I had a short but very enjoyable weekend stay here and if you’re looking for a hotel with great service, perfect location and classic luxury then you’ll enjoy staying here. The staff arranged a very effective airport transfer for me and checking in was a welcoming and delightful experience, with the staff throughout the hotel speaking great English. Despite my very early arrival I was grateful they were able to find me a room, helped I assume by the fact the hotel seemed very quiet throughout my visit. There’s two lifts serving the accommodation floors, which are painfully slow, but the glass design overlooking the bar area detract from this, and the ‘day of the week’ carpet changed daily is a luxury touch you don’t often see anymore. My room was on the top floor and a standard category. It was a luxury feeling room and I really liked the clean decor. All the amenities you could imagine were present and it would be really comfortable even for an extended stay. Electric sockets were at both sides of the bed, plenty of lighting options and effective air conditioning which wasn’t too loud. It was also possible to open the window. There was a fully stocked mini bar as well as complimentary bottled water. The bathroom was small with a shower rather than bath, but it was perfectly clean and again had all the small touches you’d want from a top end hotel. Housekeeping proactively checked the do not disturb sign during the day and did a great job even late into the afternoon, although on one occasion the water bottles weren’t restocked. The lounge and bar area on the ground floor is spacious and comfortable, but best of all is open 24 hours a day. They offer food and a wide range of drinks, with the friendly staff able to make recommendations and engaging in good conversation. It was never very busy during my stay but it was still a pleasant place to relax late in the evening and a perfect spot to catch up with some work. I found the location ideal, just a few steps from some key sights and surrounded by lovely restaurants and bars. With the hotel reception able to offer advice or arrange any form of transport there’s no need to feel cut off! There’s quite a bit of art to admire throughout the hotel and small displays on each floor, including a shoe polishing machine outside the lift which is a good touch. Checking out in the very early hours was a seamless experience and next time I’m in the city I’ll certainly be staying here again!

En Ereván este lugar no está mal. La habitación es muy amplia y el baño es bastante grande, pero el agua no fluye con fluidez. Reservé una habitación doble, pero le di una habitación en el cuarto piso sin balcón. Veo en la introducción del hotel que la mayoría de las habitaciones tienen balcón, porque no importa si te quedas solo una noche. Las instalaciones de la habitación son similares a las instalaciones nacionales de tres estrellas. La recepción es bastante satisfactoria, solo hay un ascensor del hotel y el tiempo de espera es demasiado largo. El desayuno se sirve en el piso 12, que se adapta al estómago chino y puede estar lleno. Hay un supermercado enfrente, lo cual es muy conveniente. La ubicación geográfica está bien, de todos modos, toda la ciudad no es grande y caminar está bien. Creo que otras habitaciones deberían ser más grandes que esta habitación económica.

AYUDA A HOMOLOGÍA!! NO RECOMENDA!!!!! No puedo resaltar lo decepcionado que estoy con esta propiedad. Mi boda tuvo lugar en Yerevan el pasado mes de agosto, y tenía una de las habitaciones deluxe reservadas con ellos para la fotografía y la cinegrafía. El hotel está en una zona de la ciudad de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. El hotel está en una habitación de 3 estrellas, donde se encuentra el hotel de 3 estrellas. Me llamaron y me dijeron que no se habían hecho acuerdos previos para que no pudieran permitir la cineografía. Intenté explicar que cuando reservaba las habitaciones y pregunté varias veces si podíamos filmar en su propiedad, y ya que me dijeron que habría una excepción hecha (citando: no se preocupe, haremos una excepción), No creí que fuera necesario seguir hablando, pagué más de $1000 por noche en una habitación que sólo iba a usar para fotografía. Por su incompetencia, comenzamos a disparar una hora y media tarde, estaban tarde para la iglesia, y casi se negó nuestro servicio.

Las dos habitaciones están conectadas por una puerta cerrada. Ambos habitaciones tienen su propio baño, televisión y caja fuerte. El minibar está sencillamente situado en la parte madre de la habitación. Muy bueno. Nuestro desayuno. Todo era fresco y la elección era grande. El restaurante sirve la cena hasta las 23:00 y se hace fresco. Disfrutamos de platos del menú armenio. Delicioso. Le sugiero comer en el restaurantean amigable ama.

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel es muy acogedor y con estilo y encanto. Diseño interesante, muebles de madera de vintage, olor divino de sandal. Buen amigo y profesional (final, con todo el amor en Armenia, personal raro). La ubicación agradable - en el borde de la luz pintoresca con vistas a Ararat, a la mano central para servir. La suite familiar con balcón es lo suficientemente grande, con una terraza, ropa interior y toallas valiosas, costosas jabón/shampoo (en algún caso no hay condicionador de pelo en el país). El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado.

Lovely perfect hotel in really great location in the center of Yerevan that made it easy to walk to the top city attractions, shops and restaurants,.. .the room was very spacious, the service and cleanliness of the room were excellent and cleaning was done daily. the breakfast was almost like a brunch, had an amazing variety of foods and fruits as well. last but not least is the lovely staff at the hotel who were really welcoming and helpful and incredibly friendly specially Ms. Ella who goes far above to help🙏. she is so nice, not Iranian but speaks Persian very good and it makes it easier for Iranian people to stay in this hotel. finally I have to say It is an excellent, high quality hotel and we would definitely stay there again! and highly recommend it to others.

Habitaciones con números equivocados, el caos total. Tuvo que venir de casa, nuestro guía italiano, para resolver una situación confusa. Tomamos 17 habitaciones, 2 habitaciones no estaban y las personas fueron enviados a otra ubicación lejana. Dos apartamentos sucios, húmedos y no había toallas y cubiertas. El día siguiente nos bajamos al desayuno, coloco fotos. Café en una broca, 4 vasos de ensaladas verdes iguales, un contenedor de spaghetti ocultos en la mola y una vaso de un centímetro de miel y pan viejo. Este x 34 personas. Hay pocos copos, vasos y toallas. Volvemos a la noche y las habitaciones no estaban limpias y los toallas no cambiaron. Nos preguntamos y nos dijeron que las habitaciones se reconstruían cada 2 días. El día después del desayuno estaba bien, por cierto comienza a las 9 de la mañana. Volvimos a la noche y las habitaciones no estaban reconstruidas. Llamé al gerente y me dijo que no lo habíamos pedido, mentiroso. Tercer día desayuno ok. A las 21 de la noche, muchas habitaciones no estaban reconstruidas y había personal de limpieza dentro. El último día finalmente se echa un vistazo, termina este pesadilla. En la recepción se solicitó un pago x el cambio de toallas hecho el último día. Si los toallas, por ejemplo, tenían una maquilla de fondo tinta exigieron alrededor de 10 euros. Personal borracho y poco acogida. La chica de la recepción es arrogante y confusa y habla un inglés rápido e incomprensible. Yo respeto x todos, soy un operador turístico, nunca me había tratado así. Un consejo al gerente, si sigue así, cerrará pronto.

UUsuario invitadoWe stayed 2 nights for a brief stop in Yerevan and we were far from disappointed! The hotel entrance is tucked away but well signposted. The reception staff were extremely welcoming each time we saw them, they spoke good english and were always happy to help. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the name, the hotel rooms are all on the 14th floor, with reception on floor 1, and the dining area on floor 15. Our room was excellent! A little dated in decor and some signs of wear, but it was a large room split into a living area on one side and the bedroom on the other. The room had good features including a mini-fridge, toiletries, good AC and a safe - although the safe was already locked when we arrived and inaccessible (we just went without it). The best feature was the terrace! Whilst the windows were made up of frosted glass, there was a door that led to an open terrace with stunning views over Yerevan and Mount Ararat. The terrace is shared between all guests, however we rarely saw anybody out there and there was very little noise. There was a good choice at breakfast made up of hot and cold food. The dining area was large with great views from most sides, although the terrace on this floor was unfortunately closed for renovation during our stay. However, with open access to the terrace on the 14th floor below this wasn't a problem. The location of the hotel probably couldn't be better. It's in the city centre, surrounded by restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, parks, and only a 5-10 minute walk to the metro. Overall, it's not the most luxurious hotel you'll find, but it's great for a short stay in Yerevan and excellent value for money.

UUsuario invitadoAll rooms were no-smoking. Yet, you could smell cigarette at night and in the morning. Yes, smoking is a country-wide problem, but hotel cannot control it inside its on premises. Ridiculous! Do NOT advert it as non-smoking hotel. Rooms were small and dirty. Location is TERRIBLE. Breakfast likely the worst of the whole trip. Overall, not a single reason to stay here.
