MMichael & Nici Exploring China and BeyondWe selected a Business Suite, at the ”Zhongyin Hotel”, also know as the ”Jasper Hotel” in Baoding.
The front of house added me to her Wechat, when we checked in.
We were out for most of the day, as we had meetings to attend.
We returned later that evening, and the front of house night staff, were courteous enough, to show us to our suite.
”The room was preheated, and nice & warm, upon our arrival”.
This suite, was extremly spacious and elegant, and we both sincerely enjoyed it.
Living Room:
A lovely living room, with a comfortable sofa and ample space.
Bedroom:
The bed was comfortable, with high quality bedding.
Bathroom:
As for the bathroom, well it's very spacious with a walk in shower and a large bathtub.
We enjoyed panoramic views of the city, from the suite.
Buffet style breakfast was served, at the Horizon Restaurant on the 3rd floor.
”The selection was good, with both Chinese and Western Style dishes to enjoy”.
Overall the hotel has a classic and elegant feel to it, with quality finishes, which remain timeless.
The entire team of staff, ensured that we enjoyed our stay.
Special thanks to the front office's, YangQian for her superb service.
As well as the front office manager (Cindy), for her superb service, and for meeting our requests.
We can recommend this hotel for business or leisure, foreign or domestic guests, will enjoy a high quality stay here.
Upon our next visit to Baoding, we will surely only return to the Zhongyin Hotel.

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel allowed check-in time very late at night (I checked in at about 11:30 pm) and the concierge still functioned well at such a late hour. The bed was really big for a single person. The hotel emphasized that a visitor will be enjoying French life-style in its stay there though there is neither a French word nor French TV program to be found inside the hotel room. I was expunged from the swimming pool on the 4/F solely because I forgot to bring my swimming cap (I had my swimming suit on), and had to cut short my swimming time after my failure to borrow a cap from the staff there. Moreover, the pool water was too cold. The breakfast buffet was good and contained a variety of foodstuffs and drinks of Chinese preferences and origins. However, there was a lack of exotic foodstuffs, e.g. Japanese style, Vietnamese style, European style, etc.
The flash-type French dance, about 15 min. in duration, in the hotel foyer at 6:00 p.m. was extraordinary, attractive and delighting.

JJing NTC908La habitación es amplia, el diseño es bueno y la higiene está bien, cada camarero tiene una actitud muy buena, comer en el segundo piso, muy conveniente, el calor es en el mismo piso sin necesidad de hotel, es muy barato, es el doble de precio que vivir en un hotel similar a Beijing. El transporte es conveniente para Beijing conducir por su cuenta hasta una hora. Bueno. No basta. Vivo en 15 pisos, la habitación es demasiado caliente, la noche duerme con camisas calientes, y finalmente la ventana abrió la bodega para dormir. Creo que el agua en el tubo es caliente. La razón por la que cada habitación está envuelta en sopa privada, el hotel cálido no puede evitarlo; El hotel de vacaciones tiene tres albergues, la velocidad del albergue es relativamente lenta, y el albergue está lleno de personas en el momento de la máxima comida, espera demasiado tiempo, obliga a algunos turistas a ir a la escalera de vuelta a la habitación, no es bueno para la gente. Los cinco puntos son elogios para el servicio y la relación de costo.

DDr LightningEverting is good ,1st time I came into China as a Muslim business man, I found this hotel have HALAL food options in a breakfast as well, location near to all my required factories.
One thing management need to focus on:
1- smoking is everywhere almost although they have displayed the sign ,”no smoking “ but no one care even hotel staff as well especially breakfast time staff also does smoking which gives me anxiety and sickness as a non smoker . In rooms people are smoking as well. It’s very good hotel but no following the rules non smoking . Next to the hotel is halal restaurant is available as well for lunch and dinner. Important thing they have prayer room as well.

NNansuligaochuzhuangwangEn primer lugar, la ubicación es muy excelente, con agua de montaña, piscinas sin bordes, el personal de servicio se saluda a la cara, el desayuno del restaurante no es mucho, pero el sabor es bueno, especialmente el arte de los chefs, es muy sorprendente. También hay un precio elevado en el alojamiento, unos mil y un cuarto de baño más 200 y un parque de camas; el hotel tiene un estacionamiento difícil, pero la carretera es demasiado estrecho para que cuando sales, el auto se golpeó en el robo trasero porque se evitó la entrada. Pero la limitación geográfica no es un problema de hotel, necesita reparar un coche, o un poco de desconforto psicológico. En resumen, aquí es el número de hoteles de alta calidad en el lago de Yiwater.

UUsuario invitado酒店其實整體還挺好的，開始房間感覺床上用品特別潮，於是立刻給換了房間，好評，但是第二個房間洗手間返很嚴重的腥臭味道，雖然客房服務員給提供了除味兒噴霧和芳香劑後面解決了，但是這個感覺挺不好的，另外有個槽點是房間到處是鏡子……不知道為什麼……

GGlenysMThe Modern Crystal Hotel in Baoding is only a 2 minute walk to & from Baoding Railway Station and there are lots of small shops and places to eat, as well as a shopping mall nearby which includes an Apple store!
The hotel is quite old and some parts of the rooms I saw were badly in need of refurbishing, but the customer service is excellent. Every staff member I dealt with during my 3 night stay was wonderful …. the Reception staff, and the lovely ladies who clean the rooms and work in the dining room were all consistently and naturally extremely helpful and friendly to me ☺️
The Reception staff ask if you use WeChat, which is great, because you can message them if you need to ask anything and they respond immediately. One of the young guys on Reception went out of his way to help me when the sole of my shoe came away from my shoe, by trying to find a shoe repair shop (there wasn’t one) and then finding & ordering shoe repair glue on Amazon China for me and delivering it to me in my room an hour later! That kind of service is really heartwarming to a foreign traveller 💜
There is a hotel laundry available for guests to use, which was great! BYO laundry detergent.
The only real issue - and it’s a major issue - was that smoking is allowed (and encouraged) in the hotel, which, as an Australian, I find shocking and quite unacceptable in this day & age of global “no smoking” health laws.
The first room I was allocated smelt so badly of cigarette smoke, I couldn’t stay in it and requested a clean smelling room. The Reception staff complied immediately, and the 2nd room was much better, although it also had a very faint cigarette smell which was not ideal because it spoils the enjoyment of the room, and a No Smoking room should not smell of cigarette smoke at all, but I assume that every room was probably the same. Even the lifts & foyers on each floor smelt badly of cigarette smoke, and it wasn’t nice to see ashtrays everywhere.
I have found the same problem in other hotels in China on this visit, more than ever before, and it’s really not pleasant for those of us who hate the smell of cigarette smoke and also get headaches from the horrible smell. It’s a shame, because no matter how excellent the customer service is, the cigarette smoking would prevent me from booking there again, or recommending it to anyone. Pity 😟
