HHenry from Toronto, CanadaEste es un hotel nuevo en una ciudad en desarrollo. Todo en el hotel era moderno. Mi habitación era bastante grande y la TV era gigante. Las instalaciones de lavandería gratis fueron las más agradables que he visto durante mi viaje de 7 semanas en China. La habitación era muy agradable.
El hotel parecía bastante vacío, probablemente porque no muchas personas y empresas han entrado todavía. He encontrado unos pocos restaurantes en un corto paseo del hotel. Si estoy en la zona otra vez, me quedaría en este hotel otra vez.

UUsuario invitadoMy and my sister stayed there for two nights, the hotel had a great location on the owner was so kind to pick us up from the train station and to bring us back to the station at the end of our stay. He also carried our luggage.
The room was clean and pretty, the bathroom and the shower were together so it wasn't comfertable to take a shower, but we had warm water, the floor was also warm.
There wasn't a room service but we asked for more towels and slippers and they brought it to us.
The towels weren't comfertable and the pillows were so hard we decided to sleep without it.
But overall the stay was very good, the owner was amazing and a great location (10 minutes walk from baili gorge).
Recommend not going on winter because it was too freezing and the view is not as great.

PPaucassoCreo que mis amigos y yo pasé la noche de Navidad aquí. Como estudiante de intercambio de Inglaterra, lejos de casa, y mis amigos y compañeros de clase de Letonia y Camboya, necesitamos un lugar de casa y cómodo para quedarse. Este lugar era exactamente lo que necesitamos.
Nos quedamos aquí una noche en medio del invierno como parte de nuestra viaje por carretera de Beijing a Wutaishan, después de las secciones de la Gran Muralla.
En la mañana me desperté temprano, encontré un lugar en el jardín y abrió mis tarjetas de Navidad.
Los dueños se despertaron para encontrarme fuera, probablemente pensaban que yo era un ****** y así, inmediatamente iluminaron su fuego en el jardín. Mi compañero se despertó y me unió al jefe por el fuego. La temperatura exterior era negativa, pero estabamos calientes, felices y listos para el día siguiente - explorando Baishishan. El jefe también nos mostró su gran colección de té.

NNV8Mi estancia en Ruimeihua fue agradable y sin complicaciones. Las habitaciones eran amplias, limpias y contaban con una gran variedad de comodidades. El personal, desde recepción hasta cocina, limpieza y demás, siempre fue atento y servicial. El desayuno ofrecía diversas opciones. Lo recomiendo.

UUsuario invitadoThis stay truly exceeded all expectations. As foreigners visiting Citadines Baoding for the first time, the overall experience couldn’t have been better — it was absolutely top-notch 👍.
From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with a sense of warmth and genuine hospitality. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive.
The hotel also provides a complimentary fruit platter, which was a very nice and thoughtful touch. The room is well equipped with a capsule coffee machine, and there is even a washing machine inside the room, making the stay especially convenient for families and longer visits.
Another major highlight is the room layout. In addition to the bedroom, there is a separate small living area. This design is a big plus — my husband can watch TV or work in the living space without disturbing my rest, which greatly enhances comfort and privacy.
Overall, whether it was the attention to detail at the front desk, the comfort and quality of the accommodation, or the excellent food and beverage service, this hotel truly delivered on all fronts. It’s absolutely an ideal choice for business or families traveling with children, and we would highly recommend Citadines to anyone visiting Baoding.

娛樂設施和人流密度：
假日温泉和温泉滙加起來可玩性很高，雖然水世界沒開，但還是能玩很久很久，有大大的泳池和各種小池子。人流密度可控，節假日雖然滿房，但吃早餐和温泉人流量都還可以接受；假日温泉還有水果和餅乾吃，可以補充體力～
度假區可玩性極高，農業樂園裡面有室內遊樂場、室外遊樂場、勇士攀爬的架子、可以露營，兩天沒夠玩。
待完善的地方：
從農業樂園玩完回酒店，等擺渡車時間太久了，站在外面大風吹得等了20分鐘，不如自己開車過去了。

UUsuario invitado¡Elegir el hotel perfecto para este viaje fue fantástico! La ubicación es inmejorable, cerca de zonas comerciales y atracciones turísticas, lo que facilita enormemente el desplazamiento. La habitación era amplia y luminosa, con Smart TV y wifi de alta velocidad para satisfacer todas mis necesidades de entretenimiento y trabajo. El colchón tenía la firmeza ideal y las cortinas opacas me aseguraron un buen descanso. La limpieza era impecable; el baño contaba con una ducha y un inodoro separados, sin olores, y las toallas eran suaves y gruesas. El personal de recepción no solo gestionó el check-in rápidamente, sino que también me recomendó restaurantes y rutas locales. Incluso respondieron al instante cuando les pedí prestado un cargador. Recibí un servicio excepcional durante todo el viaje, ¡y sin duda merece cinco estrellas!

GGlenysMThe Modern Crystal Hotel in Baoding is only a 2 minute walk to & from Baoding Railway Station and there are lots of small shops and places to eat, as well as a shopping mall nearby which includes an Apple store!
The hotel is quite old and some parts of the rooms I saw were badly in need of refurbishing, but the customer service is excellent. Every staff member I dealt with during my 3 night stay was wonderful …. the Reception staff, and the lovely ladies who clean the rooms and work in the dining room were all consistently and naturally extremely helpful and friendly to me ☺️
The Reception staff ask if you use WeChat, which is great, because you can message them if you need to ask anything and they respond immediately. One of the young guys on Reception went out of his way to help me when the sole of my shoe came away from my shoe, by trying to find a shoe repair shop (there wasn’t one) and then finding & ordering shoe repair glue on Amazon China for me and delivering it to me in my room an hour later! That kind of service is really heartwarming to a foreign traveller 💜
There is a hotel laundry available for guests to use, which was great! BYO laundry detergent.
The only real issue - and it’s a major issue - was that smoking is allowed (and encouraged) in the hotel, which, as an Australian, I find shocking and quite unacceptable in this day & age of global “no smoking” health laws.
The first room I was allocated smelt so badly of cigarette smoke, I couldn’t stay in it and requested a clean smelling room. The Reception staff complied immediately, and the 2nd room was much better, although it also had a very faint cigarette smell which was not ideal because it spoils the enjoyment of the room, and a No Smoking room should not smell of cigarette smoke at all, but I assume that every room was probably the same. Even the lifts & foyers on each floor smelt badly of cigarette smoke, and it wasn’t nice to see ashtrays everywhere.
I have found the same problem in other hotels in China on this visit, more than ever before, and it’s really not pleasant for those of us who hate the smell of cigarette smoke and also get headaches from the horrible smell. It’s a shame, because no matter how excellent the customer service is, the cigarette smoking would prevent me from booking there again, or recommending it to anyone. Pity 😟
