If you want to experience a Rio with plush amenities and excellent service, this is the place for you ! There are so many thoughtful touches through the rooms and the property at large. I'm currently enjoying a full breakfast at the restaurant overlooking the terrace and I had to take a moment to highlight the cars and attention of Henrique & Fran . They welcomed me warmly, assisted me with translations and overall quite attentive, for me these things really matter. Highly recommend this charming coffees farm turned into a lush abode.

Disfruté de nuestra estadía. Nos encontramos con un problema con un tubo de fuga en la habitación, pero ofrecieron una nueva habitación. Realmente bonitos recepción. Si vas a carnavalar su gran. Sólo a 15 minutos a pie del estadio donde se llenó. Las camas son muy cómodas. Muy valioso.

En el lado más, la ubicación era exactamente lo que necesitamos, cerca del apartamento de los amigos y el metro, con una colección de bares decentes cerca. Engañado en la lucha, con excelentes empleados y teniendo a Fernando como propietario, ganó un lugar en mi corazón. Fuimos muy bien recibidos y Fernandes siempre estuvo dispuesta a ayudarnos. Recomiendo a todos, nota 10.

Como familia estuvimos en Noviembre 2021, desde el recibimiento hasta la despedida solo tenemos para el hotel muy buenos comentarios. Al llegar nos ayudaron para coordinar al día siguiente unos paseos dentro de Rio, que por cierto la ubicación ayudó a realizar los paseos ya que el hotel se encuentra en el centro entre las mejores playas y los mayores atractivos. esto también ayudó a que cada viaje en taxi resultara económico. Un supermercado justo al lado, esto fue muy cómodo también. La limpieza impecable en todo momento y el servicio no lo notamos salvo encontrar camas hechas y cambio de toallas, como íbamos con 2 niños, nos acomodaron muy bien en una sola habitación con la cama principal y una cama nido. Al irnos aprovechamos la playa, nos ofrecieron mantener las maletas en el hotel y un baño de cortesía al momento de retirar las maletas, para ir al aeropuerto. Los desayunos mención especial, muy completos y variados, la atención excepcional muy amables todos y por cierto el idioma no es una barrera, ya que con un poco de ganas, todo se entiende. Sin duda volvería al mismo hotel Jean desde Chile

La estancia con mi esposa fue excelente, habitación bien limpia y acorazada, baño grande, limpia y organizada, así como toda la habitación. Todo funciona, TV por cable, bajador, nevera, ropa de cama limpia y suficiente, armario con caja fuerte para objetos de valor. Café de la mañana muy bueno con pastel, pan, huevo, frutas, yogurt, gelatina, entre otras opciones.

We stayed in the Villa 25 during our last week of our 4 month journey in south america. My sister who was there before recommended us this place. Especially because of Luciano the hotel manager 😉! This man is just a hell of guy who really made us feel at home there and helped us out with any question or demand we had! Thanks again my friend 🙏❤️! The hotel by its self is awesome as well. Everything is clean and we'll maintained. The nearby peruvian Restaurant offers a nice Ceviche and a good Pisco Sour, for those wo want have a relaxing evening at the hotel don't want to go out. The breakfast buffet has everything what you need for a great start in the day! We can only say that we loved it there and will come again - For sure ❤️🇧🇷!
