La noche anterior me iba a llegar tarde, por lo que escribí al hotel para preguntar sobre el transporte desde el aeropuerto al hotel. Cuando llegué al hotel, la persona de escritorio, un caballero suizo, era extremadamente hospitalaria, amigable, auténtico, detallado en un buen sentido, útil y profesional. También me ayudó a reservar un taxi para el día siguiente. Qué gran manera de dar la bienvenida a un huésped. ¡Muchos empleados de oficinas en todo el mundo deberían aprender de él! La habitación era muy bonita, todo bien. Excelente almuerzo en el hotel: muy buena cocina. Necesito dejar mi equipaje en el concierto: lo hicieron todo muy bien. El único punto para mejorar: cuando me fui, le pedí a una dama en la recepción, aparentemente suiza, que me ayude a recuperar mi equipaje y a reservar un taxi para mí. Lo hizo sólo en un modo frío y distante. Debería ir a encontrar otro trabajo en una industria diferente. Uno donde ella puede seguir siendo desagradable.

We were quite disappointed in our stay at Hotel Eden, but first the positives; Let us check in early Priced competitively for Geneva Negatives; We felt the room did not match the photos on trip.com. A room with carpet and what looked like a terrace is in the pictures. We got a really old dated room without carpet and no balcony terrace. The description of the hotel states amenities like dental kit, conditioner and there wasn’t anything. There wasn’t even any bottles of water in our room. The sliding door for the shower was broken. The breakfast was really small and limited and of a very basic quality. It was my girlfriend’s birthday and there was no mention or wish of a happy birthday. This is only the second negative review I’ve left on trip.com out of 30+ hotel bookings in the last 1.5 years

Llegamos a las 9:00 horas y el personal del despacho frontal es amable para permitir el check-in al comprobar que hay habitaciones disponibles. La ubicación del hotel es buena. Sólo 2 tranvías se detienen de la estación de Cornavin. Pase 3 minutos a la estación de tranvía de Butini, que puede evaluar casi todos los lugares de interés en Ginebra. Las habitaciones son limpias y el personal es útil y amable. Muy recomendado.

La ubicación es inmejorable en Ginebra, además está a pocos minutos a pie de la estación de autobuses si planeas ir a Chamonix. El servicio es excelente. Te dan la habitación en cuanto la limpian y está disponible. La conseguimos a las 9 de la mañana. Ofrecen una tarjeta de transporte gratuita, muy práctica para ir al edificio de la ONU y a cualquier otro sitio. El hotel es sencillo, pero tiene todo lo necesario. Reservamos dos habitaciones, una triple para mis hijos. En los alrededores del hotel hay muchos restaurantes buenos.

Best hotel in Geneva. Affordable price with good location just 400m away from Geneve Railway station. Easy to find. Walking distance to Lake Geneva. Accessible to Migros and Coop. Comfortable and clean room. Most important for us as Asian is the toilet provide bidet. Like it very much. And the room also had bathtub. Great stay in Geneva before catching our flight the next day..

As a business hotel with the bare minimum, bed and shower, and convenience of being close to the airport, it's ok. The breakfast buffet at CHF32 was very good. Geneva is an expensive city per se. This week, I think there were fairs/events in the city crowding the hotels and bringing the prices up. Things to complain about: the shower doesn't have a door, so the bathroom gets all wet. There are no amenities like courtesy slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste (Yeah, save the planet...) And the shower mixer gives you 3 choices: cold, hot, and cold-hot-cold-hot... So, showering is a challenge. Think of these ”chain/brand” hotels as that is what you get to make their EPS go up and please their shareholders. There is nothing to do with hospitality.

La recepcionista del hotel fue muy amable, pero la habitación era un poco extraña. Reservé una habitación con balcón, pero había una escalera al entrar, y era muy estrecha. Nuestras dos maletas de 71 cm se iban a romper. Es apenas aceptable como hotel temporal. Aun así, está muy cerca de la estación de tren.

I went a day earlier to confirm my stay with the hotel. They couldn't find my booking. I showed them my confirmation on my phone. I was told they can see my confirmation number but no payment was made by trip.com. Me aseguró que esto ocurrió antes y me dijo que estaba en el libro de guardia de seguridad otra habitación como un standby. Me aseguró que no se vacía mi tarjeta hasta que se resuelva la cuestión. Esta garantía me hizo comprobar. La primera noche que me dijeron que había sido resuelto, me dijeron que el hotel había desperdiciado mi tarjeta. No se puede permitir que el hotel se encuentre en el centro de la ciudad, pero no se puede permitir que el hotel se encuentre en el centro de la ciudad. Me fui al hotel un día antes para comprobar, podrían haberlo asistido y no confidencialmente culpar a trip.com ya que hubo incidentes anteriores en los que [ayment no fue recibido. El hotel de la ciudad de Montana, que se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad, está muy bien situado.

Although I had bed bug bites and was uncertain whether I had gotten it in the hotel or the hotel before, there was no proper procedures, only a “it has not happened before” and an alleged check by a private hire. Although its likely to be from the hotel before, there was no attempts at remedy or assistance, which leads me to believe that customer service may not be the strength of the hotel. It was otherwise a good hotel, which would have garnered higher ratings if they were to treat certain problems more seriously. (There was also a stoppage of water during my stay which was by no means the fault of the hotel, but during that time, maybe water could be provided by the hotel for if customers do have the needs)
