In spite that it is older hotel, the rooms are in good condition, equipped with a comfortable bed with crisp fresh white linen. Due to heavy rains the aircon had some difficulties to absorb the high humidity. Fresh fruits were provided at arrival. The hotel has a topnotch spa  facility.  The breakfast on the 5th floor is extensive. Even traditional soup with multicolored noodles and donkey burgers are served. The Chinese restaurant on the 2nd floor was deserted and the temperature inside was uncomfortably hot, so we had diner at the nearby Wanda Plaza.  Truly 5-star was the attentive and efficient support of the front desk manager Miss Ciu Tianmei. She facilitated our visit to the shrine of Mary Mother of God in Donglü, situated in a remote village 40 kms outside of Baoding. Without her  help we would have great difficulties to make this visit. In addition we thank Miss Ciu Tianmei to find a solution to keep our medicines cool, as there is no fridge in the room.

Stayed here with my wife and son while visiting family and had a great experience. I was a bit hesitant at first since we usually stick with Marriott properties, but this place exceeded expectations and honestly felt better than many Marriott hotels we’ve stayed at. The hotel feels brand new, very clean, and well maintained. The laundry room was a huge plus for us, especially traveling with a child. Breakfast was convenient and tasty, so we didn’t even need to leave the building in the mornings. There’s also a convenience store right around the corner which made things even easier. What really stood out was the staff. The reception team was incredibly kind and helpful, especially when my son had an emotional moment. Despite the language barrier, check-in and check-out were smooth using an offline translation app. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a really great stay at this hotel, but what made the experience special was definitely the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I arrived. Even with language barriers at times, they always tried their best to help me and made me feel genuinely welcome. The atmosphere felt very personal and authentic compared to many standard hotels. The owners and staff were warm, patient, and always smiling, which made the stay much more memorable. You can really feel that they care about their guests and put effort into creating a comfortable environment. I would absolutely stay here again and can highly recommend this place to anyone looking not only for a room, but also for genuinely friendly people and a local experience.

I came to this city on a business trip, and I can honestly say this was one of the best places I stayed during my time in China. The hotel is located in an excellent area, everything was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. I especially want to recognize the housekeeping staff—the ladies who cleaned and took care of my room did an excellent job throughout my stay. The only real challenge I experienced was the language barrier. Communication in English at the hotel was very difficult, and for international business travelers, having at least one English-speaking staff member available would make a big difference. One other suggestion would be to have a restaurant and bar inside the hotel open in the evening, where guests could enjoy a drink and a variety of international food without having to leave the hotel. This would be especially convenient for foreign guests who may have difficulty communicating outside because of the language barrier. With these improvements, this hotel would easily be a 10/10 for me. Overall, I had an excellent experience and I highly recommend it to my business colleagues visiting the area. Great location, excellent cleanliness, delicious breakfast, and wonderful service. I would definitely stay here again.

This stay truly exceeded all expectations. As foreigners visiting Citadines Baoding for the first time, the overall experience couldn’t have been better — it was absolutely top-notch 👍. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with a sense of warmth and genuine hospitality. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive. The hotel also provides a complimentary fruit platter, which was a very nice and thoughtful touch. The room is well equipped with a capsule coffee machine, and there is even a washing machine inside the room, making the stay especially convenient for families and longer visits. Another major highlight is the room layout. In addition to the bedroom, there is a separate small living area. This design is a big plus — my husband can watch TV or work in the living space without disturbing my rest, which greatly enhances comfort and privacy. Overall, whether it was the attention to detail at the front desk, the comfort and quality of the accommodation, or the excellent food and beverage service, this hotel truly delivered on all fronts. It’s absolutely an ideal choice for business or families traveling with children, and we would highly recommend Citadines to anyone visiting Baoding.

Primero, lo positivo: la limpieza del hotel es realmente encomiable. Las habitaciones estaban impecables, la ropa de cama era de un blanco inmaculado y el baño no tenía manchas de agua ni olores, lo que demuestra una excelente gestión. Sin embargo, el servicio fue una gran decepción. Un empleado de recepción se mostró indiferente, nunca te saludaba de forma proactiva y apenas respondía a las preguntas, haciéndote sentir como si estuvieras suplicando un favor. Si solo buscas una noche de descanso en un lugar limpio, está bien; pero si valoras el respeto y un buen trato, puede que te decepciones. Le daría a la limpieza un 9 sobre 10, pero al servicio solo un 3.

El proceso de salida es sencillo y rápido. No necesita esperar mucho tiempo. La habitación es limpia y limpia y la habitación es cálida. 雄安蘆芽庭酒店（雄安新區容城奧威路店）設施齊全，機器人送餐超可愛！衞生乾淨整潔，服務熱情周到超貼心！前台還準備了水果，茶水和礦泉水！酒店地理位置就在縣政府對面，東面就是惠友購物廣場，吃飯購物超方便！酒店前門後院都可以停車，對於我們自駕真是太方便了！特別是酒店的早餐太豐富了，熱菜涼菜雞蛋腸粥奶等等都有，非常好吃😄下次來雄安我還要住這裏！

Folksy, warm, accommodating and helpful staff. They are genuinely nice people. Hotel is located close to the Baoding East train station. Very convenient for travelers. Their rates are very affordable. All in all, a very good stay for me.

La habitación era amplia y luminosa, con Smart TV y wifi de alta velocidad para satisfacer todas mis necesidades de entretenimiento y trabajo. El colchón tenía la firmeza ideal y las cortinas opacas me aseguraron un buen descanso. La limpieza era impecable; el baño contaba con una ducha y un inodoro separados, sin olores, y las toallas eran suaves y gruesas. El personal de recepción no solo gestionó el check-in rápidamente, sino que también me recomendó restaurantes y rutas locales. Incluso respondieron al instante cuando les pedí prestado un cargador. Recibí un servicio excepcional durante todo el viaje, ¡y sin duda merece cinco estrellas!
