I recently stayed at Hotel Sogo, and I must say that my overall experience was pleasant and satisfying. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how well-maintained and organized the place was. The room was exceptionally clean, which gave me an immediate sense of comfort and relaxation after a long day of travel. The floors were spotless, the linens smelled fresh, and the bathroom was tidy and well-sanitized — no traces of dirt or unpleasant odors at all. The housekeeping staff clearly does an excellent job of maintaining cleanliness. They were very polite and accommodating whenever I requested for towels or extra toiletries. Every time I stepped out and returned, the room was always in perfect order — bed neatly fixed, trash emptied, and surfaces dust-free. Aside from cleanliness, the room ambiance was cozy and peaceful. The air-conditioning worked well, the lighting was just right, and the TV provided a good variety of channels. The bed was comfortable enough for a restful sleep, and the overall environment was quiet, which made it easy to unwind. I also appreciated the staff’s friendliness and professionalism. They greeted me with smiles and made sure that check-in and check-out were fast and convenient. Their hospitality made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location of the hotel is also a big plus — very accessible to transportation, convenience stores, and restaurants. It’s ideal for travelers who want a clean and affordable place to stay without sacrificing comfort and convenience. Overall, I would describe my stay at Hotel Sogo as clean, safe, and comfortable. estuvo aquí muchas veces, todo lo que puedo decir es que el lugar es justo por su precio. la habitación es grande la televisión está trabajando Airconditioning es bueno Wifi es bueno, pero a veces desconecta El hotel dispone de unas instalaciones completas de jabón , pasta dental de champú , agua, etc. localización es buena También hay un restaurante en el piso de la planta baja Sólo lo que odio es - no hay ducha caliente - en el ascensor - Been En los cuartos de piso 3 y 4 y siempre hay un montón de pequeños cocodrilos

Perfect location near all the bars and restaurants. Its also near the port. They also give massage services in room. Room size is okay

The room is overall cozy and clean. Aircon is new, the bed is cozy very comfortable. The bathroom is clean with hot shower. But no water heater in the room you still need to request. I am disappointed a bit since I was assigned at the 5th floor and I have requested the front staff to transfer me in the lower floor and she assured me if there will be available she will transfer me since I will be extending a couple of days. But when the third day comes, she mentioned no more available rooms. It is so upsetting since I am expecting what she promised when I see couple of guests already checking out.

Just quite run down, so didn’t appear super clean. Really central location for the old part of the walled city but local bar was right outside and quite noisy. Though it did not run too late.

The location is good. Its near to uncle John's and 7/11 which is very convenient. The place is clean I like the room its unusually cute. The wifi is great too. The lobby is well decorated. The staff and the front desk are polite. It was a great stay in total.

Location wise perfect para sa lakad nmin. Not so much sa service since di kami binabalikan ng reception pag may bilin o kailangan. But don't get me wrong, mababait sila, makakalimutin lng. Mejo ok ung banyo, malinis di lang po masyado halata... room wise perfect, we were upgraded since di daw gumana aircon nung room na nabook ko. Overall, we'll come back and stay parin... ok na din wifi nila today not like ung past stays ko na di nagana wifi... mejo mahina lang...di pede pang work. Nag enjoy din ako sa food. Though di perfect sa panlasa ko pero ang nagdala ng experience is ung mga staff...

Ascensor hasta el quinto piso y caminar 1 piso hasta nuestro piso. Tengo la habitación 613. Habitación muy larga, así que está bien. Habitación antigua. La puerta de la ducha está mojada toda la noche porque esa parte es más baja que otras. Muy buen aire acondicionado. Tener un lavabo para lavar los platos como en un apartamento. Wi-Fi rápido. La recepcionista no hablaba muy bien el inglés, pero aún así pudimos entendernos sobre el check-in, el depósito de 1000 pesos y el registro. La habitación no está tan limpia como debería y hay entre 2 y 3 cucarachas bebés. Zona ruidosa como se esperaba, pero no fue un problema para mí. Precio de habitación bajo, por lo que está bien qued**** una noche. Justo en la estación LRT Tayuman. Camine por la carretera entre Greenwich Pizza e Inasal.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the air conditioning worked very well, providing a cool and relaxing environment. It is highly suitable for couples. One minor concern is that the comforter had some old stains that could no longer be removed. However, it did not have any unpleasant odor, so it was still acceptable for us. That said, more meticulous guests may find this an issue. We would also like to express our gratitude for our 4-night stay. The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating—far more welcoming compared to other hotels we have stayed in.
