La habitación es limpia, limpia, amplia y cómoda. El hotel tiene un coche de coche para volver al aeropuerto, aproximadamente 20 minutos por coche, muy conveniente. ¡Hay 10 autobuses a la puerta hasta el lago de Ginebra, la cena del restaurante Seventy 5 del hotel en el primer piso es excelente!

Pasé un fin de semana maravilloso en Ginebra, y mi estancia en Appart'City Geneva-Vernier-Airport fue fantástica. El estudio que nos dieron era perfecto: acogedor, bien distribuido y cómodo. La ubicación es ideal, con tiendas cerca y un transporte público muy conveniente para moverse fácilmente por la ciudad. Reservar fue facilísimo; todo fue muy sencillo. El único inconveniente menor fue la ventana del dormitorio: no se abre con facilidad, lo que dificulta un poco la ventilación y hace que algunos olores se queden en la habitación. Aparte de eso, todo fue impecable y disfruté muchísimo de mi estancia. ¡Recomiendo este alojamiento sin duda!

El hotel está convenientemente ubicado en el centro de la ciudad, a poca distancia a pie del distrito comercial y del supermercado. Está cerca de la estación de tren y las ventanas de doble acristalamiento ofrecen una excelente insonorización, por lo que no había ruido. Las habitaciones no son grandes y el ascensor es pequeño, pero las instalaciones son buenas. Puede solicitar en recepción un hervidor de agua con conexión directa a la red eléctrica. El aire acondicionado es potente, pero la habitación estaba un poco calurosa. El desayuno fue abundante, especialmente la leche caliente, que estaba excelente. El aparcamiento subterráneo cuesta 45 euros al día. En general, es un muy buen hotel.

Service was an area of major dissatisfaction. I felt uncomfortable and singled out during breakfast when a staff member, notably dressed in a blue-striped shirt, decided it was necessary to lecture me on how to use a spoon and fork at the buffet counter. This intrusive behavior was not only condescending but also culturally insensitive, especially towards the predominantly Asian guest demographic. Her constant supervision over my shoulder was unnecessary and unpleasant. You must pick up and return the serving spoon and fork to the exact same spot; otherwise, she will come over to watch you and place them back herself. Furthermore, the front desk staff lacked warmth and friendliness, their attitude falling disappointingly short of the hospitality one expects from such a highly-rated hotel.

As a business hotel with the bare minimum, bed and shower, and convenience of being close to the airport, it's ok. The breakfast buffet at CHF32 was very good. Geneva is an expensive city per se. This week, I think there were fairs/events in the city crowding the hotels and bringing the prices up. Things to complain about: the shower doesn't have a door, so the bathroom gets all wet. There are no amenities like courtesy slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste (Yeah, save the planet...) And the shower mixer gives you 3 choices: cold, hot, and cold-hot-cold-hot... So, showering is a challenge. Think of these ”chain/brand” hotels as that is what you get to make their EPS go up and please their shareholders. There is nothing to do with hospitality.

El hotel proporciona billetes de tren durante la estancia. Hay un gran supermercado abajo y está a poca distancia de Leman International School. La imagen es la vista real fuera de la ventana.

The location is pretty convenient and accessible. It was 1 minute walk away from the tram station and 2 stops away from Cornavin Station. Staffs were friendly and approachable at all times. Even though, I didn’t mention that it will be my birthday, they prepared a small amenity for me on my second day stay. Truly appreciate it! Hotel and the room is clean. Very pleasing to the eyes. Room came with universal socket which came in handy since my luggage was delayed and I do not have travel adapter with me. All in all, I had a really pleasant stay. Thank you N’vy!

Excelente estancia en el Rotary Hotel. Las habitaciones fueron renovadas con aparatos modernos y tenían un estilo/design muy luxuoso. Fue muy caliente en Ginebra cuando visité, así que el aire acondicionado en las habitaciones fue un salvavidas. ¡Un buen sistema AC! El servicio también fue grande, ya que satisfacen todas mis necesidades y ayudaron a almacenar mi equipaje. La ubicación es también óptima, ya que está muy cerca de la estación de tren de Cornavin, así como la zona turística principal alrededor de Rue du Rhone, Mont Blanc, etc. Está a sólo 5-10 minutos de todo. En general, me disfruté de mi estancia. De hecho, fue más agradable que unos cinco hoteles de estrellas en Ginebra Ive quedó en. Although I had bed bug bites and was uncertain whether I had gotten it in the hotel or the hotel before, there was no proper procedures, only a “it has not happened before” and an alleged check by a private hire. Although its likely to be from the hotel before, there was no attempts at remedy or assistance, which leads me to believe that customer service may not be the strength of the hotel. It was otherwise a good hotel, which would have garnered higher ratings if they were to treat certain problems more seriously. (There was also a stoppage of water during my stay which was by no means the fault of the hotel, but during that time, maybe water could be provided by the hotel for if customers do have the needs)
