It's our 1st time staying in Seclusive, and we chose to celebrate my 50th birthday here (we're from Singapore). In our 6 days trip in Shanghai, this is the 3rd hotel we've stayed for 3 nights. We booked 2 rooms - a suite and a king-sized bedroom. Talk about the downside first. The suite (on the 2nd floor) is spacious with a terrace, however the king-sized bedroom (on the ground floor) was extremely small, it will not be suitable if you're a 6 footer at all (you'd probably be knocking your knee to alot of things). Since it is an old structured building, the sewerage system is no good (toilets in both our rooms were choked and needed attention). The staircase to the level 2 was really steep with uneven carpet. They should also plan to hire more (& younger) housekeeping staff as cleaning up the rooms takes longer than expected, we waited on the day of check-in as well as when we were out for lunch (2 hours). Now on the good things! Location is great as it is walking distance to alot of shops, cafes, restaurants. We reckon that this is a 'hot' and 'social influencer' locality with lotsa crowd taking photos and vids. What made the stay MOST PLEASANT and MEMORABLE is the staff named Ace, true to his name - he was truly a superstar with top-notch service and attitude, the type you'd think never exist in this world! From settling the laundry (with an external vendor), booking cars, restaurants reservations, birthday-surprise decor to the room, all coordination with external vendors and many more! Last but not least - with a bright smile at all times! If at all we decide to be back, its only because of Ace!

Como he estado en varios bares en Gaoyou Road antes, encontré este hotel en la dirección contraria; el hotel está a poca distancia a pie de la estación de metro Xujiahui y del edificio Wanghong Wukang Road, y el parque (¡tenga en cuenta que tiene su propio jardín!) está lleno de El encanto de Shanghai Shiliyangchang, las instalaciones del hotel son muy nuevas, el desayuno es muy rico, y el personal de servicio también es muy profesional y responsable, que no es inferior a los viejos hoteles de cinco estrellas. Vi muchas críticas negativas en Internet antes de reservar. Estaba un poco incómodo, pero en realidad me sentí bastante bien después de quedarme unos días. Muy buen hotel. La primera ventaja es que la ubicación es muy buena, directamente sobre el metro de Hengshan Road, frente a Yonganli, camine hasta Xuhui. El diseño de todo el edificio también es bueno. El balcón de la habitación con vista al jardín da al atrio, lo que lo hace tranquilo durante el día y la noche. Huang Mei Tianwo se siente muy cómodo tomando café en el balcón. El hotel ha mejorado la habitación deluxe, que se dice que es más grande que la habitación superior. De todos modos, el espacio para una persona es muy amplio. Siento que una pareja con un hijo puede ser suficiente. La otra cosa es que el servicio es muy bueno. Desde el check-in hasta el check-out, el personal que conocí fue muy profesional y cortés. Aloj**** en la Suite Elizabeth, aunque la habitación es más pequeña de lo esperado, según el hotel, ha ”reproducido” la forma del Apartamento Blackstone. La habitación es artística y cálida. Hay una pequeña terraza, y es muy agradable charlar con los niños y las hermanas por la noche. Creo que la belleza que los niños entienden es realmente pura belleza.

My wife and I visited Shanghai for a doctor's visit and chose this hotel near the clinic. The breakfast is good, and not expensive. The location is great, and it is close to Nanjing Road, further down the road, there are many small eateries, even a Western restaurant, as well as a French-style bakery. The only thing that is not so good, is the fact that it is difficult to find the location when you take a taxi from the station. When we typed in ”Campanile Hotel” on the DIDI App, it did not appear. We then tried to hail a cab from the street but even when we showed the hotel name and booking page, the cab drivers just shook their heads. One driver picked us up but took us to an entirely different hotel. Thankfully we got a cab again, and the driver knew the place. Later we discovered that it is known as Kangbo Hotel, Wulumuqi Road.

El paso elevado en la entrada no tiene una rampa para tirar de las maletas, lo cual es incompatible con Shanghai. No está cerca de la estación de metro de Jiangsu Road y la carretera tiene baches. La policía de tránsito debajo del puente multó a los peatones con 20 yuanes porque no lo hicieron. tomar el paso elevado.

Its still in a nice area, so I am confused why they listed a fake address on Anfu Road. It’s instead near Huaihuai and Wukang Road intersection.

兩個字：驚喜！三個字：很乾凈！四個字：審美絕了！前一晚外灘公寓踩雷後，第二晚的小洋房深怕也是實際與圖片不符。結果入住後是喜出望外，乾淨衞生不説，床品還十分舒服，房東審美更是一流，裝修風格協調統一，恰到好處，感覺房子裏沒有一樣東西是多餘存在的。在室內拍照，氛圍感滿分，十分出片。跟房東反饋屋內沒有礦泉水，沒多久就送了好幾箱過來，解決問題及時。事事有迴應，服務滿分。房子位置也很好，安福路附近可逛的地方挺多，強烈推薦給要來上海的朋友。

可能因為我常出差對房間衞生的整潔度要求比較高，所以覺得這房子裝修己舊了，整體的衞生是有欠缺的，空調在需要時無法使用，加上窗户沒沙窗這幾天被蚊子咬得很慘，體驗不好。房東人是很熱情，住了六天也沒來打掃衞生和換被單。

房間夾在8401和8402之間，一晚上沒睡好，本來我睡覺不怕吵的，衹是房間隔得太小了，走進去擠擠的，晚上睡覺被奇怪的影子嚇醒了，房間的風水差！下次還得住雙人床帶獨衞的，房間大窗户通風好，睡過一次，很舒服。價格貴366元一晚上沒睡好花的不值。 衞生：非常乾淨！ 環境：簡陋 設施：正常
