Quedé muy satisfecho con mi estancia. La ubicación del hotel es muy práctica, lo que facilita desplazarse por la zona. La habitación estaba limpia y ordenada, la ropa de cama era suave y cómoda, y el aislamiento acústico era excelente, lo que me permitió descansar plácidamente. El servicio de recepción fue cálido y atento, el registro de entrada fue eficiente y rápido, y el personal fue amable y receptivo a todas mis necesidades. El ambiente general era tranquilo y elegante, con instalaciones completas y una excelente relación calidad-precio. Es una opción estupenda para alojarse durante un viaje, y sin duda volveré a hospedarme aquí y lo recomiendo a todo el mundo.

The hotel is very close to Xiguan (D exit). There are lots of mini markets, malls, clothes stores and night markets around the hotel. A bus stop is close too, 1 minute away from the building. You can stop taxi from there. It took around 15 minutes (under 20 yuan) to go to Lanzhou West Station by taxi. There are also bus going to the zoo and Moshui Danxia close by. You can buy the tickets online or there. Apart from 2 bottles of mineral water, they provide a small dispenser as well. Xiaodu Xiaodu (AI) is quite smart compared to the AI in the previous hotels we stayed at 😂 Note for international travellers: Make sure you bring the universal adaptor. They only have the I I type socket. (Check the pic)

I recommend everyone to stay here especially if this is the first time you come to Lanzhou. The hotel located on 9th-10th floor in Yaou department store, opposite of Xiguan subway station. You take the lift of the department store and go directly to the 9th floor to check-in. The staff didn't speak English or some could a little but they would help you kindly and politely. When we asked for doing laundry they did it for us for free. The room was clean and cosy. Since the hotel is in the center of the district you can find everything you need and the zhongshan bridge is about 5 mins on foot.

This location was very convenient for exploring Lanzhou with two subway stops within walking distance about ten or fifteen minutes and several snack streets and many restaurants as well as shopping in all directions. The room was very comfortable and felt modern and updated. The cleaning and breakfast staff were very friendly and kind. The breakfast area did not have a lot of seating but the food choices were good. Mostly Chinese dishes but there were some western options with a made to order noodles and someone frying eggs. I thought it was a good value and would recommend it for the location if you need something centrally located. About a ten or fifteen minutes ride to Lanzhou train station. You can take the subway but there are quite a few stairs and the sidewalks have a lot if ups and downs as well so not very easy to manage with heavy bags.

Good hotel, close to station and Yellow River. AC is good. Hotel staff very accomodating to foreigners. Good place to stay if passing through but may want to stay closer to the city centre if staying in Lanzhou for a few days or more.

概ね満足していますが、外国人の宿泊はあまりお勧めできません。 一般のマンションであるため敷地への入口が分かりにくく、建物の入り口ドアは一か所を除きパスコードがなければ開きません。 どこでチェックインするのかも分からず、Trip.comアプリ内にのみ記載されていた3304号室へ行くと、オーナーと連絡を取ってくれる男性が出てきてなんとかオーナーと会うことができました。 オーナーがとても良い人だったのが救いです。 部屋は最上階で景色はとても良かったです。 ただ、設備に記載されていたエアコンは実際にはなく、夏の日中はだいぶ暑くなるのではと思います。 個室とバス、トイレは非常に清潔とは言えませんが、価格を考えると妥当なところだと感じました。 全体的に、同価格帯のホテルと比べてチェックイン以外は特に悪いとは思いません。 バス停がほぼ目の前で、蘭州西駅まで歩いて行ける距離。 飲食店やスーパーもすぐそばにあり、蘭州西駅を利用するならとても良い立地です。
