Fantástico
UUsuario invitadoreally amazing service especially the onsen the adult food. rooms are a little outdated. It did catch us off guard as it was about 1000 USD for two nights for the 3 kids and their meals were like pasta and fries. I am not sure we would have spend this money staying with kids. Better suited for adults or if money really isn't an issue spending already so much at the hotel.

FFrancescoNada más llegar, tuvimos que cambiarnos de habitación debido al olor insoportable. Amablemente, nos cambiaron de inmediato a una mucho más acogedora, pero el olor persistía. Por suerte, esta habitación tenía dos ventanas, así que pudimos ventilarla fácilmente. El mobiliario era un poco soso. La televisión solo tenía unos pocos canales japoneses poco atractivos. El desayuno continental consistía en un huevo duro, zumo de fruta, ensalada con jamón cocido y yogur. Tuvieron la amabilidad de proporcionarnos suficientes adaptadores para los enchufes. El personal fue extremadamente amable y servicial.

RRosie33The bunk bed was so large compare to average bed size with comfy and clean blanket and sheet. There is personal locker with key, lamp, charge station, body and face towel, slipper, and free flow kimono and amenities. The soap, shampoo, body lotion, and face wash are provided. I think it is super fantastic compared to the cheap price.
We can use public onsen (male and females are in different rooms so it is so convenient). From 15.00-22.00, in the Lake-View Lounge, we can drink and eat snacks for free: all kinds of alcohol, various soft drinks machines, coffee machines, beer, ice, tea, etc. So fantastic!!!!!
There are library and game corners as well. This hotel is just across the Chuzenji Lake, 900m from Kegon lake. There is one and only convenient store (10mins by walk from hotel) which is open 08.00-20.00.
Even though there are view restaurants nearby, however, you must be aware that food here is quite difficult to access. Restaurants mostly close as early as 3 or 4 pm.
I will definitely come here again.

The amenities, including the hot spring and restaurant, were top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway!

JJ. SimonThe hotel is around 10mins walk from Kinugawa-Onsen Station. Although there are many abandoned hotels, shops, residences, buildings around the surrounding area, I can still explore the area as the street lights are lit in the evening.
The hotel is divided into different wings and occupies a large area. I stayed in the upper floors of the hotel’s main building (Kirakukan) but there’s an option to stay at the hotel’s park-cottages that is built on the cliff of the riverbank and overlooks the Kinugawa river.
The Kinugawa Park Cottage is located separately further away from the main building.
I only noticed a local Japanese family of four or five persons being escorted by the hotel staff to one of the cottages.
Other than that one-off encounter, I didn’t see anyone else at the area around the cottage which is also super quiet.
Likewise for the other wings of the hotel i.e. Kinoyakata and Kishintei, I didn’t see any guests maybe due to low season.
Love the onsen and the private open-air bath, the traditional Japanese kaiseiki breakfast and dinner.
There’s also a souvenir shop, ramen & snack shop as well as an outdoor swimming pool which I couldn’t use as it is only available for use come summer time.
Just across the road from the hotel, there’s the Waterside Cafe Terrace, a 7-Eleven convenience store adjacent to the hotel and since there’s no self-service washing machine/dryer in the hotel, the nearest 24h laundromat is around a 5-min walk from the hotel located behind the Waterside Cafe Terrace and across the road facing “Galarie Cafe Painto E”.
On the day of check-out, the hotel helped to store my luggage and I had lunch at “Suzukawa Cafe” just next to Galarie Cafe Painto E. The food prices here are slightly cheaper than the ones near Kinugawa-Onsen station.

TTsusiefirst of I would like to thanks always trip.com for very nice & convinient bookings everytime,we stay new sakura hotel,because the interior of the hotel is mostly sakura theme,the carpet,the gorgeous chandelier, the wall design,etc.or cherry blossom in Japan,& so very affordable prize,we spend only 18,000 yen for 2 adults,with 2 breakfast & 2 dinner.Very near from kinugawa onsen station,only 3 hrs.from Tokyo.We amazed the room,so very big for the two of us,for very cheap prize,can accomodate even 10 person,the buffet breakfast & dinner also is so good but the most I want to share is the drink all you can alcohol beverages for 1 hour,like beer,japanese wine,sours, all kinds of softhdrinks,I enjoyed for self service alcohol drink all you can!the hotspring also is very good but the cons is take care in the outdoor spring because of the concrete stairs,especially for the elderly when slippery,there's
& a little bit far from our room,the young staff also at the counter is nice & most of them are young japanese lady,so very entertaining,so many free amusement like billiard,majong,etc.with a nice sorrounding sightseeng site.& last after check out they give 2000 yen discount coupon for the next visit,Thanks God & trip.com for a nice autumn tour moment in kinugawa onsen Tochigi Perfecture Japan

Ffu-rong傳統的日式温泉旅館，房門還是使用鑰匙，房間比較寬敞，裝修雖然老式但和式的挺乾淨，窗外可以看到溪流。旅館有室內和室外兩個温泉，都泡了很舒服，退房時泡過温泉的需要付350日元（具體價格忘了），個人覺得可以忽略。房費含早晚飯，特別是第一次體驗也吃了小火鍋的豆漿煮成了豆腐，整體定食味道不錯。接待服務員都是年紀蠻大的，服務態度很好 ，退房離開酒店，在路上遇到來上班的員工還和我們打招呼。

La habitación de la habitación era muy agradable, muy agradable y muy agradable. Si desea llegar fácilmente al hotel, compruebe el horario del transbordador en la página de inicio del hotel para que no tenga que caminar de la estación. Mi alojamiento en el Hotel City de Europa es muy cómodo. El personal es muy amable y el servicio de autobús es bueno. Si no quiere caminar de la estación, debe ver el tiempo de autobús en la página principal del hotel. Cada día, funciona desde el ”clásico hotel de la estación de sol JR” junto a la estación de sol hasta 9:00／ 9:30／ 10:00／ 15:15／ 16:15／ 17:15／ 18:15.
La habitación es amplia y cómoda, y el cálido aire de la parte trasera es muy bueno. Debió haber un poco de olor en la habitación, pero creo que puede haber un olor de extirpación (como un insecticida). Después de abrir la ventana, desaparecerá.
El desayuno es normal, sin publicidad tan lujosa, pero tal vez porque no es el otoño. En general, creo que es una buena opción para la familia.

小小八哥La ubicación del hotel, además de los viajeros que conduzcan, no es muy conveniente para el autobús. El tipo de habitación reservado es sólo fumador, el sabor de humo al llegar a la habitación es muy atractivo, difícil de tolerar. La oferta de comida es muy buena y tiene una sorpresa. La piscina de la calorosa jaula es buena. Este hotel realmente quiere mejorar la calidad de la higiene, la morada es negra y la habitación debe cambiarse a no fumar. Pero el precio es muy alto, especialmente con un descuento Trip.com
