There are so many great things about this hotel, it's a shame that it is let down by easy to fix things.
The setting is beautiful, overlooking the sea with 2 lovely swimming pools.
The rooms are large and very comfy, our bed was a delight and the sofa area was really great.
The cleaners did a great job in the room, no complaints. However we had room service and put our used plates outside and they stayed there for our whole 3 day stay. All along the hallway were plates and bags of rubbish that were left for days. Not great when you walked to your room.
It was also let down by mediocre food. A sandwich took nearly 45 minutes to arrive at the pool. Breakfast was mediocre too, lukewarm bacon and eggs, lack of options, nothing exciting for someone like me who really enjoys a hotel breakfast. Luckily ours was only a few pounds per person. If I had paid the walk up price of £18 I may have asked for a refund.
