Hoteles populares de 4 estrellas en Saint-Laurent-du-Var

I am currently staying a that the Holiday Inn Nice in order to make an early flight tomorrow. I chose this location for one night only for the convenience to the airport. However, as a self-proclaimed 4-star resort, I am very, very disappointed. I arrived at 1430 (check in is at 1500) and was told my room was not ready. Fine, I am early. I am happy to wait for 30 minutes. The front desk agent told me he would call me when it’s ready if I wanted to enjoy the area. I agreed. However, at 1600, no call so I decided to walk back. As I enter I see the agent leaving the hotel in street clothes—no call. I asked the new agent about my room and he had no idea he was to call me. He called housekeeping to verify if my room was ready and again, STILL not ready! I was asked to wait in the lobby until it was ready. If check in is at 1500, the room should be ready at 1500. I received no apology for their error. I reserved a Premium Queen Seaview at a cost of 400 Euros/night. The room is frankly gross. There are long hairs in the shower (I’m bald—not me!), mold growing around the tub, stains on the walls, and stains on the furnishings. I wish I could find a more profound way of describing the hotel other than gross, but I cannot. See my attached photos of the actual room. The lobby is deceiving. You walk into a remodeled, modern space and think , “nice, this will be a good stay.” But beware, as soon as you enter your room, it all goes downhill. Not only is the room gross, but there is not a coffee maker in the room, the shower products are empty, and they do not provide any lotion. Additionally for a 4-star resort, I would expect something more than paper cups in the room (glass cups and a wine opener, perhaps?). The hotel markets having a free airport shuttle. However, the shuttle does not run convenient to flight departures, so I have to pay 40 euros for a 4 minute ride to the airport. Again, disappointing. Lastly, the hotel provides free access to the Bay Star Beach Club (owned by the hotel it seems). I was excited to check out the beach on my last night in France. However, the beach club is very small with extremely dated (and dirty) furniture. Smoking was supposedly not allowed, but guests were smoking everywhere and staff did not interject. The provided towels have holes and are stained. It was very unpleasant. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel is ANYONE! There are many more hotels by the airport at 50% less cost. Avoid at all costs!

El restaurante y el bar se resistió a la tentación de cerrar pronto y se quedó abierto aunque yo era el único protector en el momento de mi llegada (más juntado al bar más tarde). La comida era muy buena y representaba un buen valor para el dinero. El hotel y la habitación están muy fechados y se siente como si no se hubieran hecho renovaciones o incluso repainting desde el 1970s. El ducha está hecho de plástico duro y los equipos fechados significaban que había una importante falta de sockets de potencia - de hecho, La recepción y el personal del bar son muy profesionales y muy amigables. Este nivel de servicio, junto con la proximidad del centro comercial CAP 3000, la estación de tren de Saint-Laurent-du-Var y Niza | Aeropuerto de Côte d’Azur (para el cual el hotel ofrece un transbordador gratuito) más que compensar la propiedad fechada.

Está bien ubicado, las instalaciones estan bien, piscina y pista de tenis, el apartamento tiene todo lo necesario. El personal es amable, el precio es miy bueno y te incluye el parking. Quizás el sofá cama es un poco incómodo y había un poco de polvo en el toallero pero en general estabs todo limpio y te dan un kit con estropajo, trapo y pastillas para el lavavajillas. Volveré

El hotel está muy cerca del centro de la ciudad, pero si tiene un coche, sólo se encuentra a 15 minutos en coche de la Promenade des Anglais. La habitación es hermosa (sensible en Gatsby) y cuando llegamos, la cama de sofá ya estaba bien preparada para mis niños (10 y 16 años). La mañana lluvió muy duro, así que preguntábamos si podíamos tener desayuno, a pesar de no pedirlo el día anterior. Así que hizo lo mejor para acomodarnos con un desayuno completo. El personal era muy amable. Estacionamiento es conveniente. Mi gato es feliz. En todo caso, realmente me encanta este lugar.

He descubierto este hotel gracias a una conferencia profesional, hemos sido alojados durante 3 días, todo ha pasado maravilloso y toda nuestra equipo está contento. La sala de reunión es perfecta, la recepción ha sido muy caliente y el equipo a los pequeños cuidados. Recomiendo este hotel para sus viajes profesionales!
