This hotel was poor value for the 500 euros I paid as a treat for my wife for a four-night stay, with no meals provided in this cost. I booked a junior suite which stated that there was a lounge and bathtub, together with several extras. Bathtub was a standard bath. The lounge area was in a dark area in the middle of the suite with the bedroom next to the windows over what was a noisily street with four cafes below. The TV was in the bedroom not in the lounge, however not any good to us, as it was the first hotel I have been to in Europe where all the channels on TV were in the language of that country. The WI-Fi would only connect to two devices rendering our tablets useless, despite trying to close the link with our phones and trying to connect our tablets. The extras turned out to be a cup and saucer each in the room where we would have to walk 50 metres to get our free coffee or tea and water from machines and no fresh milk. The other extras were not very nice tasting apples, and the free pastries were small pre packaged single muffins and a single prepacked biscuit. We never had the breakfast as we thought the charge of 16 euros each was a bit expensive, especially when you could get a reasonable breakfast just outside the hotel for under half that price. The clothes hangers were not fit for purpose, if two items were hang on them the leather made hook could not take the weight and would fall to the floor. On the plus side the suite was kept clean and the bathroom door that would not close was mended promptly. The hotel is near shops, but about a 20 minute walk away from the Old Town. As mentioned earlier this hotel was not any way near value for money and a poor start to our 16-day holiday in Tenerife. Thankfully the other two hotels we used were much better where we were full board for about 20 euros a night extra for the two of us compared with the price we paid for the Silken.

Celebramos nuestra boda allí el pasado mes de julio y la verdad que fue increíble. Desde el primer momento lo hicieron todo muy fácil, nos pilló en plena pandemia y nos ayudaron en todo lo que estaba a su alcance. Todo esto no hubiera sido posible sin Rafy Leiton desde el principio nos ofreció lo mejor para nosotros , fue muy amable y accesible de manera que supo adaptarse en todo momento a lo que estábamos buscando y sin duda consiguió que fuera un día muy especial. Por otro lado, la mayoría de invitados venían de fuera y con el alojamiento nos ayudó Andrea Martínez. Fueron muy resolutivos con los cambios de última hora y todo el mundo quedó muy satisfecho. Sin duda lo recomendamos a futuros novios tiene la ventaja de que sus instalaciones son cómodas y bonitas combinado con la comida que estaba increíble. Muchas gracias.

I’ve been in this hotel from the 5th to the 9th of March. I was expecting a good stay but it was actually amazing! Even better than I expected. The position is perfect, the food is great and the staff is amazing. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable (and perfectly clean by the amazing housekeeping team), the friendliness of the staff is unique! A special mention goes to the reception to Adriana, Lidia, Manu, Erin and a few more (sorry I don’t remember all the names :() and Veronica from breakfast was amazing as well!! I forgot the names from the night manager and the gentleman who worked at the bar! But I felt very welcome and at home! I will definitely come back to this hotel in the next holidays! I recommend everyone to stay here! Thank you everyone my holiday was amazing!

Hotel en el centro de la ciudad. La habitación muy amplia con balcón. Hay calles paralelas en las cueles se puede aparcar. Cama cómoda aunque las almohadas son todas diferentes.

We needed a room for just one night before flight to Lanzarote from Tenerife Norte Airport. The hotel is perfectly located in the center - good for sightseeing and easily reached from the bus terminal (where we were catching the airport bus). Finding an entrace is bit tricky - from the square you need to follow the directions to the shopping mall and you find the rection there. Room was no frills, bit oldish but enough for our short stay. It was on the 7th floor with small balcony and view to the buildings surrounding the square. It may be noisy on weekend as it's right in the centre of the city. Bed was OK, bathroom was OK although small.

Desafortunadamente, tenemos una habitación dentro del hotel con solo una ventana a un conducto de ventilación. Dando como resultado un ruido permanente de la barra del techo superior a través de esta chimenea, incluso si hemos estado dos pisos más abajo. Dormir solo es posible después de las 2 a. M. Informamos a la recepción pero no se tomó ninguna medida. El desayuno es bueno, pero un hotel debería garantizarle un buen sueño primero.

El Hotel esta muy limpio. El personal es muy amistoso y útil. Sirven comidas deliciosas, les encantaron las porciones de su desayuno y, como beben café, tienen el más delicioso allí. La ubicación en el centro de la ciudad, la playa está a 30 minutos con el transporte público a 5 minutos a pie del hotel. En coche son 10-15 minutos. Un lugar perfecto para dar paseos nocturnos. La zona se siente muy segura por la noche, el centro de la ciudad está muy animado incluso durante los días de semana. La zona es perfecta para personas que viajan solas y parejas o incluso familias.

Estuve una noche y todo lo que puedo decir es bueno. Es un 3 estrellas que bien vale las 4. Buen precio, céntrico. No cogí desyuno pero en la puerta hay muchos sitios para desayunar. Las camas muy cómodas. El aire no enfría mucho pero lo justo para estar a gusto en habitación. Está algo escondido entre la tienda de Benetton. Por la relación calidad precio, volvería.
