Llegamos tarde, ¡pero la chica del turno de noche siguió ayudándonos a resolver nuestros problemas! ¡Como! ¡La chica del desayuno y la hermana mayor también están muy entusiasmadas! En definitiva, ¡una buena experiencia! ¡Estacionamiento conveniente! El desayuno era abundante y a los niños les encantó.

I had a really great stay at this hotel, but what made the experience special was definitely the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I arrived. Even with language barriers at times, they always tried their best to help me and made me feel genuinely welcome. The atmosphere felt very personal and authentic compared to many standard hotels. The owners and staff were warm, patient, and always smiling, which made the stay much more memorable. You can really feel that they care about their guests and put effort into creating a comfortable environment. I would absolutely stay here again and can highly recommend this place to anyone looking not only for a room, but also for genuinely friendly people and a local experience.

I believe my friends and I spent Christmas eve here. Being an exchange student from England, far from home, and my friends and classmates from Latvia and Cambodia, we needed somewhere homely and comfortable to stay. This place was exactly what we needed. We stayed here for one night in the middle of winter as part of our road trip from Beijing to Wutaishan, following the sections of the Great Wall. We turned up after dark, we were welcomed with a big smile and slept with ease after the long drive. In the morning I woke up early, found a spot in the courtyard garden and opened my Christmass cards. The owners dog immediately rolled over to be petted and for the next hour I had good company, drank tea and enjoyed the peace. The owners awoke to find me outside, probably thought I was a ****** and so, immediately lit their fire in the garden. They saw me drinking tea so got the iron kettle boiling over the heat of the flames. My mates awoke to this and joined me and the boss by the fire. The outside temperature was negative, but we were warm, happy and ready for the day ahead - exploring Baishishan. The boss also showed us his great tea collection. I want to thank the owners for a short but great stay and I highly recommend. I would like to come back in spring to see their courtyard in full bloom.

My and my sister stayed there for two nights, the hotel had a great location on the owner was so kind to pick us up from the train station and to bring us back to the station at the end of our stay. He also carried our luggage. The room was clean and pretty, the bathroom and the shower were together so it wasn't comfertable to take a shower, but we had warm water, the floor was also warm. There wasn't a room service but we asked for more towels and slippers and they brought it to us. The towels weren't comfertable and the pillows were so hard we decided to sleep without it. But overall the stay was very good, the owner was amazing and a great location (10 minutes walk from baili gorge). Recommend not going on winter because it was too freezing and the view is not as great.

La limpieza del baño es muy limpia, no hay toallas ni lana, y los detalles de la higiene están especialmente presentes. Las instalaciones inteligentes se usan con la mano, el amor pequeño controla las luces, las ventanas y el aire acondicionado, y sin dormir, se ajusta a un estado cómodo, el ventilador de iones negativos es muy grande, y cada configuración tiene un punto de demanda en el cajón. La cama es suave y dura, el aire acondicionado no tiene ruido, y el recargador USB de la cabeza de cama es muy útil. La actitud del servicio del personal es muy buena, muy entusiasta, también nos ayude a recomendar dónde es divertido y la ubicación es muy ventajosa. Salir a la calle de tubos es alrededor de 50 metros, donde se puede jugar especialmente conveniente.

I saw reviews about this hotel saying that it is near to the food night market and close to many eateries, therefore I wanted to stay a night here to experience it. It is indeed a very strategic location and I got to explore many different kind of food around the hotel. The room is clean and spacious, hotel staff were friendly and helpful too. Recommended to solo travellers.
