Hoteles con spa en Chongqing

Este B&B es el mejor en el que me he alojado. Son muy atentos, siempre disponibles para ayudar. El diseño del hotel también es de mi gusto. Especialmente reservé una habitación con patio, pensando en tomar algo por la noche allí. No había muchos mosquitos. Vinimos 4 personas y todos quedamos bastante satisfechos. El servicio es muy humano, a diferencia de los hoteles más impersonales. Se nota que el dueño es muy atento y detallista, cuidando cada pequeño detalle a la perfección. Vale la pena vivir la experiencia.

Es un alojamiento con una habitación privada caliente. ¡El paisaje es amplio y luminoso! El alojamiento y la recepción dicen que quieren ir al lado de la cálida fusión, la recepción toma directamente el vip directamente al cálido. El tamaño de la cálida es rica en cincuenta tipos y muchas personas están calientes en la noche. Hay muchas instalaciones al lado del hotel que pueden aprovecharse. Originalmente elegí este alojamiento solo para experimentar la arquitectura única de Chongqing y no tenía grandes expectativas sobre la calidad del servicio. Sin embargo, desde la confirmación de la entrada anticipada inicial, la recepcionista que salió a altas horas de la noche para ayudarme con el equipaje y las explicaciones detalladas, hasta cada pequeño detalle, todo demostró una actitud de servicio y un estándar de alta calidad. El desayuno, la merienda y la sopa de buenas noches también fueron muy variados y deliciosos. Elegimos la habitación del ciervo, uno de ellos era un poco distante, pero el otro era muy amigable, y venía corriendo a saludar, muy lindo. Fueron dos noches muy tranquilas y agradables. Gracias a las señoritas Hong Yu, Ying Yin y los demás, y a la señora de la limpieza... Espero tener la oportunidad de volver a alojarme aquí la próxima vez.

¡Quiero destacar las instalaciones y la insonorización! La habitación está muy bien equipada, con todo tipo de pequeños electrodomésticos y mucho espacio de almacenamiento, todo funcionando a la perfección. El baño tiene una clara separación entre la zona de ducha y el resto, con un caudal de agua estable y las instalaciones muy bien mantenidas. La insonorización es excelente, no se oye el tráfico de la calle ni ruidos de las habitaciones de al lado, lo que mejora mucho la calidad del sueño. Toda la habitación está limpia y ordenada, la ropa de cama es suave y agradable al tacto, y la iluminación es tenue y acogedora. El check-in fue rápido, hay supermercados y tiendas cerca, y no hubo cargos ocultos. La infraestructura es sólida, la tranquilidad es total y el descanso no se ve interrumpido en absoluto, tiene una excelente relación calidad-precio. Volveré a alojarme aquí.

This is my first time staying at this hotel chain based on a recommendation from my sister in law. My experience was definitely top notch. First the hotel and dinning staff were great, especially with one of the hotel managers, Yunfei Zheng. While our room was great but we shared with him about our wish to have more shelf space for clothing. He went out of his way and find us a room with more shelf space. We didn’t end up changing the room but the gesture was definitely appreciated. Also our relatives came to visit us at the hotel and he was very accommodating with parkings for them at the hotel since we didn’t have a car ourselves. The staff at breakfast and the Cantonese restaurant were really nice. They even remember my breakfast coffee of choice and brought that to me. We reserved a banquet room at the Cantonese restaurant and the staff there were marvellous with their service and professionalism. The only minor improvements I would suggest is the air ventilation in the room. It was muggy and when I inquired, they said the central air doesn’t work properly in the winter and then bought us a portable fan to rectify the situation and suggested us to open the window. I was surprised a resort this nice doesn’t have this situation fixed or at least communicated with us when checked in. The other improvement is the coffee bar at the lobby. They were fine but just not as friendly as the rest of the hotel staff. I noticed they didn’t greet anyone until we come up and have no smiles. I found that to be surprised since the rest of staff were so great and they didn’t have the same standard. Otherwise, everything was great!  Will definitely stay here again! 

Mi estancia en el Regent Chongqing fue una experiencia muy agradable y cómoda. El personal es muy profesional, con una actitud de servicio natural y adecuada, y presta mucha atención a los detalles. ¡Gracias a Rita por su amable saludo! La habitación es cómoda. Tanto el servicio de habitaciones como el equipo de conserjería responden a las peticiones de manera oportuna y se comunican eficazmente. Además, las instalaciones están muy bien mantenidas, lo que demuestra la importancia que el hotel le da a la gestión de calidad. Los cócteles especiales en el bar Liangjiang son deliciosos y es muy relajante disfrutar de la brisa nocturna. La próxima vez que venga a Chongqing, definitivamente volveré a elegir este hotel. Agradezco la dedicación y el esmero de todo el personal. Espero que el Regent pueda seguir manteniendo esta calidad y nivel.

Staying at Bolian Resort truly felt luxurious. This was my first time experiencing a high end resort in China, and I chose Bolian over other options in the area, including Banyan Tree Hot Springs, with very high expectations. While it is not perfect, I’m glad to say that it does meet the standards of a luxury resort. The level of service and attention to detail, even with the language barrier, was comparable to what I’ve experienced at other top tier hotels like Park Hyatt. First of all, I would like to sincerely thank the staff for fulfilling my personal request to have berries and chocolate prepared in my room. What really touched me was the towel art and flower petal decorations on the bed, thoughtfully arranged to mark a very personal occasion, which was celebrating my mental health recovery. Seeing the Mandarin character for “happy” placed on the bed felt very endearing. It was a small gesture, but one that felt genuinely kind and thoughtful. Other aspects of the service were just as impressive. While I was away enjoying the Bolian hot spring spa, the staff prepared my room for the evening by lighting all the mini candles, mopping the floor, and creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere for my return. That level of attention to detail really stood out. That said, I did notice a small oversight. The tea filter I had used for my pu’er tea was still left in the sink, which suggested that housekeeping may have been rushing, possibly knowing I would be returning sooner than expected. It was minor, but noticeable in an otherwise polished experience. The hot spring amenities, both in the room and around the resort, were amazing. Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. I also appreciated how attentive the staff were at night, especially when guests were walking along the hot spring paths in the dark. The unexpected room upgrade was a lovely surprise as well, so thank you for that. Overall, I had a very pleasant and restorative stay. However, one thing that really affected my experience was the breakfast. The breakfast was honestly disappointing for a resort of this standard. The options were limited, the presentation was not great, and the overall quality fell short of expectations. I have uploaded photos with this review in the hope that management can improve this area. To be frank, breakfast took away from what was otherwise a wonderful stay. Being served ONE CHICKEN FOOT as part of the spread was highly amusing, but not in a good way. I have had much better Chongqing noodles and dim sum at local eateries for a fraction of the price. For a meal priced at around 200 yuan, it felt hard to justify......This is where people often say not to eat at five star hotels because the better food is usually found on the streets. It was disappointing that Bolian’s breakfast ended up reinforcing this stereotype... In summary, Bolian Resort shines when it comes to service, atmosphere, attentiveness, and hot spring facilities. With a serious improvement to the breakfast, it could easily become a truly excellent luxury experience.

Después de comparar varias opciones, estas son mis impresiones: Lo que más me gustó fue el estilo chino del Regent, elegante y grandioso, pero el precio de la habitación era demasiado alto y las habitaciones con vista al río aún más caras. En segundo lugar, el InterContinental. Las vistas de las azoteas y del río eran perfectas, pero el estilo de la habitación era demasiado simple y monótono, y el precio también un poco elevado. Además, el Niccolo y otros hoteles de gran altura con vistas al río, muy modernos, no eran de mi agrado, ya que tienen un estilo posmoderno. Entonces, ¿por qué elegí el Westin al final? Fue el resultado de una consideración integral, supongo. Tenía habitaciones en un piso alto con vistas aceptables al río, y el ajuste de precios durante el Festival del Bote del Dragón era aceptable. La habitación ejecutiva ofrecía té de la tarde y una comida ligera, lo que evitaba la molestia de salir a buscar comida. También hubo puntos negativos: el té de la tarde era demasiado simple (solo tres tipos de pasteles pequeños, y la fruta era normal); la comida ligera parecía ser un recordatorio de si habías olvidado desayunar, ya que la mitad de los alimentos eran de la categoría del desayuno, y la única carne era pechuga de pollo. ¡Me pareció que estaban recortando demasiado los costos! Es el peor nivel de Executive Lounge que he experimentado en un hotel. El desayuno era bueno, me gustaron los panes y quesos occidentales. La sección china era bastante mediocre, quizás porque el hotel tiene más huéspedes extranjeros que nacionales. La habitación también estaba bien, simplemente no tenía instalaciones adecuadas para hervir agua y preparar té, así que tuve que arreglármelas en el lavabo.

La habitación estaba limpia y el desayuno excelente, pero el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Fuimos a recepción a preguntar y, aparte de disculparse y darnos un pequeño ventilador, nada más... decepcionante para un hotel de 5 estrellas. Para colmo, todos los ascensores estaban fuera de servicio, lo que nos obligó a usar el ascensor de servicio, que era lentísimo (paraba en cada piso en el orden en que pulsábamos los botones), nada práctico. Volvimos a recepción a la mañana siguiente, cambiamos de habitación y reservamos el desayuno, pero no recibimos ninguna compensación, lo cual fue decepcionante. Por lo demás, tuvimos una buena estancia.

La habitación estaba impecablemente limpia y ordenada; desde el momento en que entré, me sentí cómoda y luminosa, sin olores desagradables, y la higiene era impecable. El ambiente era tranquilo y confortable, la atmósfera era estupenda, y la luz natural y la ventilación eran excelentes, lo que me hizo sentir relajada y a gusto. Las instalaciones eran completas y estaban en perfecto estado, lo que me brindó una estancia muy segura. El servicio fue atento y considerado, haciendo de esta una experiencia perfecta. La relación calidad-precio fue excelente, y recomiendo encarecidamente alojarse aquí; ¡sin duda volveré!
