Este hotel es asombroso para mí: -En primer lugar, la ubicación está en el centro de la ciudad, es muy, muy conveniente, es demasiado conveniente reservar un coche en la puerta. -Al lado está la recepción, el bar, la piscina, muchos extranjeros nadando en la piscina, tomando el sol, muy cómodos. -El diseño de la habitación es demasiado atento, muy moderno y tiene una galería de arte, la favorita es la bañera en el balcón, es demasiado cómoda y se puede ver la vista a la piscina desde el balcón. -Los camareros del hotel son todos locales, todos te sonreirán, el servicio es muy, muy bueno! ¡Quédate aquí cada minuto y disfruta!

First time staying in this hotel. Fully recommend to anyone who wish to stay. Extremely clean room, good breakfast, service is top notch and the best part is the swimming pool.

El hotel es un hotel de 2 estrellas. Es bueno que traten a los visitantes que regresan como VIP y están dispuestos a hacerlo en el momento de considerar ciertas concesiones. Yo había echado accidentalmente mi cola de chocolate en las hojas. The hotel charge me for the replacement cost (which was totally fair) and discounted the cost since I am their “loyal customer”. Podrían considerar la organización de las esquinas en más lugares que el ascensor. A UN Sin duda, mi hotel de elección cuando estoy en PP. Gracias a todos por su amableza y hacer mi estancia, una vez más, realmente maravilloso! 🌹🌹

The location is lovely and as you arrive there’s a real wow feeling.  The service is excellent and the whole team are delightful. The pool was beautiful and the gardens were really lovely.  It was really quiet when we were there so the restaurant was often empty besides us which  felt a bit strange. The food was fine but could have been hotter, it felt that presentation took priority over heat. The prices in the restaurant seemed quite high. I love the idea that this place is eco friendly however if guests are expected to top up water bottles the water stations should be clean and inviting. The gym was a bit scruffy and not inviting but then I wasn’t there for that!  The place is relatively new however there were definite signs of the rooms being tired  but I think if cleaned more would make the place look spectacular - which I guess is the desired effect. Eg. Our courtyard was very scruffy and not welcoming. The TV wasn’t working and the windows in the apartment desperately needed cleaning.  Some little touches and attention to detail would bring this back to the 5* glory that it should be.  Overall we enjoyed our stay and hope that the management team take my comments on board because I think it could be fabulous.

Great stay, but issues with smoke odor. I had an overall pleasant stay at this hotel. The room size & staff was excellent, and the check-in process was smooth. However, I was disappointed by the persistent smell of cigarette smoke in both the corridors and my room. As a non-smoker, this was quite unpleasant and made it difficult to fully enjoy the space. I hope the hotel management takes steps to improve their ventilation or smoking enforcement.

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ I had a good 2-night stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was peaceful. Although I didn’t have much time to use the facilities, the service was smooth throughout my stay. Special thanks to the hotel for accommodating my late check-out request.

The location of the hotel and the room is very cozy The staff is very nice and helpful with everything I will definitely recommend this place after staying there for a whole month

El servicio está bien, hay servicio chino, aunque no se puede entrar directamente a la piscina, pero me comuniqué con la recepción y finalmente me dejaron entrar. La dirección es muy buena, al lado del centro comercial Aeon 1, es conveniente para ir de compras. Es una lástima que sea un apartamento de hotel compartido, sería mejor si pudiera cerrarse y gestionarse. La habitación está limpia cuando entras, pero hay algunos problemas de decoración que no se pueden limpiar. Cerca de la zona central de BKK, hay muchas comidas deliciosas que se pueden recomendar.

Era un hotel limpio y bueno por el precio. La ubicación era genial, excepto por estar cerca del mercado central. El personal es amable y servicial. El café gratis también es bueno. No pude encontrar ningún restaurante recomendado cerca.

Really charming rooms with a cool little swimming pool. Staff were as helpful as their English would allow. No safe in the room.
