La experiencia de estadía en general es muy buena, debe ser alabada por cinco estrellas! La habitación está limpia y no seca, la sala de baño está limpia y se encuentra limpia, el cama es suave y se duerme hasta el amanecer. La decoración es sencilla y con un tono de diseño, el proyector y la electricidad doméstica deben estar completos. El propietario es cuidadosamente responsable, la respuesta de la noticia es rápida, y también recomenda enérgicamente la ruta de juego de comida alrededor, la ubicación es conveniente para viajar, el precio es increíble, ven aquí para elegir a la gente.

+ spacious room, simple chic design. Clean toilet, strong shower power. - had an unfortunate flushing problem and had to ask the housekeeper for help. She was helpful, sharing that it is a common issue as the pipes simply aren't built for flushing large quantities at once. + double pillows and a full length mirror! Wonderful. +/- location is great as its located along the main road of wuyi square, however there is no direct road access to the hotel and you will need to walk a distance (slightly uphill and past a gate, see pic) to the entrance of the hotel, which is ironically located behind the building. It was confusing when we first arrived but got the hang of it quickly. - as the location is quite central and close to the bustle of the streets, it can get abit noisy (even in the morning, stores open early and promoters get right to work) - this hotel is by province standards, pretty good and sufficient for a holiday stay but is not at the level of nation wide standards. + the staff (housekeeping & front desk) were all helpful and kind. We had deliveries to the hotel and they helped us with some problems we encountered. Tip: there is a locker right outside the hotel and alot of our parcels got directed there unfortunately (not sure why) there is a charge if it is not collected within a day so plan your deliveries properly to avoid this. + staff were responsive over wechat and mostly use it to communicate with you during your stay. There seems to be another hotel that is within the same building (common in china) and there is a resturant with its backdoor entrance leading in from the lobby entrance area. Upon check out, the staff were insistent for me to do a review for them, which I said I would do on my own but they did try to send me a copy-paste review complete with pictures. They weren't too pushy, just politely declined it. Overall a decent hotel within expectations. Taken with a pinch of salt in exchange for the wonderful accessibility and location.

This was an excellent place to stay in Changsha, better than we could have expected. We visited in December and the heating from the air conditioner was enough to keep the room warm. The bathroom is modern, and even has heating above the shower. Both the room itself and the bathroom were very clean. We were on the third floor so we did not get bothered by any sound from the street. I am a very light sleeper but I did not wake up from anything. There are a few open air lounges around the building, most with a roof to protect from the rain, which were nice to sit and eat breakfast. The best thing about the room however is the bed. It is spacious (I think a king size) and so, so comfortable. There is a laundry facility but we didn't use this on our trip. They don't have a dryer machine but they do have a clothes line to dry clothes on. The owner spoke with us through WeChat and gave us recommendations on places to eat (a huge list, maybe 40 different places!) and checked if we needed room cleaning every day, and provided extra water bottles. The aunties at the hotel are all friendly. The location is really good, 5-7 mins walk from Peyuanqiao subway, and just one stop from Wuyi Square on line 1. It is also about 40mins on the subway or 30mins taxi to ChangshaNan Station (high-speed rail) and about 45mins subway from the airport. The hotel is on a quiet side street, the main street is very much a local, non-touristy street, which was nice, with a friendly uncle selling breakfast in the morning and many stalls and restaurants nearby. By the station you also have bigger chain shops and restaurants if this is what you prefer. The only thing to improve for me is that a coat hanger would be useful so we can hang up our coat somewhere. I love Changsha, my favourite city in China, and I think this hotel will become my go-to the next time I am back to visit!

El alquiler es muy amable. Se conectó conmigo a través de Wechat sobre cómo entrar. El salón es amplio, con un sofá y una mesa de cena. El lugar también tiene una máquina de lavarnos las ropas y nos proporciona a los pendientes para colgar nuestras ropas lavadas. Las dos habitaciones son conductivas, con cama de tamaño real en cada habitación. Está a poca distancia a la estación de tren de Wuyi. Altamente recomendado.

Taken to our room by host, immediately upon entering, host asked if we were happy with the room or wanted to upgrade. Layout of Apartment appeared suitable for our needs and appeared in order so declined upgrade as we weren’t sure if that would be additional cost. Once host left we put our bags down and started to settle in and as we did so found the unit to be unclean. It was like the unit had not been throughly cleaned for some time. dust and grime on surfaces and floor, broken bedside cupboards and bed head laying against the wall in the kitchen. We set about cleaning the apartments we Harley unpacked and it would of been an inconvenience to us to have to replace our things. We set about cleaning the room. the host messaged us within the hour to ask if we were satisfied with the room or wanted to still upgrade. I let them know that the room was u clean & we were not satisfied but didn’twant to risk another dirty apartment. Given the conversation with the host and repeated question about us wanting to upgrade, I feel that they were aware the room was not up to standard. The layout of apartment is good with 1 bedroom 1 toilet and shower and lounge area downstairs, 2 bedrooms, toilet and washing machine upstairs. 1 shower for all apartment with needing time between showers due to hot water system needing time to reheat can make for a long time for everyone to get ready. Note pictures are dated so room is not as pristine as presented in photos but good location. Is it ok? Yeah, would I stay here again? No

Este hotel ofrece una excelente relación calidad-precio. Las habitaciones están limpias, las camas son cómodas y cuentan con comodidades modernas, e incluso hay una pantalla grande. La ubicación es muy conveniente, rodeada de numerosas calles peatonales, ideal para ir de compras. El personal de recepción es muy amable y atento; también pueden ayudar con la recepción de paquetes y ofrecen servicio de lavandería. Hay café disponible en la recepción, preparado con granos de Starbucks. La estación de metro está muy cerca, a unos 8 minutos a pie, lo que facilita el acceso a cualquier lugar en metro. Además, si pasas por el restaurante A Yue Legend Hunan Cuisine, no dudes en pedir algunos platos para probar; sus salteados son deliciosos, el arroz es abundante y los precios son razonables. Este viaje a Changsha fue realmente fantástico: habitaciones cómodas, comida deliciosa y excelentes oportunidades para ir de compras... ¡Excelente! Sin duda volveré la próxima vez.

El hotel está convenientemente ubicado cerca de la salida 2 de Yingbin Road, muy cerca de la estación de metro, lo que facilita el transporte. Hay muchos hoteles en los alrededores. El servicio de recepción es muy atento, y el chico de recepción es guapo y ayudó con el equipaje. El hotel cuenta con lavandería, lo cual es ideal para estancias largas. Las sábanas y fundas de edredón estaban recién cambiadas, lo que demuestra la limpieza. En general, muy recomendable.

I got Ctrip.com service centre at Changsha Huanghua Airport to advise me how to contact Sycamore Tree Hotel to pick me up and I managed to contact Sycamore Tree Hotel Uncle Liu to pick me up at column C6. The exit is next to the Ctrip.com service centre of the airport and there are long queues of cars awaiting to pick up guests at the airport. Sycamore Tree Hotel is an hourly-rated hotel that allows guests to stay up to seven hours a day or to the next day. It has a three-hours room stay package for guests who are transitting to another city on the same day but since Trip.com is selling the room based on per day basis, I paid less than $30 to stay until 8 pm on the same day. To kill time, under my request, Uncle Liu chaufferred me to two plane-spotting sites around the Changsha airport for plane photography at a return fee of 150 RMB from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm, including Gao'an Village Committee Building and the premises around Hunan General Aviation Building. This fee includes the driver's waiting time. Uncle Liu has very good knowledge on plane-spotting and I recommend plane-spotters to stay in this hotel if their purpose of visiting Changsha is plane-spotting. Uncle Liu quipped that he also can bring guests to Zhangjiajie in Hunan. While the staff of Sycamore Tree Hotel is friendly, I would like to comment that the room allocated to me has no window, no regular-size table for me to write on paper and no chair. It takes a long time for the room to turn cool after switching on the air-conditioner. The toilet-cum-bathroom only has the small bath towel for body wiping purpose. Overall, the room is worse than the single room of Toyoko Inn. Despite the insufficiencies in the room, I recommend this hotel for staff friendliness, airport pick-up/drop-off services and local transport service. For breakfast and other meals, there is the bun shop next door and the noodles restaurant of one minute walk away from the hotel. For recreation, there is the games machine outside the hotel. I will stay at Sycamore Tree Hotel again if there were another opportunity of an onward flight at night from Changsha to another city airport.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente. Hay una estación de metro justo enfrente. Es muy conveniente para ir a atracciones turísticas o distritos financieros. La habitación está muy limpia y ordenada, la ropa de cama es suave y cómoda, y se duerme muy bien. El baño también está muy limpio, no hay olores, el agua caliente es suficiente y la temperatura del agua es estable. La atención de la recepcionista es excelente. El registro de entrada y salida es muy rápido, y además nos dio sugerencias muy útiles para excursiones cercanas. El servicio de habitaciones también es muy puntual y atento, lo que hace que la gente se sienta muy cómoda. La relación calidad-precio es realmente excelente. Elegiré este hotel la próxima vez que venga. ¡Lo recomiendo encarecidamente a todos!

Es necesario llamar a la persona de contacto con antelación (preferiblemente por chat) para obtener el código de la puerta. Es una casa de familia, más bien un bed and breakfast. La ubicación es fantástica y me encantó la distribución de las 4 habitaciones. Un lugar muy agradable con un baño y medio. Hubo pequeños detalles, como que una de las puertas del baño era difícil de abrir (¿la corredera le faltaba la manija y necesitaba aceite o ruedas mejores?). Si esto te parece bien, estarás encantado con esta estancia. Si eres muy alto, los techos por encima y por debajo del loft pueden resultar incómodos, pero a mí no me molestaron ni me afectaron. Preciosas vistas desde la ventana. Nuestra habitación estaba en la planta 11.
