Los alrededores son relativamente limpios y tranquilos a pesar de estar en una calle principal. Instalaciones: El hotel tiene un aire clásico; las llaves de las habitaciones son tradicionales y requieren cerradura manual. Las instalaciones de la habitación parecen relativamente nuevas, ya que han sido renovadas. El lavabo es un poco pequeño. Todas las ventanas se pueden abrir para ventilar. No hay hervidor de agua en la habitación; el minibar tiene un coste adicional. Servicio de desayuno: El desayuno es sencillo, con café recién molido. El personal es muy amable.

First of all, the location is unbeatable. It’s only about a 10-minute walk to the famous waterfalls and the Old Town, which made everything so convenient. We could stroll out in the morning, explore all the beautiful spots, take photos, grab meals, and come back to rest without needing to drive. Being able to park the car and just walk everywhere was such a big plus. Yes, the hotel has a slightly older, classic style — but everything is clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. What really surprised me (in the best way!) was that our room came with a kitchenette. I did not expect that at all. Having a small kitchen setup made such a difference — we could prepare simple meals, make coffee, and feel a bit more “at home” instead of just staying in a typical hotel room. There was also a bathtub, which was another pleasant surprise. After a long day of walking around and sightseeing, being able to relax in a hot bath was perfect. Not many budget-friendly hotels provide that! For the price we paid, this is honestly one of the best deals in such a prime location. It’s affordable, practical, and provides everything you need for a comfortable stay — good space, useful amenities, parking convenience, and walking distance to all the attractions. If you are looking for a budget-friendly stay with excellent location and great value for money, this hotel is definitely worth considering. We would absolutely stay here again.

Nos dieron una habitación tipo loft, a la que se accede subiendo una escalera estrecha; ¡cuidado si llevas equipaje! La habitación está totalmente equipada con ollas, sartenes y vajilla, así que se puede cocinar. La ubicación es muy práctica; puedes solicitar una tarjeta de transporte al hotel con antelación.

El tipo de habitación, la ubicación y el servicio son muy buenos. Está aproximadamente a un kilómetro a pie de la estación central y se puede llegar andando al lago. El personal de recepción es muy amable. Sin embargo, las instalaciones de la habitación son muy antiguas, no hay ningún enchufe en la posición correcta, la habitación se dispara al hervir agua y usar el secador de pelo al mismo tiempo, y el baño tiene un olor peculiar. En general, espero que se puedan mejorar las instalaciones del hotel.

Hotel muy bien situado en pleno centro al lado de centro comercial y supermercado. Personal muy atento y amable. Prestan servicio de locker de maletas pero con precio, 4h 4 CHF es lo mínimo y de ahí para arriba

We were very impressed upon check in as we had been upgraded to a junior suite which was amazing! The hotel was a short walk from the station and close to the lake. The main disappointment for us was breakfast. We were there 2 nights and the first morning we thought maybe they’re just short staffed or very busy. However the second morning was worse. Breakfast was until 10.30 and even though we were down an hour before this, they had run out of bread and the hot food items were not being filled up. Nor the pastries. We had to ask for some and were told it would be 15 minutes so we hardly had any food and we had to eat out somewhere else after. It was such a shame as the hotel was lovely but they really need to keep on top of filling up the food items as I had paid a fair amount for breakfast and it was sadly not at all worth it.

Ubicación estratégica para que quieras visitar Ginebra a pie en el centro. Las habitaciones originales con ducha lacaniana en la habitación. Instalaciones limpias y modernas. Bar espectacular pero la verdadera joya del hotel es el personal, los chicos son simpáticos, amables y extremadamente profesionales y en particular me refiero a Raffaele quien con su alegría y amabilidad hizo de nuestra estancia un sueño. Un abrazo a todos los chicos. Muy recomendable para cualquiera que decida quedarse en Ginebra.

La habitación es amplia y luminosa. El estacionamiento es gratuito. Está en el estacionamiento del centro comercial. Hay carteles y es fácil de encontrar. También es un parking privado. Los centros comerciales en Suiza cierran demasiado temprano, alrededor de las 5 p.m., dejando solo el KFC y el McDonald's en el tercer piso.

El hotel está situado en una excelente ubicación, a pocos pasos del lago y del Jet de Genève. Las habitaciones son viejas y pequeñas, pero limpias. El personal era amable.
