The hotel Regency Plaza is super! Very nice and profesional Staff. Best regards to Isam who was cleaning our rooms. Big hotel, fine rooms, delicious food but people working there the best - everyone smiling and nice! The beach was great too! Sharm is the best in Egypt! And find Adam who is selling trips on boats. Very nice guy, speaking polish!

I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. Otherwise, the hotel was big and there was room, but it was very outdated, the doors didn't want to work properly - it really needs repair and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. On the side of the water park where we went swimming, the water was so black that there was already life at the bottom. And that food, day after day, from morning to night, was one and the same food. The same rice, one type of chicken and one type of other animal meat - there was no choice at all. There was no fruit selection. Big oranges - uncut, strawberries that were black and earthy, sometimes there was a slice of melon too. But when it ran out, not much food was brought, the barrels were often empty. And even bottled water was not available on the hotel premises. A couple of small bottles were brought into the room, if you left them, you said to add some more

The staff at this hotel are exceptional. We upgraded to VIP (goldband) worth every penny and more. The restaurant was exceptional and the service from the team fantastic. The beaches are beautiful and safe, the pool areas beautiful the aqua park is seperate so if its not your thing its not disturbing. Ramy the recreation manager couldnt do enough. We will definately return

Nice hotel great adventure and good food specisl thanks for great staff at regency plazs food is great at restaurant and room is tidy and always clean ala carte restaurants is wanderful and beach is sandy woth long jetty. I was really enjoyed in this hotel.

This was the worst vacation that we ever had.. I couldn't believe that we bought Ultra All Inclusive and still we had to pay for drinks. Also a new year dinner was so terrible that we had to go to the Soho Square. We got a lot better food there than at the hotel. Also drinks are terrible.. Smells like old socks. I'm terrified with this hotel... We don't recommend to go... Also we are never going back here...

Where do I start ? firstly we were sold this holiday as a 5* adult only by Loveholidays . I see on our return this is now NOT advertised as Adult only by them, so why sell it as adult only ? The only place that was adult only was YOUR room if you did not take any children, plus an open air bar area open 10am-10pm with 6 tables and that is all. The poor barman Emad was excellant as a barman as were most of the barmen. It was not their fault the alcohol was so poor. You were given a few that were drinkable but they explained they had 2 different brands and they told us they kept running out of the better quality one. Wine is only served at dinner. You share the complex with Children. The food area for Gold wristband holders only is called Regency Plaza which is not Regency Romance ? (cheaper hotel) is has very poor quality of food, 3* at most. This included an open area where birds were given free wristbands to help themselves to land on, eat and defficate on your food. Oh and make sure you pack plenty of imodium as you will fall in love with the toilets. You can also eat at the other restaurants with an even lower quality of food. I will be fair and only post the photos of the best quality 5* food that you can experience. Nightime entertainment was in the nightclub along with adult enterainment BUT with children present. The 24 hour bar in in a shared lobby where some families want to keep their children up all night and let the little ones run around screaming till they eventually tire out. When we complained to the management about it not being an adult only, we were told " Your HOTEL is adult only ,but we can put you on a table on your own on the beach away from the children " that was their only option. It took 6 days for the rep to kove us from here loosing half of our holiday.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here...made all the better by the staff especially Tamer reception manager what a credit to the hotel he is...also best barman Ali with his tricks and general chat...also Osama who cleaned our room...we were VIP so have exclusive beach and restaurants to use which is great...hope to return soon.
