Отель цепочечный и имидж сетевого отеля поддерживают. Попросила заранее поставить кровать для ребенка и высокий этаж, все сделали без доплат. Завтрак стандартный, только странно что за доплату жарят омлет. Интересно вернуться летом и посмотреть зону с бассейном.

Расположен в центре, комнаты убирают хорошо, завтрак достойный выбор, бассейн приятный, но, персонал в холле вроде приветливый, но не полезный, в ресторане официант вообще разочарование, не знает винную карту, спросила есть ли полусухое вино, сказали есть, но принесли сухое, просила белое, принесли красное, в баре спросила что могут сделать быстро, ответ - посмотрите меню.. сколько стоит капучино, тоже посмотрите меню.. странно, вроде должны стараться заработать, но как-то все без энтузиазма, общее впечатление положительное, но сервис не дотягивает до ожидаемого в сетевом оттеле.

Het hotel was prima en het ontbijt ook. Er was voldoende keuze.
De kamer op de vierde etage was wat aan de kleine kant en erg gehorig door het razende verkeer.
Al met al een prima hotel met een gunstige ligging!

Отель очень хороший, находится в центре города. Номер стандартный, большая двуспальная кровать, стол, стулья, шкаф, набор для чая и кофе, в ванной необходимые принадлежности. Мы бронировали именно этот отель, чтобы была возможность кроме экскурсий утром и вечером пользоваться бассейном. Но обидно, что утром он начинает работать только с 10 часов, это поздно, можно было бы хотя бы часов с восьми. В остальном все хорошо, рекомендую.

Еда в ресторане вкусная, кондиционер в номере работал слабо, было душновато. В полученном подтверждении от TRIP.COM моя бронь включала завтрак для 3x гостей отеля. В самом же отеле сказали, что моя бронь без завтрака и долго не могли решить эту проблему.

After a flight with a delay of 6 hours, we arrived at the hotel at 1 am. The very warm and smiling welcome (Ms. Srbuhi) gave us positive energy and eliminated this fatigue. The room we stayed in was on the 5th floor (504), very quiet, with windows opening onto the hotel's outdoor pool. It has an air conditioning system that provides maximum comfort The room is quite tidy with tea and coffee facilities, mini bar which was enough for us. All appliances were charged daily and towels were changed. Excellent breakfast table with a lot of variety (every day you will have a variety of options other than fixed choices); And "Vincent Lobby Bar" which has a very lovely environment with magical bartenders who show you the beauty of Yerevan. The location of the hotel is excellent, it is a ten minute walk to Republic Square, which is an important advantage. I have nothing to say except to thank the hotel staff who made a beautiful trip and a memorable memory of Yerevan for us. If I ever return to Yerevan, I will definitely choose this place. thanks again
