La ubicación es extraña, no parece que haya demasiado local. Estuve aquí solo por 2 días. No me puedo quejar de la limpieza o las instalaciones. El servicio fue un poco frustrante, tuve que pagar más para tener acceso a mi habitación antes y, por supuesto, saber que la habitación ya estaba lista para mí. Lo mismo se puede encontrar en el check out.

El hotel Naama Blue está situado a 7 minutos caminando de la playa de Naama bay. Es un complejo parecido a un resort. El personal es amable y te ayuda en tus consultas. Tienen servicio de toallas para ir a la piscina y a la playa. La habitación está correcta, pero el mantenimiento de la misma no es muy deseable. La comida del desayuno y la cena es correcta y está buena. Aunque la limpieza en todo el resort, las habitaciones, los manteles de las mesas y el suelo... lo podrían mejorar muchísimo. Relación calidad-precio medio correcta.

Hemos tenido unas vacaciones hermosas, un hotel hermoso, personal de buena ayuda, gente de sangre caliente, unas vacaciones hermosas, hay muchas piscinas, al mar, una cueva, un servicio de hotel gratuito que vuelve al centro de la ciudad todas las noches en 1930 y 22.30, El trabajador que limpia el cuarto en 1149 estaba haciendo una hermosa cama... pero cuando llegamos a la habitación, la cama se moja muy bien. Estamos muy contentos. Muchas gracias. Queremos volver.

It was my first time at Coral Sea Waterworld. We stayed for only 5 nights here, and I can say that it was the best hotel I have ever been to. I’m picky eater, but the food was lovely for me! The staff, waiter service, reception, etc, were super nice people, big thanks for them! And of-course I want to say thanks for Hotel animation team, they were incredibly friendly, full of energy, fun and really helpful!🩷

Este Agosto hemos estado 8 dias. Un Resort excelente, los trabajadorrs y asistentes un 10. En especial Rateb hosny Rateb el resp de la zona snorkel un Crack un 20 de 10. Tito otro crack y Luka. El Responsable Italiano del submarinismo un PRO de la inmersión. Gracias Cleopatra, volveremos...

Un sitio encantador!!! Uno de los mejores hoteles con sevicio ”todo incluido” en el que haya estado en los ultimos años. Todo fue increible, desde la llegada a la recepcion, pasando por el servicio de habitaciones y todos los demas servicios que ofrece el hotel. Tengo que resaltar el trato excepcional, servicial, amable y muy respetuoso de parte de todos los trabajadore, todos encantadores. Y la comid, esta buenísima con restaurantes variados y para todos los gustos. Y playa muy bien organizada y con buenisimo servicio de beach bar. Hay varias piscinas y parque de aqua con comodidades de transporte atraves del pequeño coche que te lleva a todas partes dentro del mismo complejo... y mucho mas...con diversidad de actividades acuaticas, safari... Sin duda, excelente destino para pasar tus vacaciones!!

Never been to Egypt before and due to costs we came here as it was an all inclusive deal and the temperature was better than the canaries for the time of year. The hotel is lovely, not too big and plenty of pool space for all, if not there are sister hotels less than 5 minute walk away which facilities you can also use, both are right by the sea for amazing coral swimming and views of amazing fish in pristine clear waters. One sister hotel also has an amazing Spa with excellent sauna jacuzzi and great massages on offer to relax you further whilst on your break. The rooms are a little dated, due to the current unstable economic climate but the staff here worked non stop carrying out maintenance to the hotel, guest areas and all it's grounds constantly during our stay in an effort to keep things neat and tidy which they certainly were. We had a.minor issue with our room and within the hour our issue was resolved by the excellent Guest Relations Manager Natalie and even the Hotel Manager spoke with us and assured us of the steps he would take to resolve things, which we cannot fault at all, to be honest amazing customer service and instantly too. Thank you. The food was an acquired taste but there was enough variety at each sitting and we always found something, the choice and variety must be difficult to manage to cater for guests from around the globe. The weather was certainly better than the canaries and the staff at all hotels made our mid winter summer mini break an unforgettable visit and we felt very safe and secure always at all hotels. To summarise yes it's a little dated but the work ethic and staffs positive lovely attitudes towards guests made this a place and hotel we shall definitely be returning to and would recommend it as opposed to the Canaries, cost and weather alone you'll be onto a winner.
