This is work not holiday for me and my stay is always lengthy. If having to be away from home this particular staff and I mean every department does NOT disappoint. They are Kind, considerate, caring, have professional attitudes, fun and down to earth, helpful, go above and beyond, to help in any way ..they always smile and laugh and have fun with you while still being professional too. Charlene, Jill, Clotidle, Pauline, Laura, the night shift staff when you need anything they are right there available:) Bernarde, housekeeping staff group of ladies (all of them) LOVE, The owners of this hotel are sweet and friendly, make time to listen and always make a moment to talk and enjoy their guests. You can’t get that just anywhere - so awesome. This darling little find is clean, the air conditioning is amazing, the internet very good, they have a pool (medium size) but doesn’t disappoint:) is inviting and kept very nice with lounge chairs and ample towels so you do not have to take from your room. Cute little restaurant that holds their own. The Chefs and staff do a remarkable job. The rooms are kept clean and with very good quality linens that are freshly clean and pressed. Everyone who works there is always so helpful and welcomes you. I’m so happy to have found this hotel. As with feeling safe always when I stay there.

Muy bonito alojamiento para un hotel de esta categoría, personal muy acogedor, excelente desayuno, muy satisfecho de mi estancia, hotel tranquilo, muy bien situado, nada que decir. Habitación limpia, todo lo que se necesita para pasar una agradable estancia en esta hermosa región.

La habitación es correcta, limpia y lo suficientemente grande en el lado del edificio, por lo que tranquila. (Evitar las habitaciones en la calle) Litería cómoda aunque los oídos son demasiado duros. ¡Pequeño desayuno continental básico, (sin higos cuando vinimos a la fiesta de higos!)

UNE HONTE, UNE ARNAQUE, BATIMENT A L'ABANDON tout comme les clients ! Après plus de 10heures de route pour un week end en famille nous arrivons dans une résidence abandonné et très sale et mal fréquenté, impossible de dormir sur place chambre avec une odeur de vide sanitaire et friture en passant par un peu de tabac froid les portes et le sol était tout gras ! les service du groupe vacancéole absent totalement avec un s a v sans scrupules (il s nous demandent des photos pour décrire le gras et les odeurs)! Nous avons pris une formule confort avec serviette de bain et drap, arrivé dans la chambre rien de cela, nous avons du par chance trouver quelqu'un pour nous les donner, il a fallu suivre une dame jusqu'à un local ou les serviettes jonchés le sol, on nous a demandé de nous servir ! avec la meilleur volonté il était impossible pour nous de rester aucune solution alternative nous à était proposé . Je constate et j'invite toutes les personnes ayant vécu une aventure similaire à faire remonté l'information à la répression des fraudes ! nous n'avons pas été remboursé nous avons fait 20h de route pour aucune vacance été 2023 vacancéole une HONTE DES VOLEURS DE SOMMEIL !
