I expect to have a little more accuracy in line of communication. Where booking and checking time management more better. I had to wait 45 mins before the key arrive. The room is quite dusty and no extra water and drawer quite full of left over mess from different toiletory hotel stuff. I check with online response, about the cooking stove that's broken and not able to be used, and there is no more response to my message. I am writing this review to reflect on my experience here. As a houses owner and traveling all the time, I've always return to different places to experience different hospitality to make mine better. I am sad as this time I can't enjoy the stay as much as I used to in the same building that run by other. I hope Soben group will rearrange the property management to be little extra care. Thanks

Good budget friendly hotel , near to everywhere and the price is affordable

Always stay here whenever in Phnom Penh. The room rate was quite low as compared to other budget hotel. The room was spacious and aircon work well. However I wish to highlight some negative points this time: the wifi was unstable through out my 5 day stay. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful but not the owner who was arrogant and rude.

You know the place wasn't very clean and the room was really small but the service was good they behaved very polite and gentle

Terima kasih atas keramahan pengelola hotelnya
