The hotel is an easy walk from the old part of the city. The views are stunning. The room was clean and well appointed. Unfortunately, the restaurant was disappointing. The service was poor and one dish we ordered never came to the table. The food that did arrive was marginal. After two weeks of incredible meals in Tuscany, it was hard to settle for flavorless food. The reception staff was friendly and helpful, especially Marta. We would stay here again, but will be doing our meals in local restaurants - not the hotel.

The concept is to renovate village houses into hotel rooms while providing breakfast and other amenities in another building. The rooms were nice, not great, but I still loved the concept. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served at the ”Palazzo” a few hundred meters away on a semi-covered outdoor patio. Breakfast was excellent but in late September it can feel like camping out. Shivering while sipping your coffee is not quite a luxury experience. We were here on a bike tour. We have toured throughout Europe and many times in Italy. This is the very first hotel I have ever encountered which charges to store bikes in a garage: 5 euros per bike per night. We were there for 6 days. I could understand if we had e-bikes that needed to be plugged into a power source, but ours were just leaned against the wall - for 5 euros each per night. Also be aware that the pool is off limits unless you are staying in the Palazzo. And the nice outdoor patio, you can only use it if you buy drinks from the bar. Lastly the staff at the front desk were thoroughly disagreeable. It was as if they didn't understand that we were the guests and their job was to welcome and assist us, not that we asked for much more than room keys. Having said that, the restaurant staff were gracious, friendly and accommodating. Again, I loved the concept, but the execution needs some work. Would I stay here again? Nope.

Reservé una habitación clásica, no en el edificio principal, Pero el sitio web no lo ha dejado, y las demás habitaciones del edificio principal son más hermosas, se siente más avanzada, es la sensación de hotel Y el clásico tipo de habitación es como un pueblo, no como el hotel, a unos pasos del edificio principal, el clásico tipo de habitación tiene dos habitaciones, hay sala de estar pública, compartir parte de la sala con los huéspedes de otra habitación, aunque la sala de estar no es básicamente útil... pero no es absolutamente la sensación de un hotel de cinco estrellas y cuatro estrellas, Aunque el personal del hotel es educado y el servicio es bueno, no se siente muy satisfecho con esta habitación por aquí, no se ajusta a las expectativas, porque es como vivir en B&B, La habitación es limpia, El desayuno se va a caminar hacia el edificio principal del hotel, no en el edificio principal, pero muy cerca... Fotografías de las que hay que subir a la puerta y entrar en la habitación en varios grados. La puerta de bloqueo es para que la puerta se desbloquee (la electricidad se cierra completamente), para que la puerta pueda ser bloqueada, cerrada después, y luego la puerta se vuelva a colocar en su lugar...
