Parking was convenient. Room was clean although never serviced throughout the 6 day stay. We did not partake in the breakfast which we felt seemed overpriced for what you get (although in fairness Geneva is pricey). The staff was very friendly and location conveniently located across from Tram station. Location, while convenient, was very noisy.

Nice place but TV is a big issue. Decent size rooms, quite clean but TV was a big issue as only a few French channels were streaming. They should disclose this on their adverts.

I stayed at Starling Hotel Residence in Geneva in June 2024 with my daughter as part of a Euro educational tour. The hotel was okay and served its purpose, as we were travelling with other students on a budget-friendly trip. However, I was disappointed by their linen change policy, which states that bed linen is changed only every five days. We stayed for seven days, and our room was not cleaned at all during our stay. On a positive note, the shower was amazing! Since it was early summer, the consistent supply of hot water was greatly appreciated. Overall, the hotel is average and caters well to student budgets, though I still found it quite expensive—which is generally the case in Switzerland.

While small, these apartments are great for a night or two in Geneva. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind and responsive, and we had a great stay the night before heading to the airport. The location is great too - close enough to walk to the sights if you want but also in a not-too-touristy area.

I stayed at this hotel with my children, and I would definitely not recommend it for families. The rooms were extremely uncomfortable, and the bathroom had a horrible sewage smell that spread throughout the entire room—it was absolutely unbearable. I reported the issue immediately, but nothing was done. Only when they saw I was checking out did they offer to move us to a different room, which was far too late. To make matters worse, there’s no elevator access from the ground floor, so we had to carry all our luggage up half a flight of stairs just to reach the lift. Also, during the summer, the air conditioning is completely inadequate—the room never cooled down, making our stay even more unpleasant. Overall, a very disappointing experience. This is definitely not a family-friendly hotel.
