Un hotel normal de cuatro estrellas con un rico desayuno y mucha comida occidental. Porque el hotel está básicamente lleno de gente blanca y hay muy pocos chinos, pero también hay arroz y verduras. Me quedé con mis padres y mi bebé durante 3 días, y mis padres se acostumbraron, porque el arroz tailandés es delicioso y también trajimos mostaza en escabeche. Es muy conveniente salir. Todo está a poca distancia. El centro comercial Jiangxi Leng y Banzan están a poca distancia. Hay 711 a unos 100 metros de distancia, y el gimnasio de tiro de Muay Thai también está a poca distancia. Reservamos una habitación grande de 46 metros cuadrados y una habitación pequeña de unos 30 metros cuadrados por unos 400 yuanes. Muy buena relación calidad-precio. Al realizar el check-in, se les dio una pequeña bebida en el bar. Creo que el precio es mejor que el de hoteles de precio similar en China. We stayed 3 nights and paid approx £62/night - pool access room. Check in was easy and our room was ready even though we were a few hours early. We had a pool access room so expected it to be located on the ground floor, however, it was actually on the 1st floor which required 2 flights of stairs to be climbed - no good if you are unable to do this. Access to the room from reception is down in a lift through an underground carpark and up 2 flights, its a bit of a trek!! The room was great though! Nice comfy bed and good shower. Outside deck had 2 loungers. You share the pool with 5 other rooms but we always had it to ourselves! The water was a good temperature, we enjoyed it a lot! The location of the hotel is 2 minutes' walk to bars and restaurants, 5 minutes to the main area with lots of nicer bars and eateries. The room was them clean and new towels and bedding each day, we really don't like this. We'd rather keep until we request a change. 4 bottles of complimentary water each day was excellent. Our only concerns with the room area is the lack of a net curtain/privacy glass on the windows. The view is lovely but you need to keep the curtains closed and the ledge at the staircase. The ledge sticks out a lot and hubby, nearly 6ft, banged his head a few times. We'd stay again and would recommend.

Stayed for 8 nights in this hotel with my wife. Excellent hotel overall. Very clean indeed, staff very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. They open doors for you as you enter reception, take you bags to your room, help sort car / moped hire etc, The room was very clean and well appointed. Bath and beach towels are provided and they change these as frequently a you need. They also provide all the usual essentials including shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, bottled water every day. Kettle, hob, large sink and basic utensils, glasses, cups etc were all provided. Also an iron and ironing board as well as a clothes drying stand. The big kitchen sink is easily bug enough to do clothes washing in. Room service was excellent each day. Balcony size on normal rooms was slightly small, especially as was shared with two large air conditioning units (all balconies appear the same) so this made the balcony cramped, noisy and hot when air conditioning was on. Breakfast was provided in the adjoining restaurant. This was excellent offering fresh hot and cold food, eggs made to your liking (fried, scrambled, omelettes, etc), bacon, sausages, fruit, bread, croissants, etc etc. Seemed to have everything included plentiful supply of juices, coffee, tea, etc. Most things self-service but the staff were on hand to help and to clear used dished. The location of the hotel means it is a 15 minute to the beach and 15 minutes to the main restaurant area known as Boat Avenue. Fortunately the hotel runs a shuttle bus service twice an hour to both locations and back until 9.10pm. Would be nice if slightly later coming back from Boat Avenue, but taxis and tuk-tuks were on hand although these aren't the cheapest. The main local beach is Bang Tao beach. This is lovely. Very clean (as everywhere seems to be here), soft white sand, gentle shelving into the water with no stones or rocks. Shame about sea lice the bite / sting in the water but they are everywhere in this part of the world depending on time of year and they are a very minor irritation. Also good availability of sun-beds as well as beverages from the beach shacks. Lots of fresh water showers and there is parking next to the beach as well as toilets. Boat Avenue has plenty of nice restaurants - see my other reviews if you want to see where we went and what we thoughts. Lots to choose from. Most restaurants seem to slow down food service after 9.30pm and this is not a clubby resort. Was just right for us though as there were plenty of bars and some with live music (check out The Mexican bar and restaurant). Wine is not cheap here and starts around £30 a bottle - although some could be found around £25. We stuck to beer with dinner. There is also a handy large supermarket selling everything you could need and is right by taxi station and open until 10pm. Final top tip about this area is to visit on a Friday night if you can as the street market is great with street food and live music. Easy to hire cars and

We had a wonderful 8 days at this resort. Stayed in Oceanfront room which was lovely, clean and serviced daily. The two infinity pools were gorgeous. The buffet breakfast was amazing and the staff were very helpful. We especially loved the smoothie bar. We had some dinners at the restaurant. It had a large variety of meals to choose from and the food was good. The staff at the resort were friendly and helpful. The resort is a little way from Patong Beach but we were happy with that and there is a regular shuttle bus to Patong. Hope to bring the family back next year.

Hotel muy cerca de la playa. Siempre hemos elegido la playa Nai Yang para permanecer debido a la proximidad del aeropuerto y no a la playa y restaurantes contenidos. El hotel es enorme, y con esas 3 piscinas, muchos jardines se siente muy tranquilo y relajado. El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad. Es realmente necesario mejorar. La oferta es muy básica. Con la mayoría de los huéspedes siendo occidentales, la opción asiática podría reducirse. Con una gran variedad de frutas en Tailandia, no entiendo por qué sólo se ofrecen melones de agua y manzanas. Los jugos son muy artificiales de bolsas, probablemente. Las herramientas, la presentación, la habitación que se siente como una cantina muy mala, no una de un hotel/resort. Muchos huéspedes no respetan la comida, y llenan sus placas más de lo que obviamente pueden comer, dejando mucho desecho. Esto también podría mejorarse con el personal de línea en el área de bufete. Y algunas señales escritas en ruso tal vez ... En general, es un gran hotel, pero la experiencia del desayuno puede ser una manera frustrante de comenzar su día. Si me quedaba otra vez, pagaría por la habitación y me iría a otro lugar para el desayuno.

What a place, one of the nicest and most comfortable places I ever been to. I would definitely recommend for someone who’s looking for a super clean, nice, safe, comfortable, easy to reach place. The staff was amazing, facilities are top-notch where you have everything you would need.
