El hotel está muy bien comunicado. Justo enfrente hay una plaza peatonal y al lado también se encuentran restaurantes y un supermercado. Las instalaciones de la habitación son bastante sencillas y el aislamiento acústico es aceptable. La recepción se encuentra en la planta 0. El desayuno es tipo buffet, disponible de 7:00 a 10:00, aunque las opciones son algo limitadas. El personal de recepción es muy amable y puede comunicarse en inglés y ruso.

Overall a good experience. All the standard Ibis features are in place. The property is well-kept, everything is fine. Housekeeping does a great job too - so no worries. In addition, in this particular Ibis you get a prime location in the city center with all the benefits, and also a restaurant with a variety of food and breakfast options. I would like to point out a smooth and courteous check-in. Erik did a great job , ensuring all the preferences are accepted. And personally, I would like to say special thanks to Zara. As a family, we are so grateful for her personal attention and help when we really needed it. To sum up, I would say that Ibis Yerevan Center is a smart choice if you visit Yerevan. Look no further!

The studio is very good for couples—comfortable, clean, and well arranged. The amenities are complete and well maintained. We also received welcome food, which was very delicious and a nice touch. Housekeeping cleaned the studio every day whenever we requested it. The staff are kind, helpful, and always polite. As a small suggestion, it would be nice to have a corner or hooks near the main door to hang coats or jackets. Overall, everything was fine and very good. I would definitely recommend this place.

Don’t be misled by the high ranking point of this place. The only thing it deserves 10 out of 10 is people who work there. The helped us to get to the third floor with luggage. And yes the hotel is on the third floor and only stairs! The bed is not professional hotel bed, the mattress is soft and has waves in it, so you have to choose the right position of you body to catch the straight part, the pillows are very cheap and extremely soft, the don’t hold your head at all. You can feel the sweat smell mixed with other people perfume through the pillowcase. It’s disgusting. The whole building and the room in particular have very strong smell of smoking. I assume people smoked there for many years and stopped in nearest past, so the smell is really strong. In my country it is prohibited to smoke in public places for many years now and I completely forgot that unpleasant smell. And the noise, it is so loud, as if you sleep right in the street. Cars, bikes, music, people laughing, so loud. All in all it is place to stay when you drive for a long time and stopped in some cheap motel by the road when you are unable to drive any longer. Not suitable for stay in city, even if it is one night stay. Unless you’re ok with all the things above.

В номере есть все необходимое (тапочки, гель/шампунь, шапочка, фен). Интернет работал отлично! Телевидение только кабельное (если кому это важно). Курить на внутреннем дворе. Были стульчики. Бассейном не интересовались, комментарий дать не могу. В целом твердая четверка.

Отличное место для трансфера, я бронировала на одну ночь, заселилась в 22.30 и в 12.00 покинула номер! Очень хорошие админы, все чисто, постельное белье свежее, совершенно бесплатно предложили мне банное большое полотенце! Душ для женщин отдельный, с/у тоже! Кухня большая и удобная. Рекомендую! Отличное место! Самый центр. Остановка сразу возле дороги. Из аэропорта доехала до места на 201 маршрутке за 300 местных за 25 минут! Отлично! Рядом банки и магазины ASA.

Está bien ubicado, pero el hotel es un poco antiguo y no tiene ascensor, así que tuvimos que subir el equipaje por las escaleras, lo cual es bastante difícil para quienes llevan maletas pesadas. Además, no nos gustó el desayuno; quizás deberían mejorarlo la próxima vez. En fin, la camarera de pisos es amable.
