Pretty nice overall. I stayed for 3 nights. The staffs are really nice and helpful. The room is spacious and has a really nice view, compared to the same price hotel near the lake. Just some comments on the meals. The hotel offers breakfast and dinner for my booking. Breakfast (mini buffet liked) options stay the same, I mean absolute same. For dinner, the first night is amazing, with chicken hotpot, steak, appetizer and dessert. Second night, beef Sukiyaki (kind of like beef hotpot with a sweet soup/sause and rawegg), appetizer and dessert. Kind of okay, I would say as I was hoping to see something more differerent and, to me, it is a bit like a downgraded version (not by far tho) of the first night. And the third night, beef Shabu-shabu (water based hotpot), appetizer and dessert. Quite disappointing as I would refer it more or less the same as second night maindish Sukiyaki but taking away the raw egg and sweet soup based. I would recommend staying for 2 nights max if you don't want to have hotpot everynight About the Onsen, there are one indoor and outdoor onsen each for men and women. Not too big, but the size is enough as there are not too many people using that during my stay. I am not sure if it is normal for Japanese Onsen but I see there is quite a number of materials in the outdoor onsen. I cannot tell what those are, kind of like dead skin to me tho. Not too comfortable with it (although I went there three times during my stay).

Well located hotel with nice onsen - including option to book a private one. Fantastic breakfast and great access to sights around. Friendly staff and great place to disconnect and relax in an authentic way.

I want to thank hosts of Akari no yado personally. The hosts were nice and worked really hard to feel ourselves at home. The place was clean and the common room was big and comfortable. Bathroom was old fashioned but if you want modern bathrooms you were able to use the bath house for showers and toilets in the common area. Breakfast is made of pastries and all I had was pretty delicious. You can also have marmalade and margarine with breakfast pastries and there are drinks (tea/coffee/milk/juice) to choose from. We checked out early and hosts prepared our breakfast to go even if it wasn’t breakfast time yet. They even drove us to the station when we asked if they would be able to call us a taxi! Bath house was spacious with two different baths. System is easy and we were able to use it whenever we wanted (between 16.00-23.00 of course). They are giving free rental yukatas and they were so comfy. They also have guides everywhere to help you (our room even had a guide on how to prepare a futon bed!) the place felt like we were part of a  family and that was the most amazing part for me. I even got teary eyed when it was time to go. Thank you Akari no yado! Hope to see you soon again!

Nestled along the shores of Lake Chuzenji, some rooms offer breathtaking views of the lake and the majestic Mount Nantai. The Japanese-style rooms are spacious, featuring tatami flooring, scenic areas, and comfortable beds, perfect for enjoying the beautiful autumn leaves! A special thanks to the two staff members, Lisz and Yuka, for their excellent service and fluent English in introducing each dish. They were truly professional!

I spent at Kaniyu 2 nights and absolutely loved it! Upon my arrival, there was an English-speaking staff member at the reception, Mr. Tamaki, who kindly upgraded my room for free - thank you so much for that! The room was spacious and clean. It was a bit cool inside, but the heating system worked really well and warmed up the room quickly; the controls were very simple and convenient to use. The futon was comfortable, the blanket was warm and cozy, and although the pillow was a bit too firm for me, I slept just fine without it. The room was equipped with everything needed: towels, yukata for changing, bathroom amenities, and more. Both breakfast and dinner were made from a variety of fresh ingredients — everything was delicious and filling. I tried many dishes for the first time and really enjoyed them! The stuff was very nice and friendly, a canteen lady who helped me to take a picture was very kind! The onsen was absolutely amazing. The hot, milky water was incredibly relaxing (not that smelly for my taste), and the cool outdoor air felt refreshing. I visited it after sunset as well, and it was an unforgettable experience: chilling in hot springs while watching night sky and listening to forest sounds. --- To sum it up, if you're looking for a peaceful retreat off the beaten path and for affordable price, then this place is absolute gem~ P.S. l was mesmerized by the road trip to the Kaniyu itself: mountains, rivers and lakes, a troop of monkeys on the side of the road, tunnels, a hairpin turns and so on.

El auto original es volver y esperar en la estación, recuerda que la estación es 33A ¡Yuan! La cena es diferente todos los días, vivimos tres días, y la regla es la de la china! La sopa de la sopa es buena, especialmente como al aire libre, el exterior es la selva, correcto, hay un grano en la selva, un grupo, ¡muy convicto! Precauciones de transporte: este hotel está situado en la ”estación Kinugawa Koen”, a la que se puede llegar directamente tomando el tren Tobu en dirección a ”Shin-Fujiwara” desde la ”estación Shimo-Ama”. servicio de entrega, pero solo va a la ”estación Kinugawa Onsen” ”Y debe hacer una reserva en el momento del check-in. Un automóvil tiene capacidad para siete mochileros. Si hay maletas, generalmente solo tiene capacidad para cuatro personas. Al regresar a Tokio , se recomienda tomar el Tobu Express desde la estación Kinugawa Onsen hasta Asakusa a las 10:25.

Este hotel tenía muchas cosas geniales. Me alojé en el dormitorio 10 noches y, por el precio, prácticamente obtienes servicios y comodidades de hotel, una excelente relación calidad-precio. Cambiaban toallas a diario, la biblioteca y el salón eran geniales (alcohol y aperitivos gratis, además de hamacas preciosas y vistas al lago). El onsen era de buen tamaño, con piscinas cubierta y al aire libre. Lo único que no me gustó fue el material de las cápsulas del dormitorio: madera fina y muy hueca, lo que provocaba un sonido ensordecedor cuando tus vecinos se movían a tu alrededor. Si tienes el sueño ligero, quizás deberías reconsiderarlo. Pero por lo demás, fue genial. ¡Volvería!

No entiendo por qué alguien dejaría una revisión negativa debido a su propia negligencia. Trip.com claramente mencionado el impuesto adicional 300-yen (Supongo que este es el impuesto sobre el arranque) por persona, pero todavía afirmaron que estaban “engañosos”. La habitación de la habitación era muy agradable, muy agradable y muy agradable. Si desea llegar fácilmente al hotel, compruebe el horario del transbordador en la página de inicio del hotel para que no tenga que caminar de la estación. Mi alojamiento en el Hotel City de Europa es muy cómodo. El personal es muy amable y el servicio de autobús es bueno. Si no quiere caminar de la estación, debe ver el tiempo de autobús en la página principal del hotel. Cada día, funciona desde el ”clásico hotel de la estación de sol JR” junto a la estación de sol hasta 9:00／ 9:30／ 10:00／ 15:15／ 16:15／ 17:15／ 18:15. La habitación es amplia y cómoda, y el cálido aire de la parte trasera es muy bueno. Debió haber un poco de olor en la habitación, pero creo que puede haber un olor de extirpación (como un insecticida). Después de abrir la ventana, desaparecerá. El desayuno es normal, sin publicidad tan lujosa, pero tal vez porque no es el otoño. En general, creo que es una buena opción para la familia.

La ubicación del hotel no es muy conveniente para quienes viajan en coche, pero tampoco para quienes toman el transporte público. El único tipo de habitación que reservé fue una habitación para fumadores. Cuando llegué a la habitación, había un fuerte olor a humo, lo cual era muy incómodo. La oferta de comida fue muy buena, con sorpresas. Las aguas termales y los grandes baños son buenos. Este hotel realmente necesita mejorar su calidad de higiene. Las alfombras son todas negras y las habitaciones deberían ser para no fumadores. Pero la relación precio/rendimiento es muy buena, especialmente con los descuentos de Trip.com
