Fantásticos consejos y gestión de visitas tras nuestra llegada, pues íbamos con muy poco tiempo para ver Sirmione. Desayuno espectacular incluido en el precio en una cafetería al lado del hotel y en una plaza preciosa.

It was wonderful! We were warmly welcomed and given recommendations for things to do and places to go, as well as a reservation made for dinner. The lady who was on the front desk was absolutely amazing and SO good at her job! A wonderful hotel, would definitely stay again!

If you are looking for a great hotel experience in Sirmione, this is the place to stay! It's a hidden gem that punches way above their weight class. I've never had a hotel experience like this before. Our host went out of her way in helping us with restaurant and tour recommendations. The included breakfast was top notch and overwhelming in its quantity and quality. Service was very attentive and I felt like a regular even though I was only there for a few days.

Fantastic hotel. The service staff are quite possibly the best I've ever encountered. They care about the guests and really create a tailored and enjoyable experience. I would totally recommend them to anyone going to Sirmione. 10/10

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel! The owner was beyond accommodating after a mix up with an ******* booking and went above and beyond to rectify the issue. Right in the heart of downtown Sirmione but very modern and clean rooms. If you’re looking for a hotel in this beautiful town, look no further.

We had a wonderful time in Sirmione as part of a longer trip through Italy and Slovenia. We were upgraded on arrival and given lots of valuable information about the best places to eat and drink. Worth noting about Sirmione, is the need to book taxis well in advance and that there is an issue with buses in and out of the area, which caused us to miss our train by two hours!!

Tanina was the best manager/concierge I have ever encountered. We had severe weather problems and she aided all the guests with professional courtesy and expertise to everyone’s wildest dreams.
