer or autumn.
Thank you again to Youssef and the team, you left us a wonderful memory of Fes❤️
