I’ve never written a bad hotel review ever in my life, but unfortunately, here it goes. It’s a shame since other past reviews are very positive, but I need to be frank and honest about my experience and will be diving the ratings according to subcategories so that it is fair, since some aspects of the stay were great and some not so much. Check in process: 2 stars This is not the ‘typical’ hotel entrance where the lobby is on the ground floor. The floor in which you enter is 1/f. The floor of the hotel is 4/f, but this is clearly stated as a signage at the entrance (see photo attached). Upon arrival, I went towards the hotel entrance . There, I stood in front of an operating system, where guests would need to enter the hotel using a key fob. Of course, I wouldn’t have this key fob at hand at check in. There are no clear instructions in any language above the operator stating how you should call the receptionist using the operator to open the door for you (refer to attached photo). Thankfully, a passerby was kind enough to help me call the receptionist and asked her to open the door for me. It is also better to have mobile data at hand so you can communicate with the staff via whatsapp text/call if you cannot enter, since I think this is the faster means of communicating with guests. When I checked in, I explained my confusion to entering the building. I told the receptionist lady that I couldn’t enter since there are no instructions in any language above the operator. She then had the audacity to tell me that there ARE indeed instructions above the operator im English, and I should have followed it. Again, the photo I attached shows no such instructions, so I do not comprehend what she is talking about at all. Upon departure, I voiced out these issues, and the more reasonable receptionists said that they usually send these check in details via email, though I had not received such email(s). Noise level and disturbance: 2 stars My room had really thin walls and you can easily hear people passing through in the hallway. I got to a room with a balcony and up until 2 am, I still continuously heard 2 women talking loudly non-stop in the room next to me. To attempt to put a halt to this, I called the receptionist using the calling button thrice in my room, since the initial receptionist lady who checked me in said they provided 24 hour service, and to my dismay, no one bothered answering me. I had to personally take matters into my own hands and asked them to keep it down. Room and amenities: 5 stars In terms of amenities provided within the room and how it was renovated and all, it deserves 5 stars. It was clean and the amenities provided were plentiful for a short stay.

¡Recientemente me alojé en este hotel y quedé absolutamente encantado! El hotel es nuevo, lo cual se nota en su diseño moderno y la limpieza de las habitaciones. La ubicación es simplemente fantástica: todas las principales atracciones turísticas están a poca distancia a pie. Quiero destacar especialmente al personal, que es muy amable y atento. Siempre están dispuestos a ayudar y a hacer que tu estancia sea lo más agradable posible. ¡Estoy muy satisfecha con mi elección y recomiendo este hotel con gusto a cualquiera que esté planeando un viaje!

We stayed for 7 nights at Holiday Inn Yerevan. The hotel has an excellent location, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The sleep quality was very good, with comfortable beds ensuring proper rest. However, housekeeping service needs improvement, as it did not consistently meet expectations. Overall, a good stay with a great location advantage.

Great location and good breakfast. However, there's only one lift, so expect some waiting. The hotel is undergoing renovations, which makes it a bit messy and dirty.Hopefully, it will look much better once the work is done. I recently booked a private tour through hotel to visit Khor Virap, Noravank, Tatev Monastery and the Aerial tramway. While I appreciate the arrangement, I wanted to share some concerns about the experience. The driver did not provide any information about the destinations and only drove us between locations. Additionally, he dud not wear seatbelt, which led to a police stop and issue a fine. This was quite unsetting for us. The trip was cost AMD 99000.00. The driver never offer or stop for lunch and break. We hope the hotel will take this into consideration to ensure future guests have a safer and more comfortable experience.

Жили семьей в июле 2026. Отель не новый, но вполне достойный. Семейный номер со смежной дверью - отличный вариант для семьи с детьми, 2 санузла, что тоже удобно. Мы жили на 8 этаже, вид в дальней перспективе на монумент «Мать Армения» и колесо обозрения, непосредственная близость -жилые дома. Стоит также отметить удобное расположение отеля, до центра (площадь Республики и Каскад) можно дойти пешком. Рядом есть кафе/рестораны. Цена/ качество - отличное соотношение. Также порадовало наличие крытого бассейна с подходящей для детей температурой воды. Очень приветливый персонал, особенно в спа зоне и бассейне, а также на ресепшене. Завтраки стандартные, выбор есть.

Hotel stay was very nice and the room was very large and clean

Acabo de registrarme y quería dejar mi reseña, ya que mañana es mi último día en Ereván y estaré ocupado. Reservé una noche a través de Trip.com y todo es exactamente como se describe. La habitación es limpia, acogedora y tiene algunos extras interesantes: un sofá cama, un armario adicional, un bidé en el baño e incluso nos ofrecieron té y agua de bienvenida. El colchón de la cama también es súper cómodo, algo que agradecí mucho. El personal es muy amable y atento. No hay ascensor, pero estarán encantados de ayudarte con el equipaje y cualquier cosa que necesites. La primera vez, puede que sea un poco difícil encontrar la ubicación, ya que el hotel está dentro de un bloque de viviendas. Pero una vez allí, es fácil llegar de nuevo. Simplemente busca la pequeña calle justo después de Armeconombank, síguela hasta el final y, al llegar al patio trasero, mira a tu derecha: verás el edificio. Esta revisión se produce después de cambiar muchos hoteles durante la semana pasada y, sinceramente, este se destaca por su relación calidad-precio, comodidad y servicio. Usted puede visitar Trip.com y visitar nuestro sitio web. الغرفة نظيفة ومريحة, وفيها تفاصيل جميلة مثل كنبة تتحول لسرير صغير، خزانة إضافية, وشطاف في الحمام. كمان قدموا لي شاي وماء ترحيبي، والمرتبة مريحة جدًا وهذا شيء مهم بالنسبة لي. الطاقم محترم ومتعاون جدًا، ما في مصعد في المبنى، لكن يساعدوك في حمل الشنط بدون تردد. الموقع شوي مربك أول مرة لأن الفندق داخل مجمع سكني، لكن بمجرد ما توصله، بتصير الأمور أسهل بعدين. فقط امشِ في الطريق الصغير اللي بعد Armeconombank مباشرة، وكمل للآخر، ولما توصل للباحة الخلفية، شوف على يمينك وراح تلاقي المبنى. أكتب هذا التقييم بعد تجربة وتغيير عدة فنادق خلال هذا الأسبوع، وبصراحة هذا الفندق كان من أفضلهم من ناحية الراحة والسعر والخدمة. أكيد راح أحجز فيه مرة ثانية إذا رجعت لأرمينيا

7 км от аэропорта и это удобно переночевать и рано утром поехать на следующий рейс,таких предложеений мало на сайте

Очень приятный отель. Находится наверху от центра. На машине мин 15-20. Просторный номер. Много света. Кровать уютная и комфортная для сна. С подушками вопросики. Тапочек и зубной щетки не было. А я как раз все вещи оставляла в другом отеле. Поэтому, нехватку особенно ощутила на мраморном полу и без зубной щетки. Отдельный отсек для чтения с креслами. Выделенное рабочее место. Было приятно здесь остановиться.

Отель соответствует заявленной цене проживания, но не соответствует заявленному количеству звезд. Впечатление хорошее, но отсутствие чайных ложек на завтраке создает некоторое неудобство.
