EEmmanuel HemmerléI was going to arrive late in the evening last night so I wrote the hotel to enquire about transportation from the airport to the hotel. They told me very diligent it and precisely about their shuttle service. When I arrived at the hotel, the desk person, a Swiss gentleman, was extremely hospitable, friendly, authentic, detailed in a good sense, helpful and professional. He also helped me book a taxi for the next day. What a great way to welcome a guest. Really best practice. Lots of desk employees around the world should learn from him!
The room was very nice, all fine. Large enough, and having all amenities.
Excellent lunch at the hotel: very good cuisine.
I needed to leave my luggage at the concierge: they did it all very well.
The only point for improvement: when I left, I asked a lady at the reception, apparently Swiss, to help me get my luggage back and book a taxi for me. She did it but in a cold and distant way. She should go find another job in a different industry. One where she can continue being unfriendly.

We felt the room did not match the photos on trip.com. A room with carpet and what looked like a terrace is in the pictures. We got a really old dated room without carpet and no balcony terrace.
The description of the hotel states amenities like dental kit, conditioner and there wasn’t anything. There wasn’t even any bottles of water in our room. The sliding door for the shower was broken.
The breakfast was really small and limited and of a very basic quality.
It was my girlfriend’s birthday and there was no mention or wish of a happy birthday.
This is only the second negative review I’ve left on trip.com out of 30+ hotel bookings in the last 1.5 years

UUsuario invitadoLa ubicación es inmejorable en Ginebra, además está a pocos minutos a pie de la estación de autobuses si planeas ir a Chamonix. El servicio es excelente. Te dan la habitación en cuanto la limpian y está disponible. La conseguimos a las 9 de la mañana. Ofrecen una tarjeta de transporte gratuita, muy práctica para ir al edificio de la ONU y a cualquier otro sitio. El hotel es sencillo, pero tiene todo lo necesario. Reservamos dos habitaciones, una triple para mis hijos. En los alrededores del hotel hay muchos restaurantes buenos.

IIdris and HanaBest hotel in Geneva. Affordable price with good location just 400m away from Geneve Railway station. Easy to find. Walking distance to Lake Geneva. Accessible to Migros and Coop. Comfortable and clean room. Most important for us as Asian is the toilet provide bidet. Like it very much. And the room also had bathtub. Great stay in Geneva before catching our flight the next day..

JJulius The hotel located near United Nations, public transportation is free by traveling in GENEVA, the hotel staff will help to register when you check in. The room was clean, but the furniture was a bit old as expected. The breakfast was offered by semi buffet, a variety of food selections, quality of food was nice.

UUsuario invitadoWe arrived early at 9am and front desk staff is kind to allow check in upon checking there are rooms availabilty.
The location of the hotel is good. Just 2 tram stop away from Cornavin Station. Walk 3 mins to Butini tram station, which can assess almost all the places of interests In Geneve.
Rooms are clean and staffs are helpful and friendly.
Highly recommened.

MMuniz PedroAs a business hotel with the bare minimum, bed and shower, and convenience of being close to the airport, it's ok. The breakfast buffet at CHF32 was very good. Geneva is an expensive city per se. This week, I think there were fairs/events in the city crowding the hotels and bringing the prices up. Things to complain about: the shower doesn't have a door, so the bathroom gets all wet. There are no amenities like courtesy slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste (Yeah, save the planet...) And the shower mixer gives you 3 choices: cold, hot, and cold-hot-cold-hot... So, showering is a challenge. Think of these ”chain/brand” hotels as that is what you get to make their EPS go up and please their shareholders. There is nothing to do with hospitality.

KKamalathaI went a day earlier to confirm my stay with the hotel. They couldn't find my booking. I showed them my confirmation on my phone. I was told they can see my confirmation number but no payment was made by trip.com. Me aseguró que esto ocurrió antes y me dijo que estaba en el libro de guardia de seguridad otra habitación como un standby. Me aseguró que no se vacía mi tarjeta hasta que se resuelva la cuestión. Esta garantía me hizo comprobar. La primera noche que me dijeron que había sido resuelto, me dijeron que el hotel había desperdiciado mi tarjeta. No se puede permitir que el hotel se encuentre en el centro de la ciudad, pero no se puede permitir que el hotel se encuentre en el centro de la ciudad. Me fui al hotel un día antes para comprobar, podrían haberlo asistido y no confidencialmente culpar a trip.com ya que hubo incidentes anteriores en los que [ayment no fue recibido.
El hotel de la ciudad de Montana, que se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad, está muy bien situado.

LLimmylimlimAlthough I had bed bug bites and was uncertain whether I had gotten it in the hotel or the hotel before, there was no proper procedures, only a “it has not happened before” and an alleged check by a private hire. Although its likely to be from the hotel before, there was no attempts at remedy or assistance, which leads me to believe that customer service may not be the strength of the hotel. It was otherwise a good hotel, which would have garnered higher ratings if they were to treat certain problems more seriously. (There was also a stoppage of water during my stay which was by no means the fault of the hotel, but during that time, maybe water could be provided by the hotel for if customers do have the needs)
