UUsuario invitadoClean and spacious room, bed isbvery comfortable. . The toilet is open concept hence not very ideal unless it is couples sharing the room. Has a round table instead of a working table which is also not too suitable to do work on. WIFI is a little unstable at times, may affect online conference meeting connectivity.

MMaxBurgerLa ubicación es excepcional, justo en el barrio rojo.
La habitación está limpia y tiene todo lo necesario, incluso una caja fuerte. El bar de la azotea y la piscina infinita añaden la perfección del hotel.
El personal del hotel fue amable y simpático.
Recomendaré altamente este hotel a aquellos que planeen pasar un buen rato.

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel has a great ambient, nice minimalistic modern design and all the hotel staffs are pleasant and nice. We had a great time staying and will come back again whenever back to Phnom Penh again.
Location is great, a short walk to the King’s Palace and by the riverside promenade.
The roof top restaurant has a great view. The food quality serves are good.

AAirborn63The hotel is just few years old, modern decor with good bed, balcony, fridge, kettle and it is clean.
Next door is a restaurant where breakfast is served as well as lunch or evening meal. It is in a quiet location giving good night sleep. If you prefer to eat elsewhere there are plenty of places nearby.
Based short tuctuc ride from the airport.
Definitely value for money, I will be returning.

AAndrew WhayLa ubicación es excelente. Acababa de llegar y no encontraba el hotel, ya que está dentro del bar. El personal es genial y me atendió desde la entrada.
Puedes encontrar mucha comida, bebida y todo lo que necesites. Todo está a poca distancia. Me encantaría volver a alojarme aquí si necesitas una ventana. He reservado sin ventana porque viajo sola. Esta es la tercera vez que me alojo en Phnom Penh... ¡¡¡Viajo sola!!!

EErik StawAll good except for a particular approach to customer’s finances. I asked them for anti diarrhea medication and hotel staff said that they didn’t have it but they could buy it for me. They sent a security man upstairs but we couldn’t communicate. I used a translation software to say that I wanted one box. They left and never came back. Later I found that he needed money from me to buy the medication. Seriously??? The hotel didn’t have few measly dollars to use to buy the meds?? And then of course add this money to out hotel bill. They had our 20 dollar deposit anyway. Not good to offer help and then screw it up.

• Me pidieron un depósito de $50, y aunque recibí un recibo de almacenamiento al momento del check-out, tardaron mucho tiempo en devolverme los $50, lo cual fue un inconveniente.
• No entiendo por qué los huéspedes pagarían $50 como depósito. No hay nada que sacar de la habitación.
Y dejé 50 dólares en dólares, pero ellos quisieron darme rieles camboyanos intencionalmente. Por favor corrija esto.

MMorning BeerEl hotel estaba convenientemente ubicado cerca de atracciones turísticas famosas y del centro.
La habitación era amplia y tenía un balcón donde podía fumar.
El personal también fue muy agradable.
Sin embargo, hubo un día en que un niño pequeño que parecía un niño de la calle andaba todo el tiempo en el piso donde yo me quedaba.
Además, la puerta de la habitación frente a la mía estaba abierta todo el tiempo y a menudo veía a una persona tatuada y de aspecto brusco fumando en la habitación.
No sé si era huésped o empleado del hotel, pero pasé 3 noches allí sintiéndome inseguro.

UUsuario invitadothe party was live when i got there. people were screaming and singing and dancing.
i've stayed at bliss & beats a few times- it's basically a tame regular bar that turns up the music at night. i also stayed at mad monkey on a friday night and there was no music or partying, just 2 people dry humping in the hallway and 1 person walking around in his underwear, so not really a crazy party, just an awkward hostel. 88 wasn't like that. 88 was more lit than a club, it was concert level. but it was also concert noise-level and that's painful for my autistic tinnitus ridden ears.
even with the party on the 1st floor, the pod room on the 2nd floor wasn't loud. i could still hear the music but the noise from the fans was more bothering. i was only in there for about an hour and i killed 2 roaches. the restrooms looked dirty.
1/2 of the air conditioners was broke in the 18 bed pod room. the owner thought i was rude about this but i don't understand why. we both used the f word and raised our voice to about the same volume. i was mad because they waited a long time to tell me the air conditioner was broke and i was miserably hot. it's no excuse and i'm ashamed of losing my temper. i don't understand why he was mad at me, but he still refunded me the full amount i paid on trip.com even though trip.com went through agoda so he didn't get paid the full amount (btw- agoda also books through trip.com sometimes and this makes both platforms horrible about giving refunds because they have to get a refund from the other platform 1st). i tried to give him back the difference that he was losing but he stuffed it into my backpack while i was waiting for grab. overall it was good customer service so i recommend this place to stay if you don't care about cleanliness and you want to be where the party's at. you can also experience it without staying there because the bar is open to the public.
