Estabamos en el viaje y hemos comparado el hotel a 23.30 h con el objetivo 5-6 para dormir horas antes de seguir viajando. El cuarto y el baño estaban limpios. Pero el aire acondicionado no funcionó, y ella se volvió tan fuerte que no pudimos dormir. La dejamos y traté de dormir con ventanas abiertas. No hay posibilidad! El coche y el tren lo imposibilitaron. En la habitación (cuarta) estaba muy caliente. Cuando informábamos al propietario del hotel, él sólo dijo que seguramente habíamos usado el aire acondicionado mal. En repetidas ocasiones dijeron que ella había estado en el suelo, no se fue. No se disculpó ni nos afrontó con el precio. En realidad, no le importaba! Continuamos cansados y sin descanso.

Be very careful! On approaching the property we wondered what we were letting ourselves into. The car park was overgrown and the place was deserted. Reception were particularly unhelpful...restaurant closed at 2pm and even though we arrived just before that time, there qA no offer of food or room service. We had prebooked a meal for 7.30pm (in January!) only to be told that they had a block booking, the restaurant did not open til 8pm and even then we would have to come along after 9pm and choose from a set menu that was for the block booking. Booked a Country Superior Dependance. The room was terrible. It was clean but it was sp**** and barren compared to the web pictures. The sofa was stained and ripped and the terrace was dressed with 2 half empty tubs...the hotel later explained due to the weather albeit no other hotel on our trip had such issues. The living room would challenge anyone's idea of comfort. We requested a room change but could only be offered a similarly uninspiring room without a balcony..but the promise that we could change the next day. On reflection we decided not to stay. Reception then tried to offer other rooms albeit they had earlier said we had seen the one available. Reception, after a prolonged call with the hotel director, insisted on a 2 night no show cancellation charge notwithstanding that we had shown up and the hotel had been unable to offer the accommodation booked as described on its website. Despite numerous exchanges since, the hotel insists on keeping its 2 days payment. Frankly they need the money to put some furniture and feeling into the room that we were offered. Just compare the pics! As I say...this is the only hotel I have ever walked away from.

He estado con mi compañera, un poco de trabajo y un poco de vacaciones, sólo podemos elogiar tanto serenidad profesionalidad y cortesía, no podemos encontrar un defecto, incluso el restaurante es extraordinario, todo inalienable! ¡Volveremos con placer!

Premetto che ho soggiornato in questa struttura dal 14 al 21 agosto 2021, eravamo quattro persone (due adulti e due bambini) e abbiamo pagato per un appartamento con due stanze e due bagni 1.330 euro (solo pernottamento). La casa l'abbiamo trovata molto sporca, molte pareti scrostate, ragnatele in ogni dove. i letti senza coprimaterassi con le lenzuola appoggiate direttamente sui materassi luridi che tra le altre cose erano singoli con la conseguenza che si aprivano al centro. Avevo chiesto una culla per la bambina più piccola, mi è stata data senza materasso. Quando l'ho fatto notare mi hanno portato un materassino sottilissimo (5 cm) e macchiato di pipi di qualche altro bimbo. I mobili sono molto vecchi (i cassetti si aprono e si chiudono a fatica, le porte degli armadi e i letti cigolano ecc). Per quando riguarda il bagno, molto piccolo, il piatto doccia spaccato e la doccia aveva un sistema infernale che faceva sí che la doccetta cascasse sempre non si appoggiasse bene. Quanto alla cucina, le pentole vecchissime, il piano cottura vecchio e scrostato, le posate insufficienti (tre coltelli per 4 persone). Per non parlare dell'illuminazione generale della casa, non si vedeva nulla, in bagno truccarsi era impossibile e non lo so poteva fare in nessun altro posto della casa perché c'era un unico specchio 40x60 in bagno. Avevo esplicitamente una casa con uno spazio all'esterno, che c'era ma praticamente era fuori una delle camere da letto (per mangiare fuori, dovevamo passare con i piatti in camera da letto). Gli spazi esterni della struttura al contrario, erano molto curati, la piscina bella ma molto sporca, i lettini prendisole quasi tutti rotti. C'era anche una zona sport maltenuta con un campo da calcio con le reti delle porte tutte bucate, un campo da pallavolo. In altre parole, delle potenzialità enormi ma la manutenzione inesistente. Riguardo l'ospitalità, il signore che ci ha ricevuto quando siamo arrivati non ci ha spiegato nulla (della raccolta differenziata, della piscina, della zona... Il nulla). Ma la cosa più ridicola è che abbiamo scelto questa struttura perché c'era il ristorante interno, ristorante che è stato chiuso lunedì, Martedì e mercoledì, tre giorni su sei e la proprietà non si era degnata di avvisare i clienti all'atto della prenotazione o cmq nei giorni precedenti all'arrivo. Insomma, non ritornerò assolutamente in questa struttura per la sporcizia, la mancanza di cura per tutte le cose e per i clienti cui si contrappone un prezzo esagerato per i pochi servizi offerti.

Nos paramos sólo por una noche, regresando de la puñala para romper el viaje y visitar Orvieto. La experiencia fue positiva, aunque podía ser mejor. Por ejemplo, si las 2 habitaciones que habíamos reservado estaban cerca, o si la habitación de arriba no tenía una escala rígida y estrecha, pero esto no significa que la estructura no es acogeable , es muy característica. Lamentablemente no hemos podido cenar, pero el desayuno, incluido en el precio, fue excelente y abundante y de calidad. Las habitaciones son muy limpias, decoradas de manera sencilla pero acogedoras y funcionales. La relación calidad/precio es uno de los mejores. Nuestra es una visión un poco superficial, dictada por el poco tiempo y el tiempo no feliz, pero si volvemos a esas partes, seguramente tendremos en cuenta la ubicación.

No sé si la suerte de vivir en el campo merece ser la misma, porque la gentilidad de los responsables de esta estructura hace que vuelva a la confianza en el género humano. En el maravilloso lugar de la naturaleza, piscina y spa, el caminete de la noche para relajarse en la compañía y alojamientos de piedra hermosos. Sólo nota dolorosa desayuno....dolorosa para los que sufren de glucosa! Dolce hecho en casa maravilloso! Feliz!
