I’ve never written a bad hotel review ever in my life, but unfortunately, here it goes. It’s a shame since other past reviews are very positive, but I need to be frank and honest about my experience and will be diving the ratings according to subcategories so that it is fair, since some aspects of the stay were great and some not so much. Check in process: 2 stars This is not the ‘typical’ hotel entrance where the lobby is on the ground floor. The floor in which you enter is 1/f. The floor of the hotel is 4/f, but this is clearly stated as a signage at the entrance (see photo attached). Upon arrival, I went towards the hotel entrance . There, I stood in front of an operating system, where guests would need to enter the hotel using a key fob. Of course, I wouldn’t have this key fob at hand at check in. There are no clear instructions in any language above the operator stating how you should call the receptionist using the operator to open the door for you (refer to attached photo). Thankfully, a passerby was kind enough to help me call the receptionist and asked her to open the door for me. It is also better to have mobile data at hand so you can communicate with the staff via whatsapp text/call if you cannot enter, since I think this is the faster means of communicating with guests. When I checked in, I explained my confusion to entering the building. I told the receptionist lady that I couldn’t enter since there are no instructions in any language above the operator. She then had the audacity to tell me that there ARE indeed instructions above the operator im English, and I should have followed it. Again, the photo I attached shows no such instructions, so I do not comprehend what she is talking about at all. Upon departure, I voiced out these issues, and the more reasonable receptionists said that they usually send these check in details via email, though I had not received such email(s). Noise level and disturbance: 2 stars My room had really thin walls and you can easily hear people passing through in the hallway. I got to a room with a balcony and up until 2 am, I still continuously heard 2 women talking loudly non-stop in the room next to me. To attempt to put a halt to this, I called the receptionist using the calling button thrice in my room, since the initial receptionist lady who checked me in said they provided 24 hour service, and to my dismay, no one bothered answering me. I had to personally take matters into my own hands and asked them to keep it down. Room and amenities: 5 stars In terms of amenities provided within the room and how it was renovated and all, it deserves 5 stars. It was clean and the amenities provided were plentiful for a short stay.

Best hotel we stayed in the caucasus! Room size was big. Loved the professional service from the front desk, very clean rooms, amazing breakfast and after 2 days of having breakfast in the hotel, the very attentive staff at the breakfast area even rem my surname! That was a pleasant surprise! Enjoyed every moment here and was sad to leave. Will definitely recommend everyone to stay!!!

La ubicación es excelente y el desayuno es bueno. Pero hay sólo un ascensor, así que esperamos que algunos esperen. El hotel está en renovación, lo que lo hace un poco confuso y sucio. Espero que se vea mucho mejor una vez que se haga el trabajo. Recientemente he reservado una visita privada a través del hotel para visitar Khor Virap, Noravank, el Monasterio Tatev y el tranvía aéreo. El conductor no facilitó información alguna sobre los destinos y sólo nos condujo entre las ubicaciones. Además, no tenía cinturón de asiento, lo que condujo a una parada de policía y a una multa. Esto fue bastante desagradable para nosotros. El viaje fue costo AMD 99000.00. El conductor nunca ofrece o detiene el almuerzo y la pausa. Esperamos que el hotel tenga en cuenta este aspecto para asegurar que los huéspedes futuros tengan una experiencia más segura y cómoda.

Mövenpick Hotel Yerevan is a very good option within its segment, especially if you appreciate fresh, newly opened hotels. The hotel has only recently opened, and you can really feel it — everything is absolutely new, clean, and fresh, from the rooms to the common areas. The rooms feel modern, comfortable, and well maintained, which makes the stay especially pleasant. The location may be slightly debatable depending on what you are looking for. It is still very central and within walking distance of basically every major point in the city, but perhaps a little farther from the main walking and leisure areas compared to some other central hotels. That said, this is Yerevan — “far” here means around a 10-minute walk, so it is all very relative. What really stood out was the staff and service. Everyone was extremely welcoming, attentive, and genuinely willing to accommodate guests in every possible way. They truly try to help and make the stay comfortable. Overall, a very pleasant impression and a hotel I would definitely consider staying at again.

Room is spacious, bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean. Do not expect the most modern style, at the end that is the least important. Breakfast was, for us, really good and tasty. Maybe for other people might be average, but it had all you need in a continental breakfast. Location is not the best. It is 40' from the airport, and another 20' from the city center. Trafic in Yerevan is chaotic and accidents happen on a regular basis, so keep that in mind if moving from or to the city. You can also go by walk to the city, but it is quite steep to come back. The pearl is the pool. We loved it. And they also have a restaurant, in case you feel lazy to go out or don't feel like ordering with Yandex.

El hostal está muy limpio. Puedes usar calcetines si no tienes zapatos de repuesto. Lo encontré fácilmente por la foto de la entrada. Los colchones son nuevos y la cama no cruje. El baño también está limpio. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario. Perfecto para viajeros solos.

Hotel amigable con presupuesto; Hoteles de habitaciones con baño compartido, que no fue un problema; desayuno medio. La ubicación no es tan conveniente y a unos 35 minutos a pie del centro. Sin embargo, puede optar por tomar un taxi (aproximadamente 4 minutos). La experiencia es buena y buena por el precio que pagamos.

Отель соответствует заявленной цене проживания, но не соответствует заявленному количеству звезд. Впечатление хорошее, но отсутствие чайных ложек на завтраке создает некоторое неудобство.
