The room was exceptionally clean, which gave me an immediate sense of comfort and relaxation after a long day of travel. The floors were spotless, the linens smelled fresh, and the bathroom was tidy and well-sanitized — no traces of dirt or unpleasant odors at all. The housekeeping staff clearly does an excellent job of maintaining cleanliness. They were very polite and accommodating whenever I requested for towels or extra toiletries. Every time I stepped out and returned, the room was always in perfect order — bed neatly fixed, trash emptied, and surfaces dust-free. Aside from cleanliness, the room ambiance was cozy and peaceful. The air-conditioning worked well, the lighting was just right, and the TV provided a good variety of channels. The bed was comfortable enough for a restful sleep, and the overall environment was quiet, which made it easy to unwind. I also appreciated the staff’s friendliness and professionalism. They greeted me with smiles and made sure that check-in and check-out were fast and convenient. Their hospitality made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location of the hotel is also a big plus — very accessible to transportation, convenience stores, and restaurants. It’s ideal for travelers who want a clean and affordable place to stay without sacrificing comfort and convenience. Overall, I would describe my stay at Hotel Sogo as clean, safe, and comfortable. been here a lot of times, all i can say Is the place is just right for its price. the room Is Big tv is working Airconditioning is Good Wifi is good but disconnects sometimes Amenities are Complete from soap , Shampoo toothpaste , water etc. location is Good there is also a restaurant at ground floor only thing that i hate is - theres no hot shower - no elevator - Been In 3rd and 4th floor rooms and There is always a lot of small Cockroaches

The room is overall cozy and clean. Aircon is new, the bed is cozy very comfortable. The bathroom is clean with hot shower. But no water heater in the room you still need to request. I am disappointed a bit since I was assigned at the 5th floor and I have requested the front staff to transfer me in the lower floor and she assured me if there will be available she will transfer me since I will be extending a couple of days. But when the third day comes, she mentioned no more available rooms. It is so upsetting since I am expecting what she promised when I see couple of guests already checking out.

The location is good. Its near to uncle John's and 7/11 which is very convenient. The place is clean I like the room its unusually cute. The wifi is great too. The lobby is well decorated. The staff and the front desk are polite. It was a great stay in total.

Los niños estaban muy emocionados cuando llegamos al vestíbulo. Especialmente cuando ven la piscina. La habitación y la cama son realmente adecuadas para nosotros. El único problema que tuvimos es que la televisión no funciona. Pero aun así lo gestionaron bien y lo cambiaron por otro. La recepcionista del frente. La recepcionista no hablaba muy bien el inglés, pero aún así pudimos entendernos sobre el check-in, el depósito de 1000 pesos y el registro. La habitación no está tan limpia como debería y hay entre 2 y 3 cucarachas bebés. Zona ruidosa como se esperaba, pero no fue un problema para mí. Precio de habitación bajo, por lo que está bien qued**** una noche. Justo en la estación LRT Tayuman. Camine por la carretera entre Greenwich Pizza e Inasal.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the air conditioning worked very well, providing a cool and relaxing environment. It is highly suitable for couples. One minor concern is that the comforter had some old stains that could no longer be removed. However, it did not have any unpleasant odor, so it was still acceptable for us. That said, more meticulous guests may find this an issue. We would also like to express our gratitude for our 4-night stay. The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating—far more welcoming compared to other hotels we have stayed in.
