和閨蜜來保定看演出，選卓正真是選對了。先説位置，離我們要去的保定博物館和關漢卿大劇院都特別近，去哪都方便。 最驚喜的是服務。提前聯繫時隨口問了下交通，沒想到酒店提供了免費接送站，司機師傅早早就在高鐵站等了，一路上熱情介紹保定。前台辦理入住時更是驚喜——崔天美經理主動幫忙升級了房型，還送了温泉門票，這波操作太拉好感了！ 晚上幾個閨蜜去泡了湯泉，好久沒這麼放鬆過，泡完再汗蒸一下，皮膚滑滑的，一覺睡到天亮。 早餐必須誇一下，除了常規的星級酒店菜品，還有現做的驢肉火燒和牛肉罩餅，在保定吃上這口地道味兒，感覺值了。 整體來説，從接站到送站，遇到的每一位服務人員都笑容滿面、有求必應，真的有被這家酒店的温度暖到。下次來保定還會選這裏，也會推薦給朋友！

Los fines de semana llegaron a Hebei, y el viaje de dos días fue a Sioyan. No he dudado en reservar una recepción gratuita. Cuando se va a sentar, hay personal de servicio en el pasillo de la cama, muy cuidadoso, nervioso y ocupado, un viaje de corta distancia me hace sentir muy relajado, completamente por encima de las expectativas. Desde el hotel, es conveniente ir a cualquier lugar, ya sea en el condado de Xiong, o a la ciudad de Huang, o a la ciudad de Huangjiang, o a la ciudad de Huangjiang, puede llamar por unos segundos. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Some speak English. The room was very spacious with lots of tech gadgets and big tv screens. There were however no cupboards to put your clothes or suitcases in. The roof terrace with pool is really nice, but the restaurant in the basement is unwelcoming. Breakfast was cold and although they had a good coffee machine, they were not able to use it to make a good coffee. Instead of juice or tea they offered cola and sprite. Although we had a good stay we have to say that the prices for rooms in this hotel are quite high and the hotel in total doesn’t live up to those prices.

The receptionist and her service and attitude at this hotel is excellent every time i visit here. Checking in is fast and efficient, and any problems are quickly solved. The receptionist igo out of the way to assist with any need i may have. This hotel is clean, the breakfast is great, and everything is foreigner friendly, i highly recommend this hotel to all Foriegners

Visiting some old friends and was very pleased to have a nice room to come back to at the end of the night. Needed to add a night and there was absolutely no fuss about it. Mary and Ada were especially friendly and happy to make conversation which was appreciated!

The hotel allowed check-in time very late at night (I checked in at about 11:30 pm) and the concierge still functioned well at such a late hour. The bed was really big for a single person. The hotel emphasized that a visitor will be enjoying French life-style in its stay there though there is neither a French word nor French TV program to be found inside the hotel room. I was expunged from the swimming pool on the 4/F solely because I forgot to bring my swimming cap (I had my swimming suit on), and had to cut short my swimming time after my failure to borrow a cap from the staff there. Moreover, the pool water was too cold. The breakfast buffet was good and contained a variety of foodstuffs and drinks of Chinese preferences and origins. However, there was a lack of exotic foodstuffs, e.g. Japanese style, Vietnamese style, European style, etc. The flash-type French dance, about 15 min. in duration, in the hotel foyer at 6:00 p.m. was extraordinary, attractive and delighting.

Al llegar a la estación de Baigou, fue extremadamente difícil conseguir un servicio de transporte compartido, así que, desesperado, llamé inmediatamente al hotel para preguntar si podían organizar un traslado. ¡Resultó que el propio dueño vino a recogernos! ¡El dueño fue increíblemente amable! El personal de recepción y todo el personal fueron muy acogedores. El hotel estaba muy limpio y espacioso. Había un restaurante al lado, ¡y la comida estaba deliciosa! El desayuno en el restaurante también era bastante estándar; aunque la selección no era muy amplia, el ambiente estaba muy limpio. ¡Sin duda me alojaré aquí de nuevo la próxima vez que esté en Hebei por negocios!

This is the best hotel you will find in the area. Great service, very modern, clean, and well maintained rooms. I came through this hotel as part of a hike across the country, and intentionally reworked my schedule to be able to spend more nights in this hotel as opposed to relocating further down the route. The amenities are worth it. I have spent ten years living in Beijing and Hong Kong, these are at or above the level of what you will find in the vast majority of hotels anywhere in the country. An absolute steal at this price point for what they provide.

This hotel was exceptional - the room was very clean, modern, and bright. The breakfast was also very extensive in selection - I'm a vegetarian and I had no problem finding things to eat. What stood out the most, though, was the service. From the concierge and dining / room service staff, to the housekeeping team, everyone was incredibly sweet, smiled a lot and went out of their way to be helpful. It's the best service I've received in a hotel anywhere in the world. Thank you to Able and Mark, and all of the other staff whose names I didn't manage to catch!
