Отель понравился. Расположение удобное - в середине между старым городом и набережной озера, можно дойти пешком. Номер просторный с большим балконом. Девушка на ресепшен (русскоязычная), очень помогла нам - нашла программу фестиваля на который мы приехали и была очень благожелательна. Завтрак приличный (омлет, блины, фрукты, сыры). Из минусов - очень скромный, даже аскетичный и старомодный интерьер, хотя кровать удобная. В целом, за свои деньги хороший отель.

El hotel está situado justo en el corazón de la ciudad, pero la habitación era demasiado pequeña para el precio. En Ginebra, se otorga un pase de transporte gratuito a los turistas, por lo que la ubicación no es tan importante, algo que no tenía en cuenta al hacer la reserva. El personal del hotel es excelente y de calidad 5 estrellas.

We were very impressed upon check in as we had been upgraded to a junior suite which was amazing! The hotel was a short walk from the station and close to the lake. The main disappointment for us was breakfast. We were there 2 nights and the first morning we thought maybe they’re just short staffed or very busy. However the second morning was worse. Breakfast was until 10.30 and even though we were down an hour before this, they had run out of bread and the hot food items were not being filled up. Nor the pastries. We had to ask for some and were told it would be 15 minutes so we hardly had any food and we had to eat out somewhere else after. It was such a shame as the hotel was lovely but they really need to keep on top of filling up the food items as I had paid a fair amount for breakfast and it was sadly not at all worth it.

Bar espectacular pero la verdadera joya del hotel es el personal, los chicos son simpáticos, amables y extremadamente profesionales y en particular me refiero a Raffaele quien con su alegría y amabilidad hizo de nuestra estancia un sueño. Un abrazo a todos los chicos. Muy recomendable para cualquiera que decida quedarse en Ginebra.

I went a day earlier to confirm my stay with the hotel. They couldn't find my booking. I showed them my confirmation on my phone. I was told they can see my confirmation number but no payment was made by trip.com. Me aseguró que esto ocurrió antes y me dijo que estaba en el libro de guardia de seguridad otra habitación como un standby. Me aseguró que no se vacía mi tarjeta hasta que se resuelva la cuestión.
