Location is perfectly convenient with cafes, supermarkets within walking distance. Breakfast was substantial and the size of the room was spacious. The executive lounge was accessible to us and it was perfect with a bird-eye view of the city. We were able to night skyline.

The staff consistently demonstrates exceptional friendliness and a strong commitment to assisting guests. The accommodations are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. The hotel's location is particularly advantageous for those who appreciate vibrant nightlife. I fully intend to return and will enthusiastically recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a hotel in close proximity to entertainment venues. I commend the staff and management of the Sun & Moon Urban Hotel for their outstanding work. Cuando llegué, mi habitación no estaba lista, a pesar de que el check-in era más de tres horas después de la hora de inicio indicada en la página web. Sin embargo, solucionaron el problema. El hotel se encuentra en un hermoso edificio alto cerca del centro de la ciudad.

Hotel súper hermoso. Zona tranquila, cerca de la orilla del río (aunque no se puede caminar). Me encanta el diseño colonial y la fragancia súper fuerte de jazmín desde el vestíbulo hasta el ascensor. El hotel fue muy amable al ascenderme a una suite presidencial, mi amigo y yo disfrutamos muchísimo de nuestra estancia allí. Una cosa a señalar es que no hay ventilador en toda la unidad, solo aire acondicionado, por eso me costó un poco dormir.

En mayo de este año hace calor y está seco, desayunamos temprano en el restaurante del primer piso, donde se ofrece comida oriental y occidental. Un paseo matutino hasta el palacio o el mercado central puede ser un buen ejercicio. Después del almuerzo puede hacer mucho calor al regresar caminando, por lo que el tuk-tuk es una forma de transporte barata para nosotros tres. Es fácil tomar el ascensor desde el sótano, que está al mismo nivel que la carretera que conduce a las habitaciones, ya que la tarjeta de acceso indica al ascensor que se detenga en el piso correcto. Es agradable darse un baño y disfrutar del resto del día en una cómoda habitación con más de 60 canales para ver.

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ I had a good 2-night stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was peaceful. Although I didn’t have much time to use the facilities, the service was smooth throughout my stay. Special thanks to the hotel for accommodating my late check-out request.

I was happy with my stay at SF Hotel. The room is big, has light, the bed is comfortable and cleaning is good. Sauna and SPA are great. The gym is very good and has everything needed. The only problem are other guests, there are many guests from China who have zero consideration of Hotel rules. Smoke in the corridor and the rooms, scream at staff in Chinese, walk in underwear between their rooms and friend rooms and in general have very bad manners.
