El hotel no es bueno. No hay desayuno reservado, porque está ansioso para atrapar el avión, la recepción puede almacenar sus maletas gratis. Esto es muy bueno. El aeropuerto tiene un autobús gratuito al hotel y un billete de autobús gratuito.

We were quite disappointed in our stay at Hotel Eden, but first the positives; Let us check in early Priced competitively for Geneva Negatives; We felt the room did not match the photos on trip.com. A room with carpet and what looked like a terrace is in the pictures. We got a really old dated room without carpet and no balcony terrace. The description of the hotel states amenities like dental kit, conditioner and there wasn’t anything. There wasn’t even any bottles of water in our room. The sliding door for the shower was broken. The breakfast was really small and limited and of a very basic quality. It was my girlfriend’s birthday and there was no mention or wish of a happy birthday. This is only the second negative review I’ve left on trip.com out of 30+ hotel bookings in the last 1.5 years

El hotel está convenientemente ubicado en el centro de la ciudad, a poca distancia a pie del distrito comercial y del supermercado. Está cerca de la estación de tren y las ventanas de doble acristalamiento ofrecen una excelente insonorización, por lo que no había ruido. Las habitaciones no son grandes y el ascensor es pequeño, pero las instalaciones son buenas. Puede solicitar en recepción un hervidor de agua con conexión directa a la red eléctrica. El aire acondicionado es potente, pero la habitación estaba un poco calurosa. El desayuno fue abundante, especialmente la leche caliente, que estaba excelente. El aparcamiento subterráneo cuesta 45 euros al día. En general, es un muy buen hotel.

Great location - close to the lake, Lidl, and train station. Very polite staff too! Accommodating too - I had to checkout slightly later and they had no issues with that. Finally, they even allowed a very early check-in - thank you. Loved the room too!

La ubicación es inmejorable en Ginebra, además está a pocos minutos a pie de la estación de autobuses si planeas ir a Chamonix. El servicio es excelente. Te dan la habitación en cuanto la limpian y está disponible. La conseguimos a las 9 de la mañana. Ofrecen una tarjeta de transporte gratuita, muy práctica para ir al edificio de la ONU y a cualquier otro sitio. El hotel es sencillo, pero tiene todo lo necesario. Reservamos dos habitaciones, una triple para mis hijos. En los alrededores del hotel hay muchos restaurantes buenos.

The location is pretty convenient and accessible. It was 1 minute walk away from the tram station and 2 stops away from Cornavin Station. Staffs were friendly and approachable at all times. Even though, I didn’t mention that it will be my birthday, they prepared a small amenity for me on my second day stay. Truly appreciate it! Hotel and the room is clean. Very pleasing to the eyes. Room came with universal socket which came in handy since my luggage was delayed and I do not have travel adapter with me. All in all, I had a really pleasant stay. Thank you N’vy!

La recepcionista del hotel fue muy amable, pero la habitación era un poco extraña. Reservé una habitación con balcón, pero había una escalera al entrar, y era muy estrecha. Nuestras dos maletas de 71 cm se iban a romper. Es apenas aceptable como hotel temporal. Aun así, está muy cerca de la estación de tren.

The hotel located near United Nations, public transportation is free by traveling in GENEVA, the hotel staff will help to register when you check in. The room was clean, but the furniture was a bit old as expected. The breakfast was offered by semi buffet, a variety of food selections, quality of food was nice.

Aunque tenía bugs de cama y no estaba seguro de si había llegado al hotel o al hotel antes, no había procedimientos adecuados, sólo un “no ha ocurrido antes” y un supuesto cheque por un alquiler privado. Aunque probablemente sea del hotel antes, no hubo intentos de reparación o asistencia, lo que me lleva a creer que el servicio al cliente no puede ser la fuerza del hotel. El hotel era bueno, que habría obtenido calificaciones más altas si trataran algunos problemas con más seriedad. (También hubo un parada de agua durante mi estancia que no fue en absoluto culpa del hotel, pero durante ese tiempo, quizás el hotel podría proporcionar agua para si los clientes tienen las necesidades)
