JjerembWe had a wonderful family stay at Zhuozheng hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious. We had dinner at the Chinese restaurant and was amazed by the food. Breakfast buffet is also very good and diverse. Thanks to manager Niu Xue Mei who was very helpful and upgraded us to a family room. For me the best hotel in Baoding!

UUsuario invitadoThis is the best hotel you will find in the area. Great service, very modern, clean, and well maintained rooms. I came through this hotel as part of a hike across the country, and intentionally reworked my schedule to be able to spend more nights in this hotel as opposed to relocating further down the route. The amenities are worth it. I have spent ten years living in Beijing and Hong Kong, these are at or above the level of what you will find in the vast majority of hotels anywhere in the country. An absolute steal at this price point for what they provide.

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel allowed check-in time very late at night (I checked in at about 11:30 pm) and the concierge still functioned well at such a late hour. The bed was really big for a single person. The hotel emphasized that a visitor will be enjoying French life-style in its stay there though there is neither a French word nor French TV program to be found inside the hotel room. I was expunged from the swimming pool on the 4/F solely because I forgot to bring my swimming cap (I had my swimming suit on), and had to cut short my swimming time after my failure to borrow a cap from the staff there. Moreover, the pool water was too cold. The breakfast buffet was good and contained a variety of foodstuffs and drinks of Chinese preferences and origins. However, there was a lack of exotic foodstuffs, e.g. Japanese style, Vietnamese style, European style, etc.
The flash-type French dance, about 15 min. in duration, in the hotel foyer at 6:00 p.m. was extraordinary, attractive and delighting.

El transporte es conveniente para Beijing conducir por su cuenta hasta una hora. Bueno. No basta. Vivo en 15 pisos, la habitación es demasiado caliente, la noche duerme con camisas calientes, y finalmente la ventana abrió la bodega para dormir. Creo que el agua en el tubo es caliente. La razón por la que cada habitación está envuelta en sopa privada, el hotel cálido no puede evitarlo; El hotel de vacaciones tiene tres albergues, la velocidad del albergue es relativamente lenta, y el albergue está lleno de personas en el momento de la máxima comida, espera demasiado tiempo, obliga a algunos turistas a ir a la escalera de vuelta a la habitación, no es bueno para la gente. Pero la limitación geográfica no es un problema de hotel, necesita reparar un coche, o un poco de desconforto psicológico. En resumen, aquí es el número de hoteles de alta calidad en el lago de Yiwater.

MM42730****辦理入住時，前台一位化粧很漂亮的小姑娘告訴我們衹剩最後一間房，但安排的是一進門的房間，一進去就聞到很重的異味，實在無法忍受。後來請求換房，前台小姐姐和一位大叔聊得正開心，安排另一位女生帶我看房，沒有味道就是蚊子比較多且特別大。
換後的房間隔音效果極差，走廊和隔壁的聲音聽得一清二楚，非常影響休息。第二天早餐更讓人失望，孩子吃餛飩時竟然吃出一根很長的魚刺，向工作人員反映後，對方僅輕描淡寫地説是“蝦皮裡帶的”，沒有一句道歉，處理態度令人難以接受。整體來説，早餐種類和品質甚至不如常見的全季酒店。
這次入住無論是服務態度、房間環境還是餐飲安全，都有待提升。

GGlenysMThe Modern Crystal Hotel in Baoding is only a 2 minute walk to & from Baoding Railway Station and there are lots of small shops and places to eat, as well as a shopping mall nearby which includes an Apple store!
The hotel is quite old and some parts of the rooms I saw were badly in need of refurbishing, but the customer service is excellent. Every staff member I dealt with during my 3 night stay was wonderful …. the Reception staff, and the lovely ladies who clean the rooms and work in the dining room were all consistently and naturally extremely helpful and friendly to me ☺️
The Reception staff ask if you use WeChat, which is great, because you can message them if you need to ask anything and they respond immediately. One of the young guys on Reception went out of his way to help me when the sole of my shoe came away from my shoe, by trying to find a shoe repair shop (there wasn’t one) and then finding & ordering shoe repair glue on Amazon China for me and delivering it to me in my room an hour later! That kind of service is really heartwarming to a foreign traveller 💜
There is a hotel laundry available for guests to use, which was great! BYO laundry detergent.
The only real issue - and it’s a major issue - was that smoking is allowed (and encouraged) in the hotel, which, as an Australian, I find shocking and quite unacceptable in this day & age of global “no smoking” health laws.
The first room I was allocated smelt so badly of cigarette smoke, I couldn’t stay in it and requested a clean smelling room. The Reception staff complied immediately, and the 2nd room was much better, although it also had a very faint cigarette smell which was not ideal because it spoils the enjoyment of the room, and a No Smoking room should not smell of cigarette smoke at all, but I assume that every room was probably the same. Even the lifts & foyers on each floor smelt badly of cigarette smoke, and it wasn’t nice to see ashtrays everywhere.
I have found the same problem in other hotels in China on this visit, more than ever before, and it’s really not pleasant for those of us who hate the smell of cigarette smoke and also get headaches from the horrible smell. It’s a shame, because no matter how excellent the customer service is, the cigarette smoking would prevent me from booking there again, or recommending it to anyone. Pity 😟
